I had the pleasure of being a member at Omechaye for a few months before moving back to New York. I love the Gym and all the fitness facilities that they have to offer. The staff is very friendly and always helpful which makes it a truly unique and special place. I would highly recommend.
Highly recommend coming here for acupuncture. Had a shoulder injury and after 2 months of Physical Therapy, which definitely helped, I felt I was only able to regain 75% of my range. After 2 sessions, I was back to 100%. I now go monthly for tune ups and to address other issues because I love how I feel after my sessions.
I had a lovely meal at this place. The food is terrific and healthy the location is central Hallandale Beach and the perfect combo of nice atmosphere and good food. I love my detox juice every morning I love Om echaye kitchen best place ever . I recommend Om echaye you won t regret. And the best costumer service .
They only seem to like to cater to other people! Not African Americans! Went in for some soup, the lady didn't even fill up the small container! I asked her is that all, and she replied yes! Immediately speaking Spanish to another customer, whom then looked over at me and smiled?? Money is money! It shouldn't come down to what color hand is handing it to you!
Guys every class I tried just an amazing experience and great work out. My favorite cycling classes with Laura and cardio kickboxing with Sue. They just amazing!!! Also I had a totally new experience with power weight class with Claudia. I can tell this is not easy, but I got Great results with my body. Thank you Om echaye for great teachers!!!!
The most professional staff I've ever encountered at a gym. Everything here is impeccable: from reception, cleanliness, quality of the classes and instructors. While the rest of the health clubs struggle to get good instructors, this one has plenty.

As a New Yorker, spending the winter in Florida for the first time, I wished for a place that could meet my exercise needs. I found it... and so much more.
Om'echaye offers a variety of classes taught by seasoned professionals. After class you can relax over lunch in the indoor cafe or charming outdoor space. If you want a diet consultation or a cosmetic service, you can find them all at this charming oasis.
Now that it's time to go back to NY... I only have one regret---leaving Om'echaye!
The food is pretty good. The spinach quiche was just so bland and not worth the money. The online prices must all be wrong!! I called my order ahead, and at the end the bill was 60$! I had a Groupon for 20$ so it was 80$ before that. Ridiculous! For 3 meals, a drink, and some fruit yoghurt! Complete waste of money, food was good but I will not return to this cafe.
Simply like that: I LOVE this place. I am going there since 2010 and I hope more years to come. The studio it is very clean, but most important, the teachers are THE BEST! I am feeling blessed to have a place like this in my neighborhood !
Javier is the best yoga teacher especially for beginners like me! He cares about each person in the class, guides you, shows you your mistakes and give advice. Im very happy to have him as my teacher!

I love this place! I always happy there! All clases are very powerful. I love the kitchen there! Everything always fresh, healthy and yummy! A lot of different kinds of smoothies, tasty baking, without sugar and gluten free! Also they have a wonderful lunch! This is the place to be healthy! Very knowledgable and good staff! I recently joined Om'echaye after cancelling my membership at Premier.
Finally I've been able to find a nice gym that offers excellent classes and instructors. Not too big, clean, caring staff, and true dedicated instructors. I regret not signing up before. Very happy and would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.

This yoga studio is extremely welcoming ! Every instructor has taught something new to my practice. The practice at Hot Spot is challenging yet restorative and I love that the instructor come around to guide your body. The space is always clean and the view from the yoga room is beautiful. I love it when I can make it to class with Brendan, Melissa, or Jaine. This studio offers various hours to fit anyone s schedule and various classes to introduce something new into your practice. I m so happy I ve found Hot Spot!

I m a picky reviewer but this place gets 5 stars. It has a huge variety of classes and EVERY one of them is taught by an instructor that s professional and courteous, all while pushing you to you reach your full potential.
I love their Zumba, core class, cycling, and yoga. Hot yoga with Penny is always sold out (because it s so good), so make sure to sign up early.
They also have delicious smoothies and massages.
This place is my favorite and I will ALWAYS go here for my workout whenever I m in Miami.
Absolutely delicious and zen! I used them for catering a party of 40 people and the guests STILL talk about how delicious the veggie burgers and eggplant parm are!!! I cannot wait to eat their food again!
Ladies, when purchasing the package of classes always make sure to ask for a printout of the classes you actually attended. I just asked for mine and was surprised to find out that I was changed two extra classes I never took, one of them on day I worked and never even was around that gym!. Asked for the explanation and the response was so rude and unapologetic that it left me speechless...

Do not come here if you are expecting a warm welcome or safe environment. Do not come if you are allergic to pets. Owner has "territorial" dog walking about freely and I was jumped on and scratched by this dog with no apology. The same dog that greeted me at the door very friendly, like Dr Jekyl/ Mr Hyde. I now have a small welt on my leg. Why the owner feels the need to let a "territorial" dog run around her business freely is the question of the day. I am allergic to pets and have asthma which is induced by my allergies. Not very "health and fitness" oriented. People were not very welcoming otherwise. My friend wanted more information and received none. My friend had to ask for orientation, nothing was offered to us. Owner suggested my friend try the zumba class instead of the yoga class because she had only taken a few yoga classes in the past, even though this is what we came for. However, another young slender blonde came in who also was new for the yoga class and instead was welcomed and told to wait for instructor. Sad part is my friend was genuinely looking for a place to start loosing weight and did not have a groupon. She found it convenient because it was right by her apartment. They obviously did not care. I just came for moral support and was instead scratched by the dog. If your dog is territorial why do you have your dog at a business where people walk in and out?I am getting her to join equinox with me instead.
I had a TERRIBLE experience with their male massage therapist. He was unprofessional!!! To all female clients if you decide to have a massage here please make sure you request a female massage therapist. TRUST ME!

Coco Fortney at Om echaye s integrated medicine is amazing! I ve had back pain for decades and later sciatic nerve pain up and down my leg which kept me up most nights. Great Gym. Since I moved to Florida 6 years ago, it has become the place I go first thing in the morning every weekday. Varied types of classes with great instructors and friendly environment. I truly recommend it to everybody.
I am a massage therapist visiting from Maryland. We decided to have the Ayurvedic couples massage. Highly recommend this establishment and treatment . Luz was FANTASTIC. Very talented and intuitively aware. We will be back next year!
I took the vinyasa yoga class. The room was clean, and the woman at the front desk of the building the yoga class was in was very kind and helpful. It was also very confusing that the schedule doesn't specify what room the different classes are in - and there are multiple buildings, so be sure to check beforehand. It's worth noting that most of the classes are Iyengar. I liked the experience overall and will look into a membership
It has EVERYTHING you need all in one place! Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, power plate classes, cycling, and a yummy kitchen where they make healthy delicious meals!!!! Must try! So many rooms for fitness and the owners are so sweet!
We found this studio via Mindbody as we wanted to continue our reformer Pilates classes whilst we travelled. We had 3 classes with Laura and a class with Belen and both teachers were excellent. The studio was quite lively. I felt that the Pilates studio was a bit on the tight side but have zero complaints about our classes.
I love that they offer a variety of classes, they were very hospitable on my 1st visit and they offer healthy eating options! I will be back, especially after a friend raved about how she loves the experience there and invited me!

Om'echaye has offered a wonderful experience for me. I personally love the yoga classes. I have been practicing yoga with Javier for over 4 years... my journey has been transformational: I feel healthier and stronger while at the same time I have grown personally. I am now trying the Pilates Reformer classes, which I am enjoying as well. The staff at Om'echaye is very friendly as this is a happy place! Oh, and don't forget to check out my very favorite staff member, Ohmy, the friendliest puppy :)

I paid for a 30 day membership and 2 yoga pants for almost $300. 2 days later I returned one of the yoga pants as it did not fit me. I was not given a proof of receipt and was told I would be refunded for the yoga pants. I made this purchase just before the pandemic and wasn t able to utilize my 30day membership. During the pandemic I wrote many emails to which were never responded requesting a refund for the yoga pants I returned and the membership I didn t use. 3 months later when they reopened I called and they will not give me refund for the membership or the yoga pants, they said only credit to my gym membership will apply, which is not what they told me when I initially dropped off the yoga pants. They stole my $300 and since they didn t provide proof of return, my credit card company cannot help me.
On top of this, the customer service needs help and their cleanliness is an issue. Yoga mats, eye masks, and their studios smell like rancid sweat and I will never go back, especially now with the coronavirus.
I live very much the instructors, very knowledgeable and updated personnel. The place itself is warm and in good vibes.

If you are looking for a SAFE, CLEAN, and RELIABLE fitness center, then Omechaye is the option for you. Like most of South Florida they ve had to adapt to a new normal but they ve gone beyond and above to accommodate their members by providing online classes and onsite classes by limiting attendance to ensure the safety of their members. Masks are required onsite and temperature is taken upon arrival at the front desk. The staff is always kind and courteous ready to assist and accommodate last minute request. Last but not least, the true hidden gem at Omechaye is their organic fresh kitchen ran by Chef Pilar who prepares fresh dishes to eat onsite or take home. She also offers custom made diets for those who want to jump on a healthier track from keto to paleo, you sure won t go hungry with her daily multitude of options. She also offers kosher style.

From scheduling the appointment to official visit, the staff at Diego Rutenberg's office was amazing. No to mention, I feel blessed to have finally found a medical professional who can provide the kind of treatment I have been in need of! Diego is patient, compassionate and thorough!
Absolutely love the cafe-style restaurant with to-go-options such as delicious frozen soups (red lentil, lemon lentil, asparagus and many more). Fantastic ginger shot energy booster drinks too. The salmon salad for a lunch to go option is fabulous... check it out!

Where to begin... My husband and I LOVE this place. I consider it my second home and not only because I really spend a lot of time there, but because they have the most incredible staff and classes, I also love that it is a very "family oriented" environment, almost like a small community. Even more so since the owners are there alot doing classes and greeting clients (You don't see that very often). They truly are the whole package like they advertise. In my experience, the trainers are great but there is a lack of care for the clients on behalf of management who would not return a single phone call after I made multiple calls and left messages. I was really hoping to find a better experience here. Definitely disappointed.
