called them for a tow. The guy on the phone sounded very disinterested and asked me my location. I told him and he claimed to be 30 min out from the truck and asked me to call at shift change which was also in 30 min. I waited and repeatedly tried to call back to no avail. He had shut off the phone and was sending me directly to voice mail. It's one thing to basically tell me you don't want to actually do your job. It's another to waste my time and then ignore me when I try to reach someone that will. I will never even attempt to use their services again.
