Repayment deadline not respected, stocks not up to date ...
Order made for an item displayed as "available" on 03/30 but placed in "Refund" status the same evening on the order tracking of the website.
No email to warn. I therefore call customer service to ask why my order is refunded: I am told that the part is not available from the supplier and that therefore my order has been canceled and will be refunded within 10 days.
So in addition to not notifying by email of the order cancellation, the stocks displayed on the site are not up to date.
Today is 07/05 and despite 4 reminders by email and phone I still have not received a refund while the GTC indicate a refund within 14 days maximum (paragraph 3.2) ...
So for my part it was the first and last order.
