Same mishap for me. I ordered on December 07, 2019 an engine temperature sensor. This piece was out of stock. Yakarouler, on my own, ordered another one, but this one was not compatible with my vehicle. So cancellation of my order and no shipping but despite everything my account has been debited. I sent emails requesting a refund but received no response. I phoned a dozen times and always the same speech: we are sorry sir, we are doing everything to resolve the problem. Almost 2 months and still no information from them.
