Very resourceful and great staff. I received great support from everyone here.

They really provide much help when in crisis. Nor have good follow up and getting a hold or getting a call back is nearly impossible

I had the most horrible experience. I actually was excited about learning more about Domestic Violence and completing my 40 hr training at this location. I was taken back by the lack of cultural competence amongst the trainer at this location. There was things stated in which I felt should have not been discussed in the class. When I later addressed the matter to the trainer and upper management I received an email saying that my statement was untrue. I felt like that was in terms stating I was a liar. I felt disrespected. I later received another email apologizing. I don't feel like anyone actually did anything about the issue. I decided to complete my 40 hour training somewhere else.
