A disaster in terms of after-sales service.
They did not send me the reference of the plates I had ordered.
After contact, the return is at my expense (more than 13 euros of shipping costs) but in addition Yakarouler makes me a credit and asks me to validate an order with my reference of requested platelets more expensive and shipping costs !!! 3rd call to after-sales service and still no solution ...
It's going to end up with 34-euro wafers going to cost me 57-euro!
