Debra is an amazing doctor and person. She really makes yo feel like you are with a friend, drinking coffee and you completely forget that you are with the counselor because she makes you feel very comfortable and she really becomes a friend with her patients. I love my time with her.
I've been to other therapists before and they don't seem to talk much. Speaking with Dr. Debra Stern, it doesn't feel as though she's a doctor, it feels as though she's a friend. She just makes it so easy for you to open up to her. She doesn't judge (and, yes, every doctor should be impartial, but you'd be surprised that some aren't). She is great at suggesting solutions and has really helped us come a long way.
Debra is absolutely amazing. I have been seeing her since I was 13 years old. She has always gone above and beyond for me. She actually cares about her patients and gets to know you and hears whatever you have to say. She is very caring and compassionate. I live an hour away now and still make the drive to see her.
