Arrived quite late went for a meal while we could and found the air-conditioning had leaked all over my rucksack and the floor. Luckily nothing was in it. We got moved into a much better room and there were no issues at all. Thank you very much for all your help for making our trip much nicer.

We just checked in to the hotel and this is our third destination and honestly it s the best so far. The check in guys were amazing and fantastic and super friendly. Communication with them were very easy. They gave many options for the room and they gave a recommendation for the best room and we took it. So far the stay is great and looking forward for another two nights here. Highly recommended.
Around you lots of things such as restaurants and shops.
Metro station is walking distance and central station is 10 mins by tram and 20 mins walking

Very clean and friendly.

Breakfast is nice
They offer umbrellas
Mini bar is free
And the best out of all they gave my beautiful wife a nice rose

Nice

Hotel located in the commercial area of Milan, has 4 stars and has a spa and beauty center. It has buffet breakfast with variety of products, very friendly staff, clean and impeccable rooms, it is my place of trust every time I visit the city

A beautiful hotel with very kind and helpful staff. Wide and good collocation. Not very large wellness center but with everything needed. Room cleaning every day without annoying. Central location with subway stop under hotel, full street of shops and restaurants. To reach the square 20 minutes on foot or 10 meters. Average cost

Good hotel in the center of the city, those who complain of poor and small rooms, I can give advice, "Take the number of expensive and everything will be ok", all that you need for everyday life is situated within walking distance of the hotel, friendly staff - do not mind tipping.

Classy hotel located in a main street in Milan, I can only talk about the restaurant having stopped for an associative dinner, the service is suitable for a starred hotel professional welcome, refined and elegant environment, excellent cleaning, having given 4 stars and due to the fact that we waited too long between the first and the second.

Location:

The Hotel is located in the Porte Venezia District. A two mins walk from the metro station. Lots of options places to drink, dine and shop.

Rooms:

It's a typical European business downtown hotel. Small rooms with all the basic amenities. Staff is very helpful and can speak English.

We really appreciated the welcome we received. It was a very nice surprise to receive a rose and have the room ready for our doggie. The location of the hotel is perfect for shopping. Only disappointment the breakfast of average quality, very disappointing with respect to a 4 * Italian.

My dear editor's review is realistic! I use a pseudonym for privacy protection but I am a real visitor to the "hotel" Spa! let's say that some employees are low-level beauticians but they gladly round (one in particular) with extra services! Nothing outrageous works like this in half the world! a negative note on the manager of the sauna that a little obese but very rude by the scurrilous speech certainly not in line with the beauty of the place. If I stayed in your hotel? yes only once before taking an accommodation in Milan, the room was decent but not exceptional, the restaurant passable. In the spa I recently spent 600 euros between service and tip in an hour, maybe a little too much.

I would give 4 starts but staff forgot to tell us about breakfast, but didn't forgot to charge us for city tax or ask about room no when we go to eat. Hotel is in good location, close to metro station. Parking on street is around 8 euro for a day and in garage is 30e. Someone broke the window and tried to steal stuff from inside. But inside room is all ok, although could update bathroom which looks quite old.

Elegant hotel with the finest quality fittings, bedding and towels. Staff are welcoming in a casual atmosphere. The location beside the Porta Venezia makes it a walking distance to all the famous sites as well as a cool neighborhood for bars, cafes and restaurants. The breakfast room was perfectly served by Domenico and Annalise, a fine example of Italian hospitality. I recommend this hotel and especially like the windows that opened into the courtyard.

Really pretty place first, close from everything downtown, with many shops/ goods restaurants all around the place, the hall, architecture are very smart and clean as well. The room was quite small i admit but nothing disappointing at all, and very well equiped with a king size screen, we loved it! Althought there was no bath, the shower was perfect with gifts from hostel that we've so much enjoyed ( Cavani ), especially the offer with a the free mini bar reloaded every day. We had free access to spa/massage/hamam too, the best way to relax from a hard walking day. Staff was perfect and seems really active/welcoming/efficient at every point. And here is coming the best point : the breakfast, i thank staff for bringing me ice cubes every morning without asking, i just loved it. I absolutely recommand that place.

This is a wonderful Hotel. Location Central but rooms quiet. Staff friendly & helpful. Restaurant has great choices & easily accommodates coeliac. Breakfast was included & checkout is at 12 noon. The Spa on premises is also fabulous. Had a great massage, facial, spa & sauna.

Liked the hotel located within walking distance to center. Metro outside door. Great and helpful front desk. Lobby bartender made a great mojito. Manager and front desk night manager replaced bed that had a problem mattress. Clean comfortable and quiet. Spa employees not welcoming. Good facilities but staff not interested in making visit what it could have been. No towel offered when visiting plunge pool. Had to ask. Not guest friendly. Otherwise would highly recommend

I stayed 2 times at this hotel the same week, the second time they required me a credit card without giving me any explanation given that on the first reservation it was not necessary. Outdated room, in need of refurbishment. On the second day they did not provide water in the room for consumption. Room 212 reservation 29 April to 01/05

Great location, only a few steps from the metro station. It is currently undergoing a huge refurbishment to look even better.
Good breakfast.
Only issue... The underground noise in the background but it's something you can't run away from when you rest in the city center.

The trip to Milan was a birthday present from my husband and me to our 18-year-old son Antoni, a keen opera lover. Of course, Teatro alla Scala was part of the package. :) I booked the hotel because it looked great on photos, and most importantly, had enthusiastic reviews.
Antoni was absolutely impressed with the hotel and the level of service. The first photo we got from Milan was an artistic fruit salad he received with compliments in his hotel room, which miraculously appeared a class higher than what we actually booked. Antoni shared with us someone had brought him a bottle of champagne, but he politely refused alcohol hence the fruit salad. :)
The staff was super nice, starting from birthday wishes on arrival and a thorough explanation on where to go in Milan including a city map, ending with a kind staff member helping Antoni tidy his suit when he was leaving for the opera. The fabulous La Traviata with Placido Domingo and the exceptional hotel experience made it all a fantastic trip.
If we have an opportunity, we will definitely book the hotel again.

Nice rooms, very classic hotel .. breakfast international standard, but nothing special, lunch for business meetings for two consecutive days quite poor kitchen. 3 stars for cleanliness and beauty of the hotel. The location is 5 star, right in the center of Corso Buenos Aires

I found myself in this hotel for work. It is in a very convenient location (very close to the central station) and very convenient to reach. Spacious rooms complete with minibar included, entrance to the SPA. The structure is not even very clean and the staff prepared. It is not cheap but given the included services absolutely adequate. I will definitely be back.

Prestigious hotel, located in an important street of Milan full of shops. Historic and impressive building, cared for and renovated, very clean rooms equipped with 40-inch LCD TV, satellite, adjustable heating, parquet, small breakfast, minibar, bathrobes etc. Spa with sauna and massage inside the hotel. Very nice staff. Buffet breakfast, good but could be better, little choice of desserts and fruit, waiter perhaps a bit rushed. For the rest, nothing to say.

The hotel is in a very central location, on Milan's Avenue of Brands, a minute walk from Venice Metro Station and very easy to get from the airport. The service was excellent, they brought us a wardrobe at reception, and a surprise to the room because we celebrated our birthday. The room was clean but it looked and felt old, the shower was a little small and the mattress was not the most comfortable. You can hear the neighbors from the adjacent rooms, but the windows shut up the noise from the street. Breakfast was reasonable but a little poor. Overall yes recommend - for 2-3 nights this is a great choice.
