Huge and endless amount of games and foot steps, however I've been to the best casinos in the country and it just doesn't compare at all. From cleanliness to pricing of beverages and just not enough room to walk around the tables, and Interior ceilings decoration are just sad.

If you look under 25 be prepared for constant ID harassment.... it was so ridiculous we decided to leave

Big place, I win here often, try the giant hot dog and cold beer.

Fun if you make it out with some money left in your wallet. Glad I signed up for Players Club, because I get free buffets and hotel rooms most visits.

Yuck. Standing in a fog of Newports, the place has the class of all you can eat breadsticks. The tailer might be double wide but it's still a trailer. Do something better with your life and avoid.

Beautiful place, great accommodations. We enjoyed our stay and left with a little money.

Has changed alot last few years....slots seem a bit tight compared to choctaw. Still had fun though.

Well casino is casino. But this one is not filled with smoke as much as some other ones. It's big and spacious, you can get good deals on rooms and free buffet vouchers.Pool is nice, you can easily spend all day there. And of course while world thing is pretty cool too. Recommend!

I love this casino and we always get treated great. They gives a room for free all the time.

This was my 1st visit with my husband and my friend. We had a blast. Stayed 12 hrs from driving from Texas. Plan on going again SOON!

Un-ending option. Stiff drinks and a better lose / win ratio than the neighboring border casino.

I love the clean hotel room, the services and friendly staffs. I enjoy the swimming pool and services there too. The best part is that we don't need to leave the area because everything is inside the Casino. There are bars all around and restaurants, and shopping store. Just enjoy my self. Every time I come to Windstar Casino.

We went to Winstar for a New Year's Eve concert.
Fabulous staff, efficient/polite/helpful. Complimentary valet was a wonderful feature and added to our overall experience.
This definitely worth the drive from where ever you are traveling from!

A great place to enjoy gambling at. I would recommend to first timers and regulars. They offer credits for slots for first timers.

Nice rooms, clean and roomy.... my ONLY complaint is that the mattress was horribly hard. I have fibro and couldn't sleep due to my joints being assaulted by this hard surface. Other than that, I loved it. Has a fridge and a nice size personal safe. Would love to chime back again.

Great vibe, but didnt quite like the indoor cigarette smoke. Left and my dress still smelled of cigarettes. Their buffet was awesome

For me there was a major problem.

I have trouble walking and there was no place to sit and read my book while I waited for my sister.
A couple of years ago there were chairs by the entrance where I could sit after I gave you my money. I live in Indiana. I was so surprised to find they were gone.
Yes, it's a business and you want the money. I feel that since I always give you several hundred dollars I should be able to wait for my sister. I didn't bring my walker as I felt it would be inconvenient for other patrons.

Please consider a sitting area.

Yesterday was my 70th Birthday, and we come whenever I visit. My sister is a regular as she lives outside Dallas.

I feel my first time experience there was good. I'm not real gambling man, I started by walking around looking at different types of slot machines and there lots of them. The atm they are big and different it took me a minute fiager out. I watch the rollet table for about an hour then I gave it try, but I have to tell you I lost 200 dollars but was Fun losing it. I really didn't know what I was doing, mostly guessing, but talking to the nice dealer, she made it fun. Played black jack that was fun too, playing with people weren't serious about game lost another 400 dollars. Then I went started playing the slot machine and found one I liked, I played the machine for 4 hours at 10 cents a game ended winning 700 dollars. So win or loss my experience there was good I really recommend to anyone who wants have some fun or do something different. Please don't forget to set a budget and try stick to it, but have good time, I did.

I never win here EVER! I spent over 1k this last trip

Food was good at the buffet and I won a little but I played it back. Signed up for a player's card and received a free buffet. Also received $50 free on my players card. I had fun

Great place to kill some time.. the decorations and the lights are amazing. Fun organized chaos! They are great about comping things. Seems like a very safe place and the buffet is AMAZING! Definitely worth the experience. Don't go there thinking you will get rich but to go and have some fun, it is well worth it. They have Awesome shows too

Best casino I've ever been to. Its huge and has a wide variety of games. Even the dealer, David was amazing! Great rewards and friendly service.

Had a great time. The room was clean and roomy and the bed was comfortable. The casino was very well maintained and all or most of the machines were available for play.

Huge casino with a really interesting layout. Each room is decorated as a different place. There's New York, Paris, Bangkok, among others. There are plenty of slots and tables; even when it's super busy we were able to find an open game. They have bingo and plenty of restaurants.

Its a huge place and it was pretty cool 1 point with new sign on gets 15 free play

My favorite place....its worth the drive from Amarillo. Need new mattresses...

Always have a great time at winstar.!!! My only real complaint is they took away the hot dog stands and they don't have but 1 24 hr restaurant. Which is in the actual hotel not the casino. They definitely need a quick burger or pizza place that stays open 24 hours. Other then that I love this casino!!!

Beautiful casino, worthy of being the "Largest in the world"!

The casino is split into 9 different zones/themes, each with its own nationality or flavor. In Paris, you find a nice French cafe by the side. In Beijing, you find Panda Express of course! It took me an hour to get from one end to the other, snapping pictures along the way.

The casino floor is filled with slot machines and there isn't much empty space just to make it artificially large. Walkways are large and generally flow pretty well. Self-service fountain stations keep guests hydrated and filled with sugar, making sure everyone is eager to gamble more.

The only complaint I have about the casino is the constant smoke smell. The Rio-themed zone is smoke-free and I found it more enjoyable.

Overall, well worth a visit for tourists in the area!

The machines are all the same. They have lots of slots but all the same. It was boring you didnt hear anyone winning.

This casino does have good odds and you will likely get comped free rooms, free food, etc... However, the biggest downside to this casino is the fact that a.) It is in the middle of nowhere b.) drinks are not free C.) Antes... I emphasize that second one because the cheapest drink you can get that isn't a $5 16 oz miller is a $6 well whiskey with coke. If you live in the DFW area shreveport is only 3 hours away and you can get as good odds at Margaritaville on top of getting free drinks. I can spend $20 on a couple of hands at Shreveport and end up 8-12 drinks deep. Another thing... there is a 50 cent ante and if you place big bets it's a $1 ante. If you add these up you're going to be down a lot to the house with that ante stacked against you. Even if you are a smart gambler the casino has a lot of measures in place to prevent good gamblers from succeeding. Such as, CSM machines.

This casino is out of this world. You better take a trained dog cause this place is so large you can literally get lost LOL. Better bring some good walking shoes. I've enjoyed myself every time I've been there and I'm sure you will also.

This is the world's largest casino and they keep it up-to-date rotating machines on a regular basis. They now have craps and roulette live action instead of computer. The buffet is so much better now then it used to be and that's a big plus.

Had complimentary promotion for 2 night stay and couldn't honor it for players club. Very disappointed. Spoke to reservations manger and she was unwilling to offer any cancellation assistance or extra complimentary accommodations for us even for less than coupon promotion we had with players club very bad customer service

I typically hate going to casinos but I was there for a concert. The venue was nice and prices reasonable. A lot of smoker in the casino area which I don't like but the air filtering does a pretty good job of sucking the smell out. We stayed in the attached hotel. Room was nice, quiet. No complaints.

Lost all my money... But I guess that's how it's suppose to go. Beautiful place tho.

First time going. It was ok. Don t think we will go back. Definitely no social distancing here. place was packed. Sooo much smoking no mask or mask hanging from ear so ppl could smoke. Need more non-smoking areas.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, great payouts. Wish there were more beverage stations and they were maintained better. Also they need MORE bathrooms. We had to walk to the hotel part to locate one, which slowed our game play and was a hassle.

Extremely rare to win anything. Stay home and keep your money.

While playing the slots, I wasn't winnings but my wife was. So I got up and started watching her. Leaving my $50 ticket for just a second, And it was stolen in that short time. I flagged down who I thought was security but later found out he was part of operations.. And within 10 minutes, Security confirmed my playing, And The thief that took it... My hat's off to Cody from operations thanks again

Awsome 4th of July weekend, exexcpt for the weather, pool kept closing and opening. Also hit a little 5000 quarters jackpot.

Great place to go gamble, plenty of table games and friendly staff who are willing to explain rules and such. A must stop if you enjoy casinos. Rooms are always clean, they never disappoint!

Im not used to the cigarette smoke. Otherwise, it's fun for an hour or so.

I had a nice evening with our family. Parking is the main concern we had faced. We went for a walk outside casino took around one hour to finish. Outside casino feels like a European city.

Love this place!! Machines have good payouts here on weekends. My wife and I took in $40 to play with and ended up staying here for 10hrs playing off the winnings of the original $40 we brought and was able to eat at Panda Express off the winnings as well.

Huge Vegas style casino. Lots of restaurants from high dollar to fast food. Hotel is great. Wife and I try to come for a couple days every few months.

I've been to 3 casinos in my life those being Tunica and Witumpka in AL and when they say this is the largest casino IN THE WORLD they aren't joking. Too many details to contribute here but if you are from out of town and casinos are you thing you must pay a visit to this place. Note the beautiful artwork and scenery too.

I made a reservation online and when we got to the resort i had lost my ID. They wouldn't do a thing to help us keep Our reservation and by the time they front desk lady was done being rude and hateful to us. We were told they had cancelled my reservation hours before we got there. We will never again stay at the resort and i will make sure everyone I know, wont either!!

The staff are great, the food is good...But you barley win, and you have to wait weeks for bonus awards.Its a nice place to relax, but gambling is another thing...Some games cut off and basically kicks you off the machine after you ve been in the bonus a few times, and you have to lose hundreds of dollars to receive points that you can t cash in after you ve loss...You can t even get a complimentary drink...Overall it s a good casino, but not to player friendly lol
