So here's the deal: You wait on line at the entrance to order your beer and any food you'd like. You get the beer there (there is also a bar in the back) and then you walk down a narrow hallway to the back where there are plenty of tables to choose from, and your food is brought to you. I was slightly confused about this at first, and was slightly nervous I was at some sort of take-away counter at first - but it's not, you're doing it right. The food is awesome (vegetarian sausages!) and the beer is great.

This site is my preferable place. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. Whenever I I need a good lunch, this restaurant comes first to my head. fresh and varied food and a rich menu.generous team, and good ambience. In addition to that, the price is reasonable. I sent my friends to this place with great pleasure.

Nice open layout and comfortable seating. Great German and Belgian beer selection. Got the rattlesnake and rabbit sausage. Was a little dry and was honestly hoping for more but willing to come back to try others. Fries and dipping sauces were great though

This place is heaven for anyone who likes sausages and beers. But be prepared to spend $20 at least. Parking is a problem no matter what you do.

I recommend the rattlesnakes with caramelized onions and sweet peppers, I ask for the Framboise or the St Louis, tasty berry flavored beers. The Optimator is another favorite.

Best German hotdogs! So many options make it hard to choose! They also have great vegetarian hotdogs (2-3) and pork free. We went there on Sunday so they had live dj. Food and service were great!!!

I found out about this succulent artisan sausage eatery on the Hulu TV series "Worth It", great show, check it out! This place is a clean modern hipster establishment with friendly staff all around.

They've got sausages of all sorts of species from traditional pork bratwurst and bockwurst, to Rabbit, to Duck, to Pheasant, and even Rattlesnake sausages. Prices are fairly reasonable from $7.50 to $9.50 for each sausage, which are served in warm roll with your choice of options such as grilled onions and sauerkraut.

$9.50 Moroccan Lamb: 2 thin tender lamb sausages stuffed into a single roll. Seasoned perfectly as to not distract from natural deliciousness of the lamb.
$9.50 Pheasant: it...tastes like chicken? Maybe softer and more succulent, the herbs blended make it a perfect choice for non pork eaters or those who can't do spicy.
And whatever you get, you must get the Belgian fries on the side...sooo good!
The beer list extensive with lots of local brews, but also lots of German beers on draft, hard to find that in America. Prost!

My husband (meat eater), daughter (picky), and myself (vegetarian) all really enjoyed this place, they have a patio so we were able to bring our dog with us, super friendly staff and clean place with a modern pub vibe.

i really didn't like this place. i mean the food didn't taste bad or anything, but it took the longest time to get our food when we were in the drive thru, and i ordered asada fries, expecting it to have guac, cheese, salsa and everything else like how other places give it, but it was just fries and beef... and the fries weren't really great, somewhat soggy even. My asada burrito was a little better, because at least it had a few more ingredients in it but still nothing of high quality.

This restaurant located in the heart of the Art District in downtown Los Angeles, is an excellent choice after walking around to the various artists on display throughout the district. With an interesting variety of sausages some quite exotic, I had the rattlesnake wiener and it was extremely delicious. Ordering is fast and easy, sometimes too fast (lol), but they let you order at your own pace.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable on their products. After ordering, you are given a number and told to go to the tables to wait for your food to be delivered. Inside there is a well stocked bar and available water for those that don't drink.

This is what I order. Austin Blues sausage with carmelized onions and spicy peppers. A stout glass of Delirium Tremens. Fries with truffle oil (you really don't need the other dips if you get the truffle oil, but if you must get the chipotle mayonnaise). The fries are the best ever and totally worth breaking a diet for. You sit in a German beerhall-style room at a long communal table covered with brown paper. There are great tubs of spicy mustard and water infused with cucumber. You start to wonder if indeed it is true that Europeans know how to live better than Americans.

Order in the front off their large sausage menu which includes exotics like duck, snake, or the classics with a huge selection of craft beer and a great section for vegans/vegetarians with their beyond sausage options. The french fries are killer and they offer a wide variety of sauces for dipping.

The menu of this place is amazing, they offer several types of sausages from traditional to crazy mixes. The quality of the sausage is great and the flavor is really good. During the day time it s pretty full and you ll need to wait on the line. Great option for an after party meal.

Nice place,Good vibe, great Beer on tap and a great selection of cocktails and specialty drinks. Good for a small group if seats and tables are open, or for two. Low lit lights, grab a table in the back. No one bothers. Very nice crowd. Btw... Does get busy so it dies get a lil tight as people wait for tables. Enjoy

I never knew you could get such a variety of bratwurst. They definitely have some interesting flavours and a wide selection of free condiments. Pricing seems slightly high but excellent customer service makes this place a must go! Can't wait to come back again and try some other flavours.

I adore this place! They offer first-rate dishes, their menu is large, The chef in that spot is a real authority in the kitchen, I enjoy very much eating all their dishes. The dishes are always fresh and tasty, the service towards the clients is agreeable. I frequently visit this place and I not even once was unhappy. I recommend it to all my friends.

I'm not a hotdog person but my husband Christopher loves them and his favorite cooking show food critic is Guy Fierrra, so we're in Hollywood, let's try it! I love the photos on the wall autographs from Wendy Williams, George Lopez, Dolly Parton and everyone who is or was famous. The cooks are fast and helpful. Pink tablecloths and outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy your weiners.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant, but I already love it. I thanked you for serving dishes that really match the taste of your customers. I was so surprised when your staff served my order within 5 minutes. Very nice and perfect place for those who love Italian food! Five stars for you, guys! Very strongly recommended!

They have a nice selection of both sausages and beer. I tried the bacon and duck paired with the Bernardus beer. They sausage was very tasty, moist and well seasoned. The line was fairly long but it s possible to order a beer while waiting in line which was helpful. My only regret was that I didn t order an Apple pie ice cream sandwich and I should have ordered two sausages instead of 1.

The food is incredible! The beer if really freaking good! Super high quality sausage and beer! The atmosphere is chill. Just que up in the front entrance for your order and have a seat in the back area when you've ordered. There's a bar in the eating area if you're wanting more German beer, or if you're there for a drink with your friends.

Like a lot of places in DTLA, this one is poorly lit and loud, but still pretty great. The sausages were great and the beer selection was authentic to the culture. If the noise bothers you, there's plenty of stuff within walking distance, but it wasn't enough to shoo us off.

A lot of people love this place and while the beer and brats selection is vast, I just cant seem to love this place. Solid for sure and a nice place to try at least once but I dont get the hype.
