Avoid this sign at all costs! Customer service just isn't up to par. It's incredible !
The credit code is just impossible to use! Despite the many requests I never had a proposed solution.
We feel ripped off every time we make contact. The information given over the phone, by email and on the site chat is totally contradictory!

Update August 2020:
Always waiting for the so called "competent service" which never responds to requests. I will therefore launch the procedures with the support of consumer associations against this scam.

Site where I made several orders since almost the beginning but following a problem (cofidis 3x no charge) dated 24/10 2016 two of my order this month (and yes it is in 2019) are blocked and prevents me from to carry out repairs on my cars.
Similarly, as I can read many people have had the problem of delivery you are on the site and you take what is available and after you discover that it is not at home but on the site of the manufacturer.
While you think you have it within 48 hours you receive your orders a week later.
Be careful if you want to assert your rights with the CNIL (seen on your personal information or erasure of your file) no one does not answer your brief requests CNIL procedure engaged at this time.

Customer service is not the rule at all!
I ordered on June 01, 2020: oil filter, cabin filter, air filter and 2 wiper blades (between two I canceled by phone a wiper blade, which I had ordered in excess (the order was not even running out of preparation)).
On June 9, 2020 I received my order which includes An oil filter, cabin filter, air filter (a wiper blade is missing).
I get back in touch with them the same day and tell them that I am missing a wiper blade in my order, they send it back to me for free (luckily)
Knowing that the full amount has been collected before it is even delivered!
On 07/29/2020 I am still awaiting a refund for my extra wiper blade!
Several reminders made of course!

They advertise the products as being in stock but they are not really. The expected delivery is late and will arrive at the same time as if I had ordered from a competitor who was cheaper ... this is the second time that it happens and I always give the same arguments (well honed) in putting responsibility on the platform and the carrier, blah-blah .... when we take an order and announce a deadline: we honor it!
This was my last order! For those who are straddling the delay: go your way.

If you have the choice avoid ordering on this site. They have been walking around for days while the error comes from them. I order parts. They modify my order without warning with a part that has nothing to do. I warn them that they made a mistake to me they put me a more expensive part and ask me to pay the difference while the part which I chose is supposedly always available. When I try to reach them every time I come across incompetent people who purposely fail to understand (maybe be a foreign platform) my order has disappeared from my follow-up and I receive no alert by email or by phone if you are not admissible you can rather choose to go by autodoc or oscaro

First and last order on this site with very dishonest sales conditions.
Changeover order for 2 shocks + 1 wiper blade to reach the amount necessary for the promotion. Direct Flow.
Except that on the day of delivery, the refund of 2 shocks is indicated on the status of my order (account) because these two products are not available. No email before sending me to cancel directly my order.
Result: A windscreen wiper more than 17 euros, return shipping costs are my responsibility, the% of promotion is obviously canceled since the amount is no longer reached.

Hello, I'm furious, I always ordered from Yakarouler, May today after making an order in April, Yakarouler replaces some parts with others, on the pretext that they are out of stock, however very present during my order ..... Plus 1 month before being refunded! Following a command of candles and a filter cashed immediately because the parts were supposedly available, I waited 2 weeks my order. I phoned and I'm told that these parts although very common, are out of stock .. I had to call 3 times to cancel the order to make me refund and that it is only after of 5 weeks and after relaunching them 3 times that I have finally been reimbursed .. Such practices are inadmissible and should be reported to the DGCCRF - Electronic Commerce.

Same mishap for me. I ordered on December 07, 2019 an engine temperature sensor. This piece was out of stock. Yakarouler, on my own, ordered another one, but this one was not compatible with my vehicle. So cancellation of my order and no shipping but despite everything my account has been debited. I sent emails requesting a refund but received no response. I phoned a dozen times and always the same speech: we are sorry sir, we are doing everything to resolve the problem. Order made for an item displayed as "available" on 03/30 but placed in "Refund" status the same evening on the order tracking of the website.
No email to warn. I therefore call customer service to ask why my order is refunded: I am told that the part is not available from the supplier and that therefore my order has been canceled and will be refunded within 10 days.
So in addition to not notifying by email of the order cancellation, the stocks displayed on the site are not up to date.
Today is 07/05 and despite 4 reminders by email and phone I still have not received a refund while the GTC indicate a refund within 14 days maximum (paragraph 3.2) ...

Completely incompetent after-sales service for the purchase of a simple diesel filter of just 25 euros, after several calls and emails sent with photos requested by the latter of the defect on the dashboard from the time of assembly, the registration card, the mileage of the vehicle assembly, date of assembly and disassembly (3 km and assemble / disassemble the same day, normal because defective!)
Very complicated to proceed therefore to an exchange especially that the part was defective of manufacture and not of a bad assembly or use.
Finally, we take into account my exchange request provided that I return it at my expense, in its original box (discarded because soiled with diesel after disassembly) under penalty of not proceeding with the exchange.
My advice: flee Yakarouler pseudo auto parts sales site.
Go to its well-known competitor who has an efficient and serious tool in the event of a problem, especially if a product has a factory or other manufacturing defect.
