The casino was very clean and sanitized. Staff on hand at all entrances to take temps and hand out masks, and to answer questions. Great variety of restaurants from steak to seafood, Italian, Mexican, Mongolian... some dining until 3. The Hotel - exceptional. Super customer service. Great place to stay and hit the slots.
Wow! Impressive casino the atmosphere is set up as different towns all over the world. Paris, Madrid, Cairo, etc. and each section has it's own personal decor to match the city. Cafes and restaurants available also in different sections. Easy parking. We enjoyed our day there.
Super crowded, not enough staff, staff dosent care, smells like lung cancer. It's too big, this place is not good. Buffett is too expensive. not worth the price, 99% of food is premade. The only thing that was good was our waiter. Thats it. Dont waste your time here.

Loved the staff, food, room and pool areas. Very clean and diligent in keeping safe. Great for the kids. Slots on the other hand, very tight and few wins in-between.
They dont have poker anymore. The machines are even tighter since less people are gambling now.

Worst experience ever. We had 2 comp rooms and paid for one night. To my surprise when I got home and looked at my bank statement to find they charged over $800 in pending status.
Stay AWAY from the Mexican restaurant, the food is mediocre to say the least. Never was even given a bill for my total breakdown.
The bed in the first room is old every time you turn over you can feel the springs. Had to call the front desk 3 different times to get coffee and water sent up.

Great casino - I ve been going ever since I moved to Texas in 2013. My only issue is I recently became an Elite player for the first time and I thought I would get all these perks and stuff that comes with it. I don t get ANY free room. I booked a room recently for $209 and found out my brother who s a lower player status than me got their room for $149. So I called customer service and I got the rudest guy on the phone. His tone was unprofessional and he constantly talked over me.
Don t become an elite player because it s a waste and you will be treated like any other player.
Great variety of food, spacious rooms, wonderful spa, and two pools in the summer - you don't have to gamble - and your buddies can enjoy it all they want!
Place is huge ...... but during peak hours walking around is a pain there is no such thing as personal space

Just got married Monday the 14th. Plans were to get married October 6th, but we decided to kinda elope... we've paid for our honeymoon in Vegas leaving on the 6th, but we agreed on a pre-honeymoon excursion... could not have done better. We had a blast! Thank you!
The hotel was terrible for the cost you have to pay to stay there. The front desk checkin was horrible no one explained where to go or what room you are in. Didn t set us up or tell us about any players club promotions. Did not sleep well because of being on the 11th floor and next to either the elevator or something that clanked all night long. The bathroom had mold growing where the towels go. Very disappointed in our stay and will stay in Gainesville next time.
Great facility with plenty of food and entertainment options. Long property, so do your research on where you are trying to get to ahead of time for parking purposes. Otherwise, you can be walking a long distance.

Stayed at the Inn for the first time instead of the pool tower and loved it. Clean, very comfortable, friendly staff and never waited more than a couple minutes for a shuttle over to the casino. I will stay at the Inn more often!

A huge casino with so much to do. From eating at the buffet to shopping or relaxing at the hotel. You are in luck if you like slots because it's countless options. The staff are friendly and the restrooms are clean. I would love to see this place at night time.
Saturday was a Bad day at WinStar very crowded and many machines broken and minimum bets seemed higher. Restaurants had over 2 hour waiting then awkward service. Bad visit to WinStar.
I have never been to a casino! My best friend of 40+ yrs, decided to pull one of our "back in the day, anything goes, 70's style", trips!!!.. Let's go to WinStar!, so we did!.. We had a blast!.. We partied all night!.. The casino is open 24/7.. Has all types of eating venues!.. Drinking bars and food! Complimentary, coffee, tea, and sodas!.. Gift shops, swimming pool, spas, great rooms w/cozy beds, excellent showers, coffee maker, mini fridge, and safe!.. It is huge, and i would suggest, you be ready for quite a walk, to see everything it has to offer! The one thing i didn't find, was motorized carts for disabled/seniors.. complimentary or rental?.. They did, however, have push wheelchairs!.. (Perhaps, people who didn't need motorized carts, would abuse the privilege if they provided them).. Anyway! We had a Excellent, Fantastic, Most Groovy Time, and can't wait to go again!!! Thanks, WinStar!
Love the poker room here. Always able to find good.games. changes to deep stack tournament also positive. Allowing the single rebuy pushes up the prize pool. Only negative is no snacks.
I feel like Winstar doesn't honor the coupons they send out. We had two for complimentary hotel (in different names) but they would only honor one. The "discounted" price was the same as the regular price online. At the end of our stay, our out-of-town guests had been charged multiple times for their room. Tried to call and after holding for 13 minutes was disconnected. Called back and was again placed on hold then transferred and hold again. Customer service is the worst I have seen in a very long time.
Make sure you know what entrance you need to go in because I didn't and I had to walk like a mile to find the poker room. I rolled my eyes when I seen their ad stating worlds largest casino. I lived in Vegas for 20 years and I've never seen anything this big. On a crowded Friday night it took me 30 minutes to walk from my car at the Madrid entrance and walk to the poker room.

I love winstar, I always have a blast. But due to covid I know people who have came back & tested positive. I m not blaming winstar but simply writing this to let people know to be safe! Wear your mask & take spray hand sanitizer so you can spray down the machines & your hands. Winstar do better. Have staff clean down the machines & monitoring making sure things are sanitized.
About a mile of casino machines, shops, good eating, bars, entertainment and more. The latest I've seen is roulette.

Super huge and immense casino. New, tons and tons of games and slots. A lot of restaurants too and all the staff I was in contact with was genuinely helpful. I just wish I would have walked out at least even .
Went to see Penn and Teller. Great show. The theater area is not the best. Basically a giant room with fold out chair. Not an amphitheater. Our seats were good, but I imagine there were a lot that were not.
Best casino in the state. Great staff, great games, great rooms. Lots of fun, good shows here. Parking is always available and the hostesses are always available to answer questions and show you around. Would recommend this casino to anyone looking for an exciting and great night out on the town.
This is a great place for all but one thing lacking is a children's center, strict rules that are understanding in the casino however parents would probably pay a fee for up to 2 hours so children would have something to do year round and no extra adult would have to care for the children. Think about it Winstar.....may be a great investment..... would live to manage it but I live an hour away! !
New general manager fails to allow much growth. Gifts for elite members were cheapened, and it is SO tough to ask for comp on food now that they are so stingy.
I love Winstar Casino for all the awesome different countries represented and beautiful decor, the variety of food, concerts and even a huge Bingo Hall! I live the Piano Bar and the thousands of slots & games! The only negative for those who like to play the live gaming tables is that each hand you must pay the house .50 cents! This adds up when you play a long time.
Saw Sebastian Maniscalco in 2019 and there's not a bad seat in the venue. Casino staff is highly professional. Casino has off-track betting and beginner tables for many games.
Loved it! Went with friends for my birthday. Lost some money at the Blackjack table but that was to be expected. Clean rooms. Not a big fan of the half shower. I wouldn't mind if their water was a little more hard to get all the shampoo and soap off more easily. Those are my only complaints. My friends and I ate at the Terrace View Cafe for late dinner and breakfast. Very good food and attentive service. Will definitely be back.
First timers. Icy cold inside biggest complaint. I mean people with heavy jackets playing kinda cold. Lots of auto shufflers on most of the BlackJack tables. Five dollar minimums everywhere. Clean, safe, great food choices - would probably go back.

Walk games, walk, games, walking more games galore. Did you know that you can walk over a mile outside the casino. They now have real bones so real craps and roulette tables are actually going. They have like the 7 wonders of the world thing going with Paris and 6 other named sections inside casino, with a ton of games at each. My biggest problem is some that may be new and some not. Update guys.

Nice selection of slot machines .a bunch places to eat but didn't see not one person hit a jackpot .and we stayed in there at least 8 hours. Other than that staff where great.
