We had Dario and Ryan drive really far out to give us a quote, they stayed over 3 hours answering questions and explaining things to us as fairly new homeowners. The product they showed us is top of the line! We could not make the deal due to the price; however, these guys were REALLY great as far as first impressions go and I would recommend anybody have them come give a quote! Very sorry it didn't work out this time.

I called and got an appointment for the next day. Nate the salesman came on time and went step by step with all the products, warranties and explained in a friendly professional manner. Can't wait for my new door to be installed.
This is a lead generation Company Not contractors. They have promoters in big box stores, offering fake raffles to generate names for their telemarketers to call and set appointments. Then salesperson comes out and makes you sit through a 3 hour long presentation. Lying about warranties and their cheap no brand products. Then they hit you with 100% financing and delayed payment plans. That's how they get most people because they would rather not go through the trouble of getting a bank loan. But they wish they had once their interest rate in 30%. Then the kicker is they subcontract all the work out to the local contractor. So you paid 50% more for windows then if you went to the local guy yourself. They are more like head hunters. If you want to pay the salary of the telemarketers, canvassers,salesman and sales managers go with Yankee. If you want to just buy a roof or windows go to the local guy or home depot.
New windows installed for the whole house, fast, clean solid work, beautiful product. I can already feel a difference in the sunlight heat in my front room. Crew left the house and property cleaner than when they arrived!

David was the design consultant who came to my home to discuss replacing my roof and a few other things. He was fantastic! Showed up right on time. He went over everything involved in great detail. Real easy guy to talk to about any questions that came up. I've definitely had a few other companies in the past show up to give an estimate on a project and it's just that immediate sales pitch as soon as they walk in the door. So much better with Yankee Home Improvement. The whole experience was a great balance between understanding all the relevant information/options there were when it came to replacing my roof without feeling like I was being asked to sell the farm. My house was built in the mid-70's and I've lived there since 1988. My doors were original to the house and they were old and ugly! Why, I don't even know what they were made of and it looked like someone had painted over them with a paint brush!
When I would come home and see them, well, it didn't make me feel great about my house. Since I worked with Yankee Home Improvement already, I decided to use them again after seeing their booth at the Valley Home Expo this spring.
What can I say, the new doors have improved the look of the house tremendously! It makes me feel better when I look at my home and it has improved the house value as well. No more ugly doors! The doors feel sturdier and tighter than before too.
What I appreciate most about Yankee Home Improvement is that they stand behind their product and their work. If there is anything that needs to be fixed, they show up on time and are right here to fix it. Very reliable.
I had intended to replace my roof last summer, but a broken leg interfered with the estimate process. I was very impressed with their sales representative and Yankee s competitive pricing. They scheduled the project to begin as soon as possible here in the dead of winter. The installation crew was phenomenal shoveling much snow off a low pitch roof before even beginning the job. At the end of the first day they completely left the worksite the way they found it. On day 2 they arrived promptly and wound up finishing the job while it was snowing. The dumpster was removed quickly, too. Part of what made me choose Yankee was their tradition of giving back to our community...Habitat for Humanity and more. They were very attentive to both me and the project.
I scheduled an appointment with this company and I received a call about an hour beforehand to let me know the representative was an hour behind schedule. I agreed to reschedule the appointment, adding that I didn't think the presentation should last an hour and a half, but I agreed to allow the required time, and we chose a new date and time. I got a call back a few minutes later from a woman who said I had to commit to the hour and a half. I told her that I had committed and there was no reason to call me back. On the rescheduled date, I waited for the representative but 25 minutes after the scheduled time, I called Yankee Home Improvement to find out where the representative was. The man I spoke with said there was a notation that my appointment was rescheduled but my agreed upon date and time had not been recorded. Needless to say, I did not reschedule!
Glen came out to evaluate our roof and provide a quote for replacement. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. While Yankee Home's pricing comes in at a significant premium to their competition, it's clear that, if they win my business, they will do quality work and stand by it.
I cannot attest to the work that this company does, only to the sales visit I experienced. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone that doesn t have two and a half hours to sit and listen to a sales pitch. The visit went much longer than it needed to, and the sales tactics were unbearable.
At the beginning of the visit we explained what we were looking for and that we were not going to make a decision that day, however, the rep seemed to have his own agenda and timeline without a thought to our request. When our daughter started getting whiney (about an hour and a half in) and one of us had to leave the room, it did not phase the rep and he kept going. However, he would not let us make any decisions on our own, such as the end survey (which is not really a survey) - he required that we both be available even when one was attending to our daughter. After I had said that the visit was over, he still had to make one more phone call and make one more deal offer.
I appreciate the product and the "deals" dropped the price to where we needed it to be - but the sales tactics of making us listen to two hours about how great your company is, and then wheedling us with 30 more minutes of amazing "deals" and pushing us to make a decision when we had made it clear we still wanted to see what other companies would offer us, guaranteed that we do not want to give your company any of our money by hiring you.
You shouldn't try to bully people into selecting your company; you should rely on your product to make it easy to choose you once reviewing all options. And the presentation should be about your product and practices - which should never take two hours to explain. If it takes you that long, then you are doing it wrong.
My replacement windows are amazing! Two young technicians arrived at my house on the day of the install . They were prompt and ready to diligently work until the job was complete. No trace of debris was left behind as promised and the workmanship was superior in quality. My husband and I were more than pleased! Thank you Yankee Home !!
I would NOT recommend this company to anybody if they want a good job done in a timely manner. There is absolutely no communication whatsoever. I signed a contract to get my house sided in October and was told several times that the project would start on a specific date. It never did... then one Sunday I came home to find half the shingles on my house being scraped off and placed on a huge tarp lying in my backyard because there was no dumpster delivered yet! It was a disaster. After 2 full days of rain and my house being left exposed to the elements, they finally showed back up to finish the project. The siding was completed rather quickly but the trim around 90% of my windows was not siliconed leaving huge gaps in the sills that you can see from 40 feet away letting water into the gaps which I'm sure will cause rot and damage underneath the vinyl. There are creases and dents in the window trim that I've asked many times to be fixed. One of their workers had even told me that they need to completely redo 4 entire windows! I've taken pictures and emailed them to the company and call every week to get my house fixed. Every time I call them they tell me they will have somebody contact me and send somebody out to repair and replace the sloppy trim work. Well, that hasn't happened and it's now 2 months later. I even got a door installed with the siding and they installed it on the wrong side of the house. It was clearly stated on the contract it was a front door, yet when I got home it was on the back of the house. So I ordered another door for the front of my house which is where it should have gone in the first place. Very disappointed.
Excellent consultant , Mark Quiterio presented Yankee Improvement company (notable company founder and charitable contributions. Mark explained home improvement window options relative to replacement window options/state federal rebates, warrenties etc. Very courteous and understanding of needs . Unfortunately, I had no idea the cost of such exceptional window options and will need to look into buying less efficent windows, and having my kitchen contractor replace. If I were wealthy, I would certainly appreciate the efficiency and benefits of lifetime warranty and company..
I would give more stars if I could! From the very beginning when Dave came to our house until the end of the project it was a great experience.We had a new slider put in the kitchen and it was not without a few bumps in the road which is expected in a 30 year old house. The installers had to come out twice because the first door was the wrong size.(no one's fault, just old house surprises!)Even though we had to wait a couple of extra weeks for the installation, Rik Rolski went over and above to make us happy . Our installers Tim and Fernando were a pleasure to work with and made the best of working in the cold heavy rain in December! When they were done they cleaned up very nicely after themselves and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new door! I would recommend Yankee Home Improvement to any and all who are considering a home project

The windows installed are beautiful and have helped with outside noise reduction and we are saving on our heating bill. The installers were professional and worked quickly, and cleaned up very well afterwards. I noticed some drafts about a week or so after they were installed. Quickly they sent out Rusty to come assess the issue. Rusty inspected very well and walked me through all possible scenarios. He discovered the dead space between windows and wall, needed installation. Then he came back out a week later and blew insulation around all the windows. After that, no more drafts!!! So happy and grateful for Rusty s hard work and dedication to make our satisfaction priority. I am so happy we went withYankee home Improvement . They priority is customer satisfaction! And the don t disappoint! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Oh, and they send the most adorable box of homemade cookies. Thanks Brandon. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

From 1st day when sales person came to house David Pratt he was a big help in deciding what windows and door we needed to pricing and get financed then when the day came to install everything one person came I was impressed with professional knowledge politeness he did everything by him including hanging picture window 2 double hung windows and new back door this installer Serge knows is business then I received home visit by Concierge Rik and I told him how impressed I am with Yankee Home Improvements We are schedule to have sales come back tomorrow for quote on 2 more new windows which I am sure to place with them I highly recommend This company to anyone who needs windows or door replacement prices are great
Though the services offered did not ultimately line up with our specific project, Jessica was extremely helpful in making suggestions for alternative methods of finding our eventual contractor. I would definitely call Yankee back when a project that aligns with their services comes up.

I will never waste my time or money on a company that is so desperate to contact someone about my appointment that was not even involved. They researched online to find my mothers number because I didn't answer my phone. Extremely pathetic.

Extremely disappointed in our new roof, the workmanship is not top of the line. Our home incurred damages and we are still waiting for them to complete repairs. We got bumped from the schedule and forgotten. A reminder call from me 3 weeks ago and forgotten again. I don't expect them to follow through on their warranty unless I keep calling and reminding them. Sad service, and I don't recommend them. I recommend you keep searching for another company to trust with your home.
Did a raffle over five years ago since then we had another company replace our windows and they have been told over and over to stop calling and to have our name removed from whatever list we are on we are still being harassed not good business would never recommend this place to anyone especially seeing they dont take no for an answer

Dennis came out to fix an issue with the glass doors on our newly installed shower. He was great! The first time he came out, he listened to our concerns and assessed the problem. He needed to order parts. When he came out the 2nd time, he brought smaller shower doors which were more appropriate for our small shower. Having the appropriately sized doors has made a world of difference. We no longer have to enter the shower sideways. The opening has increased by an additional 6-8 inches. He also leveled them so they don't slide open while we're showering (the original reason we called to have a service tech come out). Thank you Dennis!

While I am sure the quality and warranty is exceptional, $26,000 for just a shower with glass door is too unbelievable for words. Got it down to $13,000 with cheapest material and NO glass door...no thanks.
Jessica was very accommodating to my concern with my double storm doors. Though my concern was petty, it was very important to her that it get corrected as soon as possible despite the holiday season. I will definitely be doing business with Yankee again. Two thumbs up! Thank you, Jessica :-)

Yankee Home Improvement did a fantastic job installing our new shower! The workers were very polite, neat, and did not get in the way in a small house with lots of kids running in and out! The installation was not easy as the bathroom was very small and there was not much room to work. They were thorough and identified problems from the previous contractor that worked in the plumbing! The end result is amazing and we are very happy!
Nate Towse made the process extremely comfortable and smooth. He spoke with us way over his given time and even let us talk to the owner. He later helped us again with a small request. VERY IMPRESSIVE.
