This company is nothing but a blackmailer. Unless you pay them 3% of your rental income they will not release your funds until a day after your guest has arrived. If you have a booking 10-12 months out they will hold that money for that period of time without interest. They hide behind an answering service in the Philippines, half the time you cannot understand what they are saying. they nothing but leeches. I don't know if what they are doing is even legal? Actually I would give them a zero rating.

This place sucks! Doesn't return calls and puts false information on IRS forms.

Yapstone is such a pain in the neck. Every single one of their communications are vague and secretive. I can t believe anyone would do business with them, let alone let them handle transactions. Just fold up and go away.

Horrible company - They have allowed at least 5 charge backs against my account and even after I submitted all of the required documentation showing that the charge was legit and contract were in place, they still have not refunded my $$ which is substantial. It's almost impossible to reach anyone and not possible to speak with anyone. Even trying to remove them as my payment processor took 3-4 days as the process is arcane. I am DONE with them!

I had absolutely NO business with this company at all but yet they charged my account. I called them to cancel the pending payment theyre taking out of my my account all they told me was they have no record of my name and I need to get with my bank to dispute the charge.

Very shady business practices. They dont answer phone calls, dont respond to helpdesk/email requests. They are used to be the financial processing arm of VRBO, but VRBO has since stopped using them but Yapstone has access to my account. BBB should look into them. Seems illegal.

I wish I can give Yapstone a ZERO star but there aren't available. How to fight back their charge back?
1st, stop doing business with VRBO. Move your business to AIRBNB!
2nd, close your bank account that VRBO and Yapstone have on their records.
3rd, Keep all your communication emails with VRBO and Yapstone.
4th, send consumer complaint to your Attorney Office to do the investigation....
5th, waiting for outcomes....
6th, tell everyone thinking about doing business with VRBO, STOP!!! DO NOT let VRBO getting close to you and your money account....

This is a terrible company that does not read the proper correspondence sent to them. They are doing a VRBO charge back on my account that surely should not occur. I am calling the better business bureau. Stay away from this company at all costs. One star is more than they deserve for a rating.

This company is a joke, they have no customer support team but they pretend to have one. If you submit a ticket through their website, the ticket will receive no response and get closed automatically. The most hilarious part is, they will send out an email asking how am I satisfied with the support I received, which I swear I didn't receive. I'm not sure how this company is running and why on earth their partners are still doing business with it.

Five years ago my landlord decided to collect monthly rent using this firm. They have been horrible; my landlord now agrees and has decided to terminate the relationship. But when I tried to delete my SS# (used for credit reporting), RentPayment.com insisted that they couldn't--that my landlord would have to do it. Their logic (I won't get into it her) was laughable. The CA Department of Financial Protection and Innovation Consumer Services (formerly Dept. of Business Oversight) today encouraged me to file a complaint concerning this latest miscue, so I did. No matter if you're a tenant or landlord, stay away from this mismanaged firm!
