My order has been shipped, but deposited by the carrier in a different relay than the one provided, in another town in addition. I therefore refused this order within the withdrawal period of 14. Yakarouler, the aptly named for scammers, refuses to reimburse me on the grounds that I must go and refuse the parcel at the Relais Colis in question, (whereas they previously imposed as a condition for the reimbursement to await its automatic return after 15 days, what I have done). So the package is dropped off anywhere without my consent and I have to go to hell vauvert to be refunded or send back the package that I did not receive! The package scheduled to be shipped the next day is finally 6 days later because parts were ultimately not in stock. The package is sent by 2 carriers but on the site, we only see a carrier and a package.

So I called the telephone support who answered immediately. I am told that the other part of my package has been shipped via another carrier but they do not know where it is or when it will be delivered. By calling every day I am asked to 'wait until tomorrow' and call back.

Without a tracking number (because yakarouler does not want to provide it, even by phone) I managed by contacting the carrier myself (surcharged number of course). Result I had to pick up the package directly from the carrier.
