Great service and excellent product. Asked for samples and they arrived the next day. I needed a couple more samples and they had no issues supplying them. They even called me to check what size sample I wanted so they could get the right size sent for me. Excellent customer service!

Fantastic customer service. High quality flooring, can't fault it!
Avoid! We called Altro specifically asking recommendation for our dental surgery flooring product, suitable for specific contaminants, which was easy to clean. First, when we received the flooring, it was significantly different than the sample we received; it looks like a dirtier version of it. Second, the product was not cleansable. It is really not a hygienic product suitable for spillage areas as they told us, despite using Altro own-brand cleaning products (which are quite dear) and also using the specific cleaning techniques indicated in their manuals. Despite numerous correspondences, including a site visit, they have been unhelpful, and passing the buck. Basic online searches will reveal lots of similar complaints and blogs regarding altro flooring. Would not recommend Altro. Buyer beware!
