The technician Steve was great and completed the job that 3 other people couldn't seem to fix. I ordered my interior door and two storm doors in May and installed July 6th. The install was the worst installation I have seen. Three service managers came and reviewed the installation and agreed it was not done to specs. Numerous calls to the company for some action and to get what I was paying for. .I will not recommend this company to anyone due to the poor service I received and considering I'm paying 5800 for terrible workmanship. The finance company said they wished they knew sooner about the terrible install because they would have helped me renegotiate the terms. I asked numerous times to speak with the owner and that did not happen in fact I was ignored. I am very unhappy with this company.
