Incredibly unprofessional and rude in accepting no for an answer after pretending to be Telstra and claiming that their blatant sales pitch was not a sales call.

Do not trust this company. Their positive online reviews seem to be all fabricated. Go into any forum (e.g. Whirlpool) and you'll see people who've been victims to their unethical and illegal 'business practice'.
