I called on a Friday afternoon prior to a holiday for an appointment for new tires/alignment and a LOF. They immediately provided a quote and I booked an appointment for the next Wednesday. I swung by on Tuesday evening and dropped the vehicle off. I called them Wednesday before leaving for work, and the vehicle was ready for me when I arrived. The actual cost to me was exactly what the quote was...no hidden costs/fees! Their CSR was very cheerful and polite, and being a new customer, I even received a nice "goodie bag"! It was a very nice experience! The facility is clean and the people I saw while there were all very professional! I have already recommended them to several of my friends and co-workers!
