I had my car serviced by Yecks today. From calling to schedule my appointment to picking up my car, I was totally pleased. They saw to it I was greeted and given great care. Very reasonable, honest and hardworking. I now know where I will go for all my future car needs. Best I have found in my 40 years of driving!

I have always had a fantastic experience with Yeck's, but they really went above and beyond this time. They worked with me after hours on a Saturday to have my car taken to the dealership for the work to be done since I found out after the fact it was covered still under my warranty. Definitely went out of their way to help me and make sure I was taken care of--even though it was for another shop to do the work. Once my warranty is up I will definitely be back for all my servicing to be done at Yeck's. Thank you so much!

About 9 months ago I took my car into Yeck's Auto repair because it was running sluggish and I was worried about driving it. They promptly called me back and said it was a blown head gasket and it would cost me 1,900 dollars to have it fixed. Well, of corse I was freaked out because it was a repair I was not prepared for. Mark offered to buy the vehicle from me if I didn't think it was worth fixing and also advised that I don't drive it. I took the car to my parents house and parked it in their garage and borrowed my fathers truck until I could figure out what to do. In the mean time I called around to a few places to get estimates. I found a place that would fix the "Blown Head Gasket" for 1,200 dollars. So for 6 months I saved up the money to get it fixed meanwhile, stressing over how to get the money and also having my fathers truck for so long. Finally, I got the money together took it in to Auto Medics to have the repairs done and got a call that same day. "Who told you it was a Blown Head Gasket?" Turns out it was an oil leak! A quick and inexpensive fix. It just badly needed a tune up. $225 dollars and two days!! Now, I realize that things worked out for the best for me but I am still angry and upset that 8 month went by because of a miss diagnosis from Yeck's and the fact that they offered to buy the car from me makes me very suspicious. Always get a second opinion!! And unfortunately I would not recommend Yeck's. Qualified mechanics are worth the price. So much waisted time and stress that didn't have to be.

I am still in the process of getting my vehicle looked at and worked on however I am going to give these guys 5 stars. I have made a few requests since making my appointment (Mostly date/time changes) and every time Yecks has worked with me and not given me any grief. Thank You !

This is a great auto repair shop. They took the time to explain everything to me once I looked at my car. Another amazing thing was they gave me a ride back and forth to my home. They went above and beyond.

I am new to the area and looked up best Mechanic Shops in Bellevue. Yeck's came up and I was not disappointed. They fixed my vehicle in a day and had me back on the road. The owner Mark even drove me back to my home while my vehicle was being worked on. The customer service was great and I would recommend this shop to anyone! I even got a goodie bag filled with stuff! Great customer service, fast and friendly. It was done when they said it would be done. They were thorough and honest - that s the most important part for me! And the cost was very reasonable. They did what amounted to emergency repairs during a long and very bad period of terrible weather, and they got it done very quickly. It was great working with them and I will gladly work with them again!

The team at Yeck's always does an excellent job of caring for my cars at a reasonable price!

Had work done here and the staff was very friendly, had a good way of explaining issues, and they set realistic timelines. When they said they could look at it by this day, they looked at it on that day, when they said it would be done on this day ... was done on that day. They might not be the fastest out there, but I think that has a lot to do with people willing to wait a little bit for a good and honest mechanic, making that wait worth it.

I will always give my business to those who understand good public relations.
A personal touch is what most people want in such an automated society.

I am unable to leave our apartment building due to Covid. Yeck's came and picked up my car, and then delivered it when the service was completed. Very nice service!

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Yeck's for 10 years now. They have a great car club we always use for oil changes and I especially love that they provide loaner car while working on my vehicle. Outstanding customer service and honest knowledgable sales people

I took our still-under-warranty van in with a few different symptoms. I was convinced I could have fixed the van myself if I just had a little more time, but I would have replaced at least 2 bearings before I found the right one and I also would have needlessly replaced 2 CV joints. When the warranty company got cheap on us, Yeck's dropped the cost a bit to impact my wallet less. Yeck's saved me at least $250. Customer service and craftsmanship were the best I've seen.

I will NEVER come back here. They had my vehicle for almost 4 weeks and did not repair the main issue. Horrible communication. Because they had it so long it cost me an additional$240 in rental fees.

I value their opinion on auto issues and trust their work.

What everyone wants to know about a car repair business is that they are honest and trustworthy. This is Yecks all day long. We have trusted them with all of our vehicles for many years. Our grown children depend on Yecks as well. We recommed them to everyone .

Yecks service is top notch. They uncovered things I didn t know and fixed it immediately. The loner service proved to be quite helpful and it s free. Will go back again with any issues with my vehicles. Thankful to have found a team that I can trust with my cars.

Steve and his team did and awesome job on my Highlander. The Toyota need some non-standard TLC and the crew at Yeck's did a fantastic job keeping me up to date on the "hows" and "whys" of the work. The work they did was worth every penny (and pennies less than at the dealer to be sure!)

I called on a Friday afternoon prior to a holiday for an appointment for new tires/alignment and a LOF. They immediately provided a quote and I booked an appointment for the next Wednesday. I swung by on Tuesday evening and dropped the vehicle off. I called them Wednesday before leaving for work, and the vehicle was ready for me when I arrived. The actual cost to me was exactly what the quote was...no hidden costs/fees! Their CSR was very cheerful and polite, and being a new customer, I even received a nice "goodie bag"! It was a very nice experience! The facility is clean and the people I saw while there were all very professional! I have already recommended them to several of my friends and co-workers!

They know you by name, get you in, in a timely manner, tell you honestly what can be fixed now or leveraged for another time, and they provide a loaner car if needed. I just signed up to be in 'The Club'. This level of customer service has sold me on an ongoing relationship with Yeck's.

Recently moved here from Florida and needed a trustworthy mechanic to look at a bent wheel and tire. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my wheel was fixed. They also offered to take care of other routine maintenance that was due while it was there. I would highly recommend Yeck's and will only bring my vehicle to them from now on. Thank you again!!

Have taken our family vehicles to Yeck's for a couple years now. Always found them to do good work. Not your cheapest shop, BUT they do quality work and they are honest. Since I travel a lot I am glad to know my family has well maintained vehicles to drive while I am gone.

Yecks was recommended to me by a family member. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and how efficient everyone was. The oil change was fast and when I needed another item fixed I had asked them to check, it was handled promptly and efficiently too. You can tell they care about their business and they will certainly have mine.

called them for a tow. The guy on the phone sounded very disinterested and asked me my location. I told him and he claimed to be 30 min out from the truck and asked me to call at shift change which was also in 30 min. I waited and repeatedly tried to call back to no avail. He had shut off the phone and was sending me directly to voice mail. It's one thing to basically tell me you don't want to actually do your job. It's another to waste my time and then ignore me when I try to reach someone that will. I will never even attempt to use their services again.
