A very nice hotel, located on the most famous streets of Milan's famous Buenos Aires shopping area, next to many well-known shops, close to the metro station, the staff is wonderful and helpful to the residents, the room cleanliness is exceptional, the breakfast is good, overall the hotel is wonderful and comfortable.

Very nice hotel, well located, with very friendly staff. The only downside: the SPA! The 90-minute massage and treatment lasted 45 minutes, as other clients were waiting! The SPA hammam / sauna area was closed, but we were not informed. The aperitif at the SPA was served in plastic glasses! What a desappointment !

Very clean! That is very nice because rooms give the sensation that are new. Good location.

Room was big (you get what you pay) very comfortable.

I gave 3 stars because of three reasons:

1. the breakfast is very poor pastries were not tasty (like dry, specially the croassant) eggs have the flavor like if they are from a powder mix. We had to wait always to get a table at breakfast time... restaurant is small.

If you are fine with eating cereals and fruits then it is perfect breakfast.

2. Pillow was super hard! And they said they don't have softer available. Hard bed too.

3. They didn't tell us at the reception mini bar is for free... I just realized by reading now other's reviews.

We were lucky that from our room (only last floor) we could see the alpes from our window that was great!

The hotel's Hado spa is a comfortable and quiet place, just a stone's throw from the center of Milan, where you can recharge your batteries through a pool of hot water, sauna and Turkish bath, and finally a rejuvenating massage. Recommended.

Very good hotel, very helpful with a very good breakfast. A 20 minute walk to most monuments. Another interesting point that surprised us: the mini-bar is free! Also a few touches in the room ... and access to the spa with our room. In short, I recommend.

Location, cleanliness of services make it one of the most dynamic and elegant hotels in the city, the pride of the SPA, marbles and tec marine are elegance and simplicity, not to mention the staff who, after a treatment, accompanies you to the relaxation area sipping ginger teas, well now I'm a regular guest.

Lovely hotel with nice staff. I had a small single room. There is a day spa and some really good restaurants nearby. Very reasonable prices for Ros and only a 15 mom walk to the center of town.

Very elegant hotel, ideal for business meetings. The style is classic, the staff knowledgeable and friendly staff. Noteworthy is the restaurant, really all very good. It can be reached on foot from the central station by walking for about twenty minutes.

Every time I go to Milan I have to stop in this hotel, and a crazy elegance, the staff takes care to bring your car in a private parking, and de placed right in the main street where all the shops and even 15 minutes walk from the cathedral.

Very helpful staff.. loved the breakfast and the waitress there is so nice i dont know her name unfortunately but she has brown long her, skinny and short.. they gave all the ladies a rose as a welcoming gesture very sweet.. new rooms are practical, a little bit dim but cozy and comfortable.. old rooms are more spacious but i preferred the new room's toilet more.. location is perfect close to porta venezia metro and many other shops and restaurants on corso buenos aires and only 20 mins walk to duomo and 5 mins walk to a nice park :) .. wouls definitely come back

Pro: the location is very central / staff at breakfast very attentive and friendly / very good cappuccino

Cons: very small rooms / very small bathroom / extremely badly soundproofed / very old furnishings / the bed was tiny and very hard / I am 1.75m weigh 78kg and still had the feeling as if I were an elephant in the doll's house / 3 of 4 employees the reception were not particularly friendly / no gym although it was stated online / the breakfast selection is very limited and unsatisfactory, the boiled eggs were all ice cold (on all 3 days)

cool

Good location in Milan, metro stops right outside, good breakfast.
Get a room on the 6th or 7th floor as the others are dramatically outdated. And the beds are too short for Northern Europeans.

Well maintained hotel in the heart of the city. I was surprised by the first-class breakfast with smoothies. When choosing your room you should choose rooms in the back of the hotel, as you can hear in the rooms located to the street next to the street noise also under the hotel running subway.

Me and my husband were guests at this hotel for 6 days and the service was excellent. The people at the front desk, Stefano and Mario very professional one of the best I've seen in the hotel industry. The breakfast was very good and a big thank you to Anelisa and Domenico ! You made us feel very welcome ! The location of the hotel is very good to access the city center and all the shopping. I will totally recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit Milan. Grazie mile to all the amazing staff at this hotel because you are making the difference! Gina from Canada

Bang in the middle of High street shopping at Via Venezia, his hotel has small but charming rooms. The breakfast is decent. The metro is right outside. It also has a spa and a bar.Pretty good.

Rooms are very small. Temp too high. No way to bring down room temp. Had to open the windows. No iron in the room. Had to argue with the front desk to get me iron. Continental Breakfast - fewer choice of items.

Very nice hotel in a central location. Since I was only there early in the morning and late in the evening, I can say little about the service. Breakfast was apparently very limited due to the corona.

Very convenient to both public and private transport. Located at the busy street with all shops for the shopperholix. You cannot finish the street in one day. Beautiful and healthy breakfasts. Very quick service if you ask anything from your room. Kids friendly, there is sweets always by the reception. Has inhouse Spa, a bar with meeting area for business people. Lovely staff. Bravo

I stayed here for 4 nights. My expectations are the same for any 4-star hotel that advertises itself as a Top Hotel in Milan. To start the classic room is nothing impressive. For a 6 ft male, the shower was an obstacle due to their very small size. Every morning I heard our neighbours IPhone alarms, phone calls, toilet flushing, and any conversations that went on next door. I started to doubt they used any sound insulation between the rooms. For a 4-star hotel the soundproofing resembled a 1-Star motel in North America. The staff and service were great, and so was the location. However, if you are looking for 4-start treatment, go else where. FYI - if you complain about your room, staff will simply tell you that if you want something better than you have to book the executive or superior suites instead at an obviously much higher rate. In other words, if you want a REAL soundproofing wall, you need to pay more.
