Horrible company - They have allowed at least 5 ch...

Horrible company - They have allowed at least 5 charge backs against my account and even after I submitted all of the required documentation showing that the charge was legit and contract were in place, they still have not refunded my $$ which is substantial. It's almost impossible to reach anyone and not possible to speak with anyone. Even trying to remove them as my payment processor took 3-4 days as the process is arcane. I am DONE with them!
