The staff is kind and helpful. The facilities are well equipped and clean. We have activities for the entire family and the Child Development Center provides great service. Thank you!

The Boca summer camp program is a chaos. Very poorly managed by an arrogant, always right director with so bad customer service skills that he managed to turn our family into Yhaters.

We ve been members of the Y for 2 years and counting, it s been a great experience so far my daughter loves the preschool she wakes up on weekends and asks if it s a school day that makes me so comfortable and relaxed to know she loves it and adores all her teachers. Miss Patty does an amazing job we appreciate the staff and all they do to create a hospitable ambiance. I also love the activities/events (Halloween , breakfast with Santa etc ) . We take swim classes and we love the instructors and the improvements on how they convey information regarding the performance and reminders , however I didn t really like the dance

We're new members, but so far we're all very happy with the facility! The mommy & me enrichment class is great & we look forward to starting our mommy & me swim lessons. The cardio equipment is clean & they offer cleaning wipes all over the workout area. The bathrooms are clean, too. Their snack machines are full of healthy snacks for adults & kids alike.

The staff is friendly & helpful. We haven't used the child care yet (my son is young & would freak out!), but I peeked in & spoke with a caregiver & she was very sweet & helpful. The child care area looks well kept & they were deep cleaning one area so it's obvious that they keep that area very clean.

I look forward to watching my little one grow up here & to having healthy family time at this beautiful center!

My 5-year old son LOVES it. The staff is very friendly, the facility is safe, the activities are fun, and it's a one place for all family members.

YMCA Boca doesn't believe in protecting members from cell phones exploding in the sauna. People ask management for a sign "no cells" but management doesn't seem to find the need for it....Wondering if a class action would convey to management they are liable and it's their duty protect the membership? They believe a general sign saying no plastics or glass in the sauna can do the job. Well it's not working and it's not clear to people at all....

The facility is beautiful the cardio machines all new and modern, excellent weight room, and certified trainers, it's safe. . If you like to take lessons do it at your own risk most teachers are not certified and it shows....

19 years ago my son had his first swimming lessons at the Y when he was 6 months old. We had such a great experience that we decided to join the Y as a family and became fitness members. I have been trained by many knowledgeable and professional Trainers. My son enjoyed playing in several of the sports programs when he was younger... baseball, soccer and basketball where we met so many nice families over the years. When my son was a new teenager he volunteered for 2 summers in the LIT ( Leader in Training) program. He then became employed by the Y and was a Y Bike Instructor. Currently, he has the good fortune of being a Camp Counselor and will work alongside a very caring, talented, dedicated and hard-working staff. We are so blessed to be a part of this Community!

Everyone on staff is so helpful. Even the Cleaning Crew takes pride in their work. Men's dressing room never has any odors or any debris on the floor. Classes are high-spirited, and instructors are obviously enjoying what they do. The front entrance is always got something going on, and there is some new program to join, like boots and butts. They add classes when the needs arise. I've been a member for over 12 years, and this facility keeps getting better every year. Thank you all for your commitment to Body, Mind, and Spirit. Great place for adults and kids to exercise, play and just have fun.

I ve been taking swim lessons with Jeff and it s been great. Jeff had me comfortable in the water very quickly. I felt very skeptical that I can learn... I m happy to say my skepticism turned around within the very first lesson. I like the locker room as it has both steam and sauna which is part of the reason I joined. There is plenty of exercise equipment and tons of classes to join in. Also, I like the quiet area where you can sit and read, eat or get some work done on the computer. I feel excited to go to the gym and it s been awhile since I felt that way. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I m very glad I joined. So far it s been really a great decision for me.

We are no longer a member but we enjoyed the time we spent there. My kids were part of the swimming team and they loved it. A lot of activities to do there, including spinning class, dancing classes, sauna...

Poorly managed aquatics. Lanes often not available for lap swim as advertised.

LOVE my Y family. Love the preschool, childcare programs, fitness center, staff, and this community designated to helping each other succeed. I am able to achieve my personal, fitness, career and family goals with the aid of these programs & will be forever grateful.

I had a great experience stopping in at the Y! I must say, Yeny at the front desk is a stand out team member! She made my quick experience coming to the Y amazing! Her also being able to speak two languages really helped out when it came to communicating and asking questions about the facility! She is fantastic and offers exceptional customer service from the short time I stopped in and I definitely can see myself becoming a member sometime soon!

I think this is a great, safe and happy place for children for aftercare from surrounding schools. The entire staff is wonderful.

As a snowbird from Arlington, Virginia, the Boca Y is my home away from home. Now in my mid 80's and a life long "jock", the Y is not only a place to exercise, but a place o meet up with friends made over the years. The YMCA has been a god-send for us. The staff in the child development center are amazing! My kids get so excited when I tell them it s time to go to the gym. The facility is always well kept and very clean. The front desk is beyond friendly. And we have had great experiences with the sports programs as well. I recommend this YMCA to every mom that s within driving distance of it!!

Not because I m a member, but it is a good place for my entire family to be, to spend sometime working out, dancing, swimming and a lot more. The after care program is awesome and my kid loves it. I m thankful for everything.

We really love everything about YMCA. We feel good at the premises, the GYM, the kid's place, the Swimming pool, anywhere at YMCA!

Amazing place. Good for all ages looking for all kind of activities: basketball, swim, soccer, indoor cycle, gym, Zumba, dance, CrossFit... All in one. Perfect for the entire family. Specially for me that have 2 - 3 years old twins and have the convenience to let them play on kids room with full time supervision while I am exercising.

It's fun to be at the Y-M-C-A!!!

We use the Y for daycare. It's clean, the (EXCELLENT) staff takes great care of our 1 year old, and the manager of daycare (Patty) is EXCELLENT. Basically my kid is everything to me, and I trust them with his saftey.

YMCA is an excellent place, they have different programs at an accessible price, for all ages, their staff is very friendly and the activities they do every year are very organized.

Beware of the car break ins here. They smashed our window on a Saturday morning at 9am and got away scott free. Come to find out from the detective, this has been going on for awhile and they choose to do nothing to increase security. The detective said it has been going on at ALL of the YMCAs and they are not helpful at all in their investigations either. Thank god none of my family or anyone was hurt but this is supposed to be a safe family establishment. They didn t even have the ability to view the cameras because the one person who is capable wasn t working until the following week. If you have sports practice on the field during the week, there are NO BATHROOMS unless you walk all the way around to the front of the building. I wish they would take the steps to make this place better for everyone!

Excellent place, safe, clean, and all the family can do sports and have a healthy life. Highly recommended.
