I bought my house two years ago and I didn't know how old the roof was. It did have moss growing on it and at the time of inspection, I was told that I would have to have it replaced sooner rather than later.
After finding out about Yankee Home Improvement at the Flower and Garden Show, I gave a call and met with a product specialist. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. When I told him, I had a lot to think about and would not be making a decision on the spot, he didn't push for a sale but let me think over my options.
I gave him a call a week later to go ahead with my job and I am very satisfied with my roof! I was amazed at how quick it took, actually amazed by the whole process! This was the fastest roof job I have ever seem. Not only does the roof look great but everything was spotless afterwards! The dumpster, materials and crew all showed up on time. The work was done quickly with tarps in place around my house and the day after it was done, the dumpster was gone.
I'd give a big thumb's up to Yankee Home Improvement for the quality of materials, work and professionalism I experienced.
