We are so impressed with the quality of the windows that Yankee Home installed for us. We have had them for about a month and have noticed a marked improvement in the temperature regulation in the house. The two installers were very prompt, respectful, efficient and cleaned up the entire yard of the construction debris every day before they left. They made sure that we inspected the work and were satisfied. We found a couple of issues and they immediately agreed to rectify them.. We would recommend them without reservation.

Dave came over yesterday late afternoon, arriving early and ready to go. My wife s comments: very friendly and easy to talk to and accommodating. I agree, was able to get right to looking at our existing front door. Also made some very helpful suggestions and gave us some ideas to think about regarding windows that we were sort of thinking about. Some of the information regarding the door was a little more than necessary as I have wanted to use Yankee Home for some time now because I really enjoy their story and appreciate all the reviews about them, as well as their guarantees! It was more a question of timing of when we could afford them and making sure we had the budget. Dave seemed a little tired though I appreciate that he came out on his day off to cover for another person who wouldn t be able to have made it. Process took between the times quoted, probably around 80 minutes because we did move forward after taking time to discuss (my wife & I) which we appreciate Dave giving us space to do.
I wasn t super excited that the cost savings offer was only an on-the-spot offer, mostly because I hadn t anticipated it. Knowing up front about it would have allowed us to be more prepared to say yes right away. Thankfully we checked, while Dave made some calls, and determined we could make it work. Dave did explain the reason for it well, just would ve been better to know when scheduling the appointment. All-in-all look forward to working with them.

Great experience. What's best about Yankee Home Improvement is they educate you about your rights and don't force you into any agreements. We bought windows for our home and were impressed by the lifetime warranty as well as the potential to save on energy costs.

I had a complete roof replacement and a new entry door. Best products around and craftsmanship is top notch. You will never beat it and you sure won t find a warranty like theirs anywhere!! Don t be fooled by the other guys...

My parents Steve and Lis are excited to get new windows with Yankee Home Improvement. Dave was very knowledgeable and personable. Project is in its early stages but they are sure the windows will look great and be energy efficient.

I bought my house two years ago and I didn't know how old the roof was. It did have moss growing on it and at the time of inspection, I was told that I would have to have it replaced sooner rather than later.
After finding out about Yankee Home Improvement at the Flower and Garden Show, I gave a call and met with a product specialist. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. When I told him, I had a lot to think about and would not be making a decision on the spot, he didn't push for a sale but let me think over my options.
I gave him a call a week later to go ahead with my job and I am very satisfied with my roof! I was amazed at how quick it took, actually amazed by the whole process! This was the fastest roof job I have ever seem. Not only does the roof look great but everything was spotless afterwards! The dumpster, materials and crew all showed up on time. The work was done quickly with tarps in place around my house and the day after it was done, the dumpster was gone.
I'd give a big thumb's up to Yankee Home Improvement for the quality of materials, work and professionalism I experienced.

Yankee came out to give an estimate for some work on our house. Michael Mitchell was extremely polite and accommodating. He gave a very informative presentation on our options. He was very nice to work with.

Mat and I met at Home Depot and he could tell that I was lost in the isle unsure what I needed. He was helpful in describing what I would need to make the project happen without making me feel foolish.

I sent an inquiry for an initial quote for some potential work on my house and both Jessica and the lady who actually called me were extremely pleasant to speak with. They answered all of my questions and I felt no pressure to commit to buy anything. I m looking forward to the estimates I get for siding and gutter work.

New roof was installed in one day and I couldn't be happier with it! From the start at the consultation w/ Emery, to scheduling with Monica, to finishing up with the great crew that never stopped working the entire time. If it wasn't for the dumpster in the driveway and the beautiful new roof I would have never known they were there!

We had a great consultation with Nate from Yankee Home Improvement. He gave us an overview of the product and even brought samples so we could see for ourselves how it looked and felt. We were interested in the price to replace all of our windows and doors, and never felt pressured to pay for such a large project at once. They will be replacing our sliding door this March and will definitely be doing our windows in the near future!

Hired Yankee Home to install gutter guards around the home and they did a great job. Their installer was there on time, professional and completed the whole job an about 2.5 hours. Poured that night and no more water in the basement. Thank you!!

My husband recently had a stroke. There was so much to do to make our home safe for him to be able to come home in a few weeks. Feeling the shower, was one of the largest projects. Despite it being mid summer and I had 3 weeks to get the house safe for his return, Yankee Home Improvement put a rush on my order and squeezed my installation into the schedule. From Dario coming to tell me about the company and the product to Larry and his partner vacuuming as they left my house I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. They completed the project an hour before the home visit from the rehab people.
The shower was admired by the therapists the came to the house. This is a great product, antimicrobial surfaces, non slip base is very comfortable without the rough texture that is frequently synonymous with that promise. The ability to easily change the position of the handheld shower to high/low as well as side to side , switching from rain shower to handheld are all done easily with one hand. Sturdy grab bars, installed in the positions specified to your individualized needs.Another great feature, digital read on the faucet giving you water temperature as well as color change of readout. Very important if you have decreased ability to feel things. This is a great shower as well as understanding company . Definitely speak with them if you have disabilities or find yourself suddenly unable to function as you used to. This shower has given my husband independence back, at least in the shower as we continue forwards recovery.And, flowers sent the day my husband came home wishing him well ! At Yankee Home, they answer the phone " How can I put a smile on your face? " My advice...allow them to try!

Joe was great to work with. He was prompt, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He made me confident that my door project will be done correctly and to my satisfaction.

Though slowed a bit by Covid, and logistical issues, and a glitch in what we ordered, they were good at making things right. We were very happy with the quality of workmanship, and the personability and expertise of the workers.

Absolutely incredible sales experience! Steve Harvester (see review posted below NOT disclosing his relationship with Yankee) arrived promptly to begin his presentation. After explaining 4 times that we are only interested in measurements and numbers, NOT the presentation, I was told that, after he drove all this way to give me a FREE presentation, it was the least I could do to listen to it. So, I did.
As we explained what we wanted to modify by opening up the wall between 2 windows for a larger single window, he flat out disregarded our request, saying it was too expensive, and quoted what HE wanted!
Then, the final insult! After 2 1/2 hrs of a presentation we did not want, we finally got the pricing. 9 windows plus 1 picture window for nearly $24,000! Almost $2100 per window! Maybe folks in Chicopee have that kind of money to support rude salesmen, I certainly do not. I strongly suggest anyone with a realistic budget go elsewhere.

Follow up: Within one half hour of this post a Representative of Yankee called me at home. He was very interested in the details of our experience and apologetic that we were so displeased. He also assured me that I would be hearing from others at Yankee, even possibly Ger himself.

Our recent tub-to-walk-in-shower remodel by Yankee Home Improvement was amazing! Everyone I spoke to, -the receptionist, the salesman, the guy who took the measurements, the work crew, the case manager- was so professional, personable & knowledgeable. The end result, although pricier than we had envisioned, was sooo worth it! We now have a high quality,durable, easy-clean,gorgeous spa-worthy shower, with a double lifetime guarantee. The work crew really got things done, were very polite & considerate about closing doors so our dogs didn't escape, and they cleaned up after themselves incredibly well. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful, safer walk-in shower! Yankee Home Improvement is a company that really values it's customers .

I have worked with Yankee on my home four times: first for three entry doors; then for thermal siding; then for a garden window; and most recently, to replace my tub with a walk in shower. In every case the products were best in class, and the installation was perfect. The one time I needed warranty service (a stuck door lock) they were on it in 48 hours. I would never do anything to my home without Yankee!

About 6 months ago we asked for an estimate to replace our tub. After receiving a visit we were informed that a new tub, JUST a tub and surround, would be 14,000 dollars. So we politely declined. Since then, we've received non-stop calls, almost every week I'm called asking if we can proceed. I would ignore the calls but I'm contacted by a different phone number each time. After responding politely but firmly each time that we wouldn't be working with Yankee and to please stop calling, I've been called again and again. Today I received yet another call. So here we are.

Entered an online contest on facebook, last year since then I have recieved numerous phone calls, dispite asking them nicely over 20 times to take me off their list. Extremelly annoying phone calls.

I am impressed with the charity work done by this company. They have recently begun to post a number of these projects and donations on their website, including the owner's personal work with the homeless - Great Stories!!

Jon Shrair came over to my home last night to present to me, my wife, and my 17 month old son. Jon put on a wonderful presentation for some great windows. He endured my son interrupting him every few minutes and played with him throughout his presentation. Jon is a wonderful salesman for a set of wonderful windows I would recommend him to anyone looking to either put new construction windows in their home or a nice set of replacement windows.

We had a consultation with Emery Messier, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He is very good at his job.

Steve was very thorough in explaining everything to us and the products are great quality. I had a list of questions going into the meeting and he answered every one before i had a chance to ask them. Very professional. He even worked with us in terms of our budget. I will review again once i have my doors installed.

We had Dave, a design consultant, come to our home to give us a quote for a future project. He was very informative and patient with us! No high sales pressure pitch! He gave us a quote good for a year. We will definitely use Yankee Home Improvement for our project when we are ready! 5 stars from these gals!

The technician Steve was great and completed the job that 3 other people couldn't seem to fix. I ordered my interior door and two storm doors in May and installed July 6th. The install was the worst installation I have seen. Three service managers came and reviewed the installation and agreed it was not done to specs. Numerous calls to the company for some action and to get what I was paying for. .I will not recommend this company to anyone due to the poor service I received and considering I'm paying 5800 for terrible workmanship. The finance company said they wished they knew sooner about the terrible install because they would have helped me renegotiate the terms. I asked numerous times to speak with the owner and that did not happen in fact I was ignored. I am very unhappy with this company.

The consultation was very informative and really showed the benefits of using Yankee Home Improvement for our home project. I appreciated the detail provided as well as the examples. Nate puts in the effort for his customers. This is our second consultation, and we are happy to hear the full extent of what the company has to offer. We will be using them again in the future for many more projects.

The technicians, and installation crew explained their actions before preforming their work. They were polite and the sites were clean when they completed their work.

Great windows and presentation but more than I want to invest into this home.

Emery spent a lot of time providing information regarding my roof. He was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. As my other home improvement projects wrap up a roof will be on my list of big projects to take care of.

After waiting almost 20 years to own my own home I wanted to make sure I would have it for the rest of my life. When the time came to update some of my windows and doors I chose Yankee Home Improvement based on the good things I saw about its president, and the quality of its products, on "Reel to Reel". I also firmly believe in doing business with small local companies to keep the region economically healthy. I was not disappointed. The workers were exceptionally professional, courteous, worked right along, and cleaned up at the end of the job. A month later I had the company install a bathroom shower and again experienced a professional job. This company garners my complete satisfaction.

I had new gutters installed in less than a jiffy by a very friendly and professional crew. It was a high quality job that certainly put a smile on my face!! No worries!!

Requested a quotation be done for replacing a single shower stall with a tub shower combo. That's it. simple work. They proceeded to call me and try and schedule an appointment, initially - everything was fine until they found out I was married... then they refused to meet with me to provide a quotation until my wife was present. when I told the woman scheduling the appointment that my wife didn't need to be present for the quotation she pushed other time slots instead of what was convenient for me. wasted 10 minutes of my time, listened but didn't hear what I was saying. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with those business practices.

I have searched high and low for a special window for my barn. Dave H. took my call and understood the difficulty I was having finding my window. After we spoke, I believed this call was like so many others with disappointing results.

There were some important differences when dealing with Dave: First he called back and left a detailed message indicating his understanding and willingness to help. Second, after we spoke and I believed I needed to keep searching, Dave called back with a potential solution. I am very pleased with Yankee Home Improvement and especially Dave H.

Yankee did an amazing job remodeling our master bathroom. This was a total bathroom makeover so there were a lot of things to be done.
First was the removal of a 6 bathtub and installation of a new Onyx shower. Simian and his crew worked long day s to rip out the old bathroom and install the new shower, vanity, toilet, lights, new floor and also building a new linen closet.The workmanship was perfect. The crew was so easy to work with, extremely hard working, very accommodating including working a 14 hour day to complete their work.
In addition we had an electrician, installer, and plumber who all arrived on time and did an incredible job installing various components in the bathroom.
Communications about what would be happening with the bathroom from installation to putting the finishing touches on the bathroom we re good.
Overall the experience of working with Yankee was excellent and the next time we need work of this nature they ll be the first we call.

We recently had our 150 yr old home sided. The house had plank walls with no insulation. Now our home is a gorgeous red w/cream trim & is insulated. We are looking forward to having a warmer home & reduced heating costs this winter. The team of 3 brothers who did our home were craftsmem, not just workers. We became good friends. They cut no corners & went "above & beyond" in so many ways. They replaced a ton of rotted wood & mixed & poured 8 bags of cement to help shore up our home. I would have Yankee back without any hesitation. I highly, highly recommend this company.

Needed extensive work on my house and Yankee Home Improvement replaced my roof, added new gutters amd replaced all the windows. Crews were efficient and cleaned up meticulously after each job. The house looks great! Appreciated their flexibility and how easy it was for them to go the extra mile for me.

This is our first experience with Yankee. We were extremely impressed with the companies background and vision. We had contracted them to replace gutters on our home. Although they could not come through with what they had originally promised us, they immediately contacted us to explain the reasoning and come up with a solution. The installers arrived on time and they cleaned up after themselves. The windows are really nice and they will be easier to clean, as they are tilt-ins.

Yankee home improvement has been excellent in their service talking to them on the phone and the first meetiing to get a quote estimation call the way to the day of installation. Fast installation with no problems they respected my request to cover the carpet with sheets from the entrance all the way to the bathroom entrance. The installers were very skilfull respectful polite. My new walking shower is gorgeous and i feel safe from moldew forming like in my old bathtub. This material is very durable and easy to maintain I recommend yankee home improvement to everyone . They care and made sure they could accommodate us.

This is my 3rd excellent experience with Yankee Home Improvement. They were competitively priced, worked quickly and efficiently, and took great care to clean up when completed. I thought the job would take a week, instead it was a day and a half! Highly recommended!

Steve is a professional of the highest degree. As millennials it s very important that we do business with a reputable group that we can trust to take us from A to B explain every step in the process. Steve knocked it out of the part by every measure. We are doing our siding with Yankee, our windows, our entry doors and our roof on this property we will rent out and will be using Yankee, more specifically Steve, for all future projects.

Due to everything being pretty much custom fit . there were one or two re-order situations that they handled very well, keeping us informed of where things stood and when to expect someone to return.

We met a rep from Yankee Home Improvement at the 2017 DCU Home Show in Worcester and signed up for a sales person to visit us to talk about replacement windows for our house. The sales person came to our house and we were very impressed with the great quality windows Yankee sells so we signed to have half their windows installed right away and we'll have the rest installed next year. The windows were installed in less than a day and we love them. They are top quality, triple paned. The installers were very professional and completely cleaned up after the installation. We would definitely recommend Yankee Home Improvement to everyone.

Myra was just wonderful to work with at Yankee Home Improvement. She new that I had had a bad experience with Anderson window replacement and some concerns with other contractors, she listened to me and my wishes for what I wanted for windows as well as my concern about cost.

My wife and I, would like to extend to the entire team, a BIG Thank You.
We just had our roof replaced and from the very start, everything was excellent. We were given plenty of time to make a decision, including what type of roof and color that we were getting. The scheduling of this project was done with excellent detail. The dumpster was delivered and then the materials. The following day, the workers showed up. The timeline given to us concerning this project was very near exact. I wish that all companies would strive to have this type of excellence.
The workers showed up on time and were very detailed about protecting everything around the house, the tear off and the install of the new roof. When asked about a few details, they were very polite and answered the questions with great knowledge. It was evident that they not only cared, but also made it a point to do the work, First time right . Worker safety was also a strong point and should be noted as well. The cleanup was Great , the workers even went next door to ensure that there was no trash or nails.
