This company is a joke, they have no customer support team but they pretend to have one. If you submit a ticket through their website, the ticket will receive no response and get closed automatically. The most hilarious part is, they will send out an email asking how am I satisfied with the support I received, which I swear I didn't receive. I'm not sure how this company is running and why on earth their partners are still doing business with it.
