I have a coffee shop that is doing well these days. The problem occurred a few months back was about the telephone line with regular interruption in the calling process. At a certain point, I had doubt that the calling service I subscribed to was charging a higher bill for calling facilities. I came to know from a friend of mine about Xoom Telecom. I am quite happy now that I switched to this calling facility by paying for the Xoom Power plan. This particular plan suits my business well.

Hate the way they treat customer first always over charged if u call there centre most of their staff dont kwow how to talk to customer always rude. With my recommendation find different company. A company full of liers and idiots and gave themself 5 star rating just to bluff people

It is better to frankly accept that xoom telecom provides the best landline package compared to the other telecom companies. I have had much trouble by the services of different telecom companies yet I am surprised to see such great services at affordable call rates and even sometimes the discount might surprise you that come with the packages.

I am an old user of Xoom Telecom and it helps me a lot when my husband is travelling in a different country. Even if he is in a most desolate place for his work, makes no difference for the network. The best part is I never had to call the customer care for any problem which is a natural thing for users of other networks.

I am constantly getting calls from this business, claiming to be telstra's Head office trying to scam me to join with them at a reduced rate. They use indian call centres to do their dirty work and act completely illegally. I will be uploading a you tube video soon. Very bad I don't know why Telstra passing our information to this guys .

Good service until you have a problem, called them on friday at 9 until 3 no answer just message saying call back in business hours. So sent a email from their site at 9:30am didnt get acall back till 3:40 in the avo. Its now Wednesday and still no line and we are a retail business.

Incredibly unprofessional and rude in accepting no for an answer after pretending to be Telstra and claiming that their blatant sales pitch was not a sales call. Do not trust this company. Their positive online reviews seem to be all fabricated. Go into any forum (e.g. Whirlpool) and you'll see people who've been victims to their unethical and illegal 'business practice'.

If can give zero rating, this company deserved this. Our business landline suddenly experiencing service down without any notices. We tried to call the centre, the customer care, unfortunately it was disconnected. Ok, fine. Tried email them and yea get response immediately. Agreed with others mentioned that rude phone services. Blamed customers and arguing with you about this is your mistake. What? Phone line is down suddenly still saying our fault? Who compensate this losses for our business?! Please guys, don't use this! Wasting your time and money!

For last one year, Xoom Telecom has been giving me extremely fast and smooth services to my business. The data plans and packages are quite affordable. I can say that till now I have not faced any failure of internet access during my office hours. It feels great as a business owner. With Xoom Telecom s internet plans and service, I can always ensure my employees a fast, smooth, and effective internet access all the time. Paying such a nominal fee is worth for such fast and flexible internet service.

First, they ll call you and say they are from Telestra company. They would says that they are not try to sell or changed anything on your current account. And then, they ll tell you that they only call to give you an information about your exist current account. Until the end of the call they never mention their company name which i thought they were from Telestra and it is important call in regards my account. But.. NO! Its a trap! What a scammer! Remember, karma exist!! And service is super RUDE! indian lady yelling on the phone! I suggest get something better to do to earn moneys. This is a crime and one day you guys cannot hide it no more.

I was very amazed regarding the fact that Xoom Telecom has a very good network in their landline connection. To tell the truth, I was not sure to take their offer but believe me, no one can be dissatisfied by their services. With affordable call rates and good network, I would say they are best in this field.

I'm a Telstra Technician and I have never delt with such a shocking provider. My customer has been trying to connect NBN to the premises for 2 months and the provider has employees who have no understanding in telecommunications. There "tech support" is only open 12pm - 2pm which is absolutely no help what so ever.

This telecommunications company doesn't even deserve the 1 star it required to submit review!! By far the worst company, customer service I have ever encountered it my life!! They mislead my father stating they were part of telstra, he barely understood what he apparently was agreeing to due to language barrier!! They stole his services and number from telstra, his number under them does not work and they didnt connect landline until over 2 months after initial call!! Called to speak with them, they were the rudest men I have ever spoken to! I wanted to lodge a formal complaint to get complaint number from them so I could forward complaint to the telecommunications ombudsman!! Company refuses to take complaint or issue complaint number stating the refuse to take complaint as nothing is there fault!! I stated I am complaining and that complaint needs to be handled and investigated by the ombudsman!! Stay clear this company is a shocker!! Minus a 100 review from us!!

I have never in my business career dealt with such unprofessional bunch of people. They get rude with you when you are trying to explain your problem. They argue with you when you make a complaint. The service they provide is not cheaper. Do yourself a favour and get another provider

Very rude and pushy. What a scam - they pretend they are working on behalf of all Telstra customers who have a small business and will not even let me talk, just keep telling me how much I will save, and as soon as I say I am not interested they hang up. But someone else rings again the next day - they don't know when to give up

I contacted with Xoom Telecom a couple of months back to know about their landline network services. What I found was they provide the best landline packages at the most competitive prices. I have completed three years of subscription to the internet service of Xoom Telecom. My feedback is still the same till today. Excellent service! Can you imagine a smooth and high-speed internet service for several years? I can imagine now with this internet service provider. Calling and receiving calls are so easy and fast now without any kind of failures. What can I say? I am too impressed by the landline packages. My partner in business stays out of town and in every need I have to call him. People beware of this company! My mother has been contacted by an employee from this company pretending to be from Telstra and it has been nothing short of a nightmare and has caused a high degree of angst and upset for her. The Ombudsman has been contacted after Xoom refuses to cooperate by cancelling any so called verbal contract - they are continually demanding more money be paid! The line still hasn t been reinstated, which is no fault of Telstra s, after 7 weeks. This company is a total Cronk!

I am a man of business.
