We had Yankee Home do a shower with a built in seat and safety bar and dual showerhead. From our first meeting with Ryan, the sales rep, to schedulers and installers to the follow up calls from our concierge, Rik everything was completed in the time and budget constraints that we discussed. We love our new shower.
Horrible customer service or should I say no customer service . Made appointment 2 weeks in advance and confirmed the day before yet they cancelled 25 minutes before they were to arrive at our house with the lamest excuse why they were blowing us off. They offered no apology for the inconvenience and they didn t express any remorse. It would have helped if the owner or sales manager called but no it was the receptionist who made original appointment
and who I confirmed with the day before we were a scheduled to meet with salesperson to get estimate . If they don t want business in our area then why do they continue to have full page ads in our local newspaper . This company doesn t deserve your business. So call anyone else but Yankee Home .
The crew that came out to replace the gutters on the house were both fast and efficient. They did an excellent job in record time and did all the clean up. The team at Yankee Home were all very nice and made it easy to choose them as the contractor's we want to use for all of our home improvements in the future.

Ger Ronan is one of the most charitable individuals I have ever met. He and his employees have an amazing sense of community. They have come together to assist my non-profit, The Sunday LOVE Project, and have shown a true commitment to making the world a better place for those less fortunate. I am grateful to be a part of their community. Their outreach is helping the homeless to build community through a weekly meeting place where a meal is shared and stories are told. This is the kind of business that makes an impact beyond the workplace.
Steve came to my house for a service. He quickly took care of the problem and was very courteous. I have had him here doing different things at different times and he is always been a pleasant person to deal with.
Jessica was very professional and has such a pleasant voice. She is understanding and the company is very accommodating.

I want to acknowledge the great customer service we just experienced with all the staff at Yankee Home Improvement. Two of the windows we purchased 9 years ago with a lifetime warranty were replaced without a hassle and the 2 installers and the project coordinator were great. Alaska was the project coordinator and Steve installed them today. The first technician that came out to view the defects was a guy named Steve, too, I think. My wife scheduled an appointment to replace 2 doors and windows at our home. The appointment was scheduled for a Saturday appointment. The day before they called to confirm the appointment and my wife confirmed it. They also wanted to confirm that I would be there for the appointment. They refused to come to the appointment unless a "husband" was present. She confirmed that she was expecting to be at the appointment and that she is able to make all design and financial decisions. The customer service representative stated that she needed to get permission from her manager and would call back. They never called back and did not show up for the appointment.

Professional and not pushy. They came out to give us a quote on a exterior door. Not only did Adam quote the door but also gave us ideas for other areas of our house. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. We have used Yankee before and knew they were a quality company. We did not hire them to do the project only because it is not in our budget at the moment but we will certainly be calling them again.

This is the second time we are using Yankee Home Improvement, they are professional and knowledgeable when it comes to what your home may need. Everything from the sales department to the people who answer the phone, to include the who do the install. Are professional. I will recommend to everyone I know, especially for their windows. Yankee s staff were very friendly and polite. The people on their work crew were friendly, seemed happy with their work, even talking and laughing with each other at times. They worked extremely efficiently and the end result looks beautiful! It s guaranteed for lifetime... and for the next owner whenever we might sell the house. We have a rather large roof and they finished the entire thing within two days... even with a rain delay for half a day. I am impressed. They cost a little more than some of their competitors, but they use the best materials, very good workers..AND... they guarantee it. We are pleased with the entire process!
Yankee Home Improvement just completed a bathroom tub and shower renovation for us. The job was done in a day and what an outstanding job they did. We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the quality of the product they installed. What a huge difference they made in the bathroom. Nate, the design specialist, sent by Yankee Home was incredibly knowledgeable and informed us of all the benefits of using Yankee Home for our window project. He was personable and gave us a lot of information on how Yankee Home would make sure we were satisfied with our project no matter the circumstance. Setting us the appointment was seamless with Concierge Rik and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I would recommend anyone to use Yankee Home for their window projects and we will plan on using them again in the future due to their impeccable customer service and product.

We bought our home in 1992 and at the time it had older windows from the 1980's when it was built. As home owners, we wanted our home to be well insulated but the old windows were just not cutting it
We had a breeze coming through sections of our house and knew we needed to do something about it. Not knowing who to reach out to, your name attracted me right away since I'm a big NY Yankee's fan! So, when Yankee Home Improvement came out, your product specialist was very nice and helpful. What I was really impress with is that rather than a pushy salesman, your product specialist made suggestions as to what would work best for our home, and I am very happy with the results!
Just from working with Yankee Home, we learned a lot about craftsmanship and what windows would be the best for our home.
We also had a major problem with our French doors that lead to our back deck. We had a local contractor from our neighborhood install them and within 2 years we were getting leaks that were causing the wood to rot below the door area and we ended up with carpenter ants! Yankee Home Improvement came out and repaired the damaged wood when they installed our sliding glass door and now it looks brand new again!
I'd say that you would be crazy to not work with Yankee if you are a home owner. They are number #1 in my book and I will always use them for my home. If you want something done right, go to the people who know what they are doing. I'm sticking with Yankee Home Improvement!
Glen was amazing! he was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable of all the products and was patient answering all my questions. I got the front windows installed by Yankee last fall now looking to install the rear windows of the house. Will definitely be using them for the doors and siding in the next couple of years. Yankee s products are very well built- I Love the windows!!!!

We recently hired Yankee to install our back patio door. They gave a fair quote but I really wanted it installed within 2 or 3 weeks. They said it would be tough but they would put a rush on it. Well, it was installed in weeks! The door is quality and looks beautiful. Very happy with the service and the follow up.

We were approached by this business a few months back at a home show. My wife and I have been looking to redo our bathroom for a period of time. The consultant that came to our house was Adam. Adam was extrembly generous while getting straight to the point on what Yankee Home improvement had to offer. We fell in love with one of the example options as my wife and I knew exactly what we wanted. We thought the price that he presented us with was extremely fair and the warranty he offered made it even easier to accept it on that date. I would also like to mention that the customer service representative is by far one of the nicest people that I have ever dealt with on the phone. I would highly recommend this company for any home project that you need done. 5 stars, no questions asked!!!!!
David came to my house to give me an estimate on a new bathtub. I had no intentions of getting it done right away, but once talking with David I realized that you only live once and I should go for it. I mean who doesn't want to take a nice warm bubble bath in a new tub. David's knowledge on the product was very convincing. I can't wait to see the end results. Jessica was great, very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn t care for about Yankee was the bombardment of phone calls daily (until I had the open schedule to call in and make an appointment). I believe that was done by another department. Jessica was thoughtful and low pressure.
We had replacement windows installed about 2 years ago, and love them! Unfortunately, our picture window in the dining room developed a 'leak' which was causing the inside to get moisture, and of course we couldn't clean it! I called Yankee Home Improvement and spoke with Brandon, who arranged for another replacement window. All so easy, and we appreciate his help in facilitating this, and in Yankee's guarantee that makes us even more sure that this was a good investment.

The appt was made and confirmed both by phone message and phone call, but CJ never showed up or bothered to call, even though it was the day after we spoke. Call to the office to find out what was going on and was told the manager would call me in a little while. No call. I moved on to another company.

I scheduled an appointment for Yankee Home Improvement to come out and give me a gutter assessment. They asked me if anyone else who makes decisions for the property needs to be there which I found wierd but told them no, I m the only one. Two days before the appointment I confirmed with them and then they didn t show up. I called them to schedule another time and they informed me that they had pulled my property records and wanted to know if my father would be at the appointment to make decisions about the property. My father died a few months ago. Apparently my word that I was the only one who needed to be there the first time they asked wasn t enough for them. Pulling my property records was invasive and in bad taste. I will not be spending money with this company. Also, they require you to give them 90 minutes of your time for their first visit so they can upsell you on a bunch of services you probably don t need!

We had a consultation for windows with Ryan Irizarry, and he came well prepared and was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the topic. He answered all the questions we had regarding the install and the technology/science behind what makes an efficient window compared to others. He was very amicable and it didn't feel like the expected high pressure sales situation that turns a lot of people off- we felt so comfortable and informed that we signed a contract for new windows through Yankee Home Improvement and are excited to get some quality windows in to replace the ancient ones currently in our kitchen. I cannot say enough positive things about Yankee Home Improvement. They remodeled our bathroom turning a 40 year old tub into a gorgeous full size shower. The plumber/contractor Renato was professional, hard working and left the house and yard as clean as it was when he arrived.

I spoke with the senior design consultant, Steve H through Zoom for a virtual consultation. He was very pleasant, professional and completely thorough in his introduction and explanation of the company, how they began, continued to grow, a detailed description of the product and financial options.
Although I have been window shopping figuratively and literally with local vendors it was the time, detail, product and fair pricIng that convinced me to sign a contract before hanging up the phone.
I feel confident that I will get a great product, skilled installation and excellent warranty.

I had a outside door that was over 100 yrs old and drafty as standing outside yourself. They came in reframed it, put the new door up.And as soon as I closed it, there was silence. Which was a total shock, and pleased at the difference. Can't wait till the winter to see the savings.

Just had a consultation at our home with Nate Towes from Yankee Home Improvement. His presentation was a true learning experience for us. We are replacing our old vinyl windows with a more energy efficient brand. I did my research on replacements and found that Yankees windows are far better than anything I found. Nat was very knowledgeable and demonstrated the efficiency and quality of the windows. We selected the best option for our budget with no sales pressure. Our buying experience with Nat was 5 STARS.

I have worked with contractors in the past but my experience with the Yankee crew was more than outstanding. I was treated more like family than a customer. I would recommend to anyone thinking of renovating their Bath to give Yankee Home Improvement the opportunity to earn your business. I absolutely love my new bathroom!
The man who was supposed to give me an estimate, walked into my house and said the first thing we need to do is check your credit and see how much of a loan you can get. He was in my house for 30 seconds, didn't even put his briefcase down. He didn't even ask how I was planning on paying for windows. He didn't measure or showed any products. The only thing he wanted was to see about a loan. These people obviously get some type of kickback from the " loan company ".
New roof looks great. It was installed in a day. They used magnets to clean up the yard. I would definitely refer them to a friend.

I've had three companies come to show me their product and their warranty and no one was as detailed as Jimmy. He answer all my questions show me all the options I had. He really had a wealth of knowledge of the product he presented us. this really was an excellent presentation of the product. Hands down the best window out there and I don't think no one can beat their warranty. I really felt comfortable with this presentation and that doesn't happen too often thank you Jimmy great job.
These guys are AWESOME! The salesman came out and explained everything and gave us a price. It was not the lowest price we got, but for the windows we got, it was definitely the best value. The installation crew was outstanding; punctual, polite, respectable and very friendly. Their work is incredible; they cleaned up everything when they were done. Words cannot express how happy I am with the finished product!.
If I could give the zero stars I would. Had them come for estimate. The guy who came was not the person they said would come. Extremely over priced and unprofessional attitude. I cannot recommend this company.

Dave is very knowledgeable,and pleasant to deal with. He explained the products,the process, costs,etc very well. We feel that we know what will be done,when it will be done,and what it will cost us. There were some computer glitches which he handled in a professional, organized manner.

Ordered a replacement sliding glass door. Worked around my schedule. Showed up on time, did the work with no messing around. Top quality work, top quality product. When they left the area they worked in was cleaner than when they showed up.

His verbal and nonverbal communication was engaging, pleasant, relaxed, non-threatening, attentive, articulate, considerate and educational. He did not arrive or present with a sales pitch or any anxiety provoking pressure. Micheal merely provided, at my pace and degree of interest, the information and guidance I requested. He provided succinct answers to my inquiries in terms that I could understand. His attentive and gentle approach was Informative yet concrete in that it didn t leave my head spinning during my decision making process.
