I joined the Y last year and my family and I are very pleased. The staff is always friendly and the classes are top-notch.

Everything is old here and needed remodeling. The wait line for day care is about 9 months.

Signed my whole family up. Great place. Something for everyone to do. Nice gym equipment, ok and basket ball facilities are great. Lots of fun options for the kids

Still the BEST AQUA THERAPY IN PALM BEACH COUNTY AND AT THE Y IN BOYNTON BEACH. Frieda and Sandy are superb therapists. I have been working with Frieda for 10 years. Without her help I would not be walking today. There simply is nobody who can compare!

Love the encouragement of the staff, trainers and members; the classes and schedule; the cleanliness of the facilities; and the personal training offered. There is camaraderie at the Y - everyone is focused on the same goal - to get better. Love the Y!!!

Nice place. Many machines for exercise and staff is friendly. No problem parking.

The facility is clean, the price is fair, the staff is pleasant and the equipment is in good shape. The hours of operation allow no excuses to work out.

Price is insane for summer camp! Always thought the Y was for everybody. Guess it's only for the rich now... nuts man!

My Children love the Y and have benefited immensely from the swim lessons , camps and preschool

The youth basketball coordinator was also the referee. From the beginning he complained about our team having too many good players. Because he couldn't break it up he took it upon himself to unfairly referee each game. Our team was able to prevail but unfortunately couldn't overcome his and unfair rulings on the final game. Even the parents on the other team came over and mentioned how unfair it fair was.

Ultimately the only people who suffered were the little 9 in 10 year olds. Luckily there are so many better programs in the area. I hope he sleeps well at night knowing that he ripped off a buncha kids.

Awesome all around facility! Thanks to the indoor heated pool, I have been able to consistently keep my young son in the pool every week. My wife has been able to get in shape thanks to the fitness classes the Y offers. My wife drops our 2 kids at child care and then she is able to get a great work out. Our 4 month old daughter is well taken care of there. She gets plenty of attention and the staff even changes her diaper when necessary. It has been a great experience for all of us. The towel service for the pool and gym is a great feature that we love. We were also able to partake in the Halloween party, which was a lot of fun for the kids. Love it!

Absolutely love the YMCA in Boca Raton. I have met people that have become life long friends! I have been a member for the past 17 years!!!

We were so happy with our time at the Ymca pre school. Very secure building and a beautiful school. The staff are all wonderful and loving. We were sad that we had to leave.

Wonderful facility with excellent teachers. My 3 year old loves it and has learned so much, he even made a friend or two and so did I. I am so grateful that my little guy can now swim and jump in our pool. Thank you!

Was a member for awhile, but didn t renew bc they had a kids Halloween party last year and I forgot the invitation so they wouldn t allow us in, even though we were members. It was ridiculous. Not paying for that type of nonsense.

I find it funny that YMCA stands for Young Men's Christian Association, however there are so many Jewish people that go here. I used to be one of them. Not that it matters, but the crowd of people here are just strange. Old guys hang out in the locker room naked, makes other feel uncomfortable to see so many hairy wrinkles... The gym is always packed so no chance of trying to shoot hoops... What disappoints me the most is the fact that they DO NOT REQUIRE EVERYBODY TO USE A TOWEL AND WIPE DOWN THE EQUIPMENT AFTER USING. I love sitting down on a bench only to see a puddle of sweat from some old stinky person... yummm

This is my first Y experience and I couldn t be happier! I love the staff here and the variety in classes to choose from. The youth athletic programs are also very organized and enjoyable for my family. It s a great place to come and get your fitness on!

The entire YMCA team are incredibly friendly and approachable. The new Masters Aquatics program run by Zoe Da Silva is our favorite workout by far. One hour of intense swim training with drills. Awesome!

Horrible staff, not friendly. Expensive places and not justifying the amenities for the price you pay. I don't recomend it

I came here on vacation and was warmly greeted by the staff. The facility is updated and in good condition. Their swimming pools were down for yearly maintenance but it is understandable. The locker rooms were nice and orderly. I will come here again.

We just joined and we are loving the membership. Family participates in Family Zumba and loves it!

The YMCA is my favorite place, it s an environment very friendly and familiar!! I could say the Y is my second home !!!

Family place to exercise and be fit with so many alternatives for everyone

We have been members of the YMCA in Jacksonville and Fernandina Beach so we were excited to see there is a Y near where we will be staying. The thing is we have called and called and can t seem to get anyone to answer and for several days! What gives?!? I m just saying the other two Y s someone always answers....

Very happy with the choice for swimming classes for small children and quiet affordable. Nice personal. Parkingplace is full in the afternoon.

Good facilities and kind staff! Would like to see more changing rooms for families but understand space is limited. Lots of options for either working out or learning new things! Enjoy the swim lessons!

We have had a family membership for more than 4 years. We enjoy the weight room, classes, indoor pool, camps and my son plays on the basketball rec league. Staff is hands on, premises are always clean and hours of operation are plentiful. I highly recommend the YMCA of Boca Raton.

Love this place! Trainers are helpful and welcoming with newbies. Very spacious and lots of great equipment. Amazing energy. Tough workout. I ll be back for sure.

Not enough showers in locker room. Like the open showers instead. Not be closed in. Wish there was a whirlpool.and more members during the day? Great Indoor Pool. YMCA POOLS have always been the best since I remember since the 1960s. Learned to swim in one.

Good basketball league for kids. They dont take it overly serious and they try to make it fun.

I just joined this Y b/c my husband and I just bought a house in Boca. However this one is very different then the Y in Pembroke Pines. (Which we were former members) There is no place for kids 7-10 to go and play and there is No Yfit here. So all the kids ages 0-10 are in same room (super small) separated by a small swing door. Further more the playground and activity area is occupied daily by daycare until 6pm or later. So kids can't go there either. So I don't feel that is what the Y is for just to stick kids in a room for 2 hours with no activity is lame if you ask me. No for adults. The gym is super small. All the machines are always taken they have only one physical work out machine of each kind and maybe 8-10 treadmills and two go every other cardio machine. Also you can't bring your workout bag into the gym with you which doesn't make sense to put I. Locker which is located all the way by the pool. So if you need your gloves, water,keys, towel, phone, jump rope, ect... you have to carry it all throughout the small fitness center. (Doesn't make sense)! If you are considering this place as a family fun place you are sadly mistaken. Not very many perks of being a member and kids are bored being here. Not activity for them. Poor management. Will not recommend this facility to any of my friends or family.

Always very clean. Swimming lessons are great and their pool is very clean. The swimming director Nicole is super down to earth and the best infant-toddler teacher Alyssa loves her children. I couldn t be happier.

I would recommend this place for other families. And I do often. It has a few things I wish they would address, but as a whole, the family experience its great! We use their work out facilities, my kid is in their sports programs, and we have even been to camp a few times.

Suspect the pool had typhus and malaria in it. Can't prove. Cancelled over one month ago and still drafting the amount out of my account. The showers are also walled off, and I was warned of them selling people's information for fundraising. Not recommended. Before covid it was a very good club.

Would not honor my nationwide membership after I had already used it here several times.

My children are in the After-School program and they love YMCA! They spend part of their afternoons doing homework and then they have fun doing other activities such as sports, art, etc. When we (my husband and I) have to pick them up sooner they always complain because they don't want to leave. That, definitely is a good sign!

As a member, besides having the benefit of paying a lower price in the After-School and sports program (which is a great deal), I could say that I enjoy a lot the classes they offer (Zumba, Pilates, HIIT, etc).

Incredible preschool with tenured teachers and staff. Reggio Emilia, child-led curriculum that allows the kids time and space to explore and follow organic learning opportunities through. Unparalleled communication and attentiveness. Highest recommendation!

They got to get more organized and redo the kids bathrooms they are nasty

Had kids on aftercare until March and cancelled everything ... even we are not using the club for the last 2 months they still charging our CC. Went there to ask to get this fixed and they just dont care about!!!! Had to file a dispute with my CC because the financial did not want to help AT ALL!!!!! Hope never step in this place EVER again!!! DO NOT RECOMEND YMCA to anyone. Stay away from them or pay your menbership without giving your CC otherwise will be a headche!!!!!!!

Great atmosphere and staff! My son loved coming to the child daycare while i worked out. They always had great activities for the toddlers!

Nice place, pool under a roof makes easier to compete even in a sunny day.

I joined this gym when my baby was 8 weeks old because the child care center felt a lot more safe and welcoming then the LA fitness that I belonged to. Even though the LA fitness is a 3 minute drive from my house I drive 25 minutes to come to this gym. The staff is wonderful and so friendly. There are plenty of classes and the gym is always nice and clean. My child, who's now one, LOVES going to the child care here, I couldn't imagine a better place to leave my child. Santra and the rest of the staff in child care center are amazing, friendly and warm. I look forward to my daughter growing up here. I would/do recommend this place to any parents.

THE AVAILABILITY OF THE BASKETBALL COURT IS WORSE THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE.THEY KICKED US OUT SO MANY TIMES AND NOW WHEN I WALK AROUND THE YMCA IM WONDERING IF ILL GET KICKED OUT....JUST CUZ IM THERE!!!!!!!!!! MY HOMEBOYS AND I BE THE VILLAINS !

This has been my first experience at the YMCA. I brought my daughter for swim lessons and it has been wonderful! Alyssa is so good with her, my daughter absolutely loves her and can already swim underwater after a short time. Nicole, was so nice and helpful getting us signed up and accommodating us. We did a group lesson and are currently in a private lesson. It s the place to go for swim lessons. great instructors, staff and prices.

I am a visitor from Iowa, it is a very clean facility and they are very welcoming.

Poor customer relations, if you decide to cancel your membership, be prepared to pay for current month and following month! Two months payed in advance and you don't even want use it! Outrageous!

My daughter has been going to the preschool for about a year now at the YMCA preschool. She absolutely loves it! The teachers and staff are so caring and patient that she doesn t even want to leave when I pick her up! There s no better feeling than knowing your children are happy during the day! Thank you YMCA

PLEASE DONT COME HERE & SUPPORT this ymca. STAFF is RUDE & RACIST. People are a bunch of STUCK UP SNOBS who don t like any other CULTURE besides Themselves BOCA . Gym Fee is way expensive then other local places to put up with that MESS.

Me and my family joined the YMCA in the beginning of 2019 and our lifestyle has changed for the better ever since. I am pleased with everything YMCA has to offer to my family including all the different activities my children can engage in.
