Wow, our family had a wonderful day at the Wildlife World Zoo! The exhibits get better every time we go (it has been several years), the new Aquarium is fantastic, and the rides were a lot of fun.

Our kids 1 and 5 years old had such a fun time. We are from WA state and have never been to such a great zoo where you can get so close to the animals and there aren t 100 other people trying to look as well. We went on a Sunday and it wasn t crowded at all and each exhibit had great viewing areas. Food seemed reasonably priced but there were a lot of extra things that cost money that aren t included in the admission price. Would definitely recommend this zoo!

this place was a great experience and the animals they had seem to be kept in good condition which is always a plus to see. there's usually a Groupon that you can use to get a discount but either way the regular ticket prices themselves are not that expensive

This is an absolutely phenomenal zoo! Yes it is a bit of a drive to get all the way out here but it is a nice drive so long as there is no traffic. You will also drive by some flower fields assuming they have not been sold and developed by the time you read this. This zoo is massive! The biggest highlight to it is the petting zoo.

Best Zoo Ever! What was started by an amazing school teacher with a love of animals, and a dream, has blossomed over a relatively short time into one of Arizona's best destinations! Wether you are young or young at heart it is a must see!
Oh, and it is a great "first" date setting! My husband and I met via internet. The Wildlife World Zoo is where we met for our last first date!

What an amazing place to go! My wife got a video of an albino peacock exploding all of its feathers everywhere it was so amazing I never seen anything like it before, we also got to feed the giraffes and how crazy was that slimed all over my hand and was pretty disgusting but at the same time very cool, I highly suggest going on the Safari ride we got to encounter lots of wild animals very close up, definitely would recommend

Big cats had really small enclosures, are too skinny and we're pacing back and forth - literally heartbreaking.
If you want to look at monkeys they have them...actually they have too many! Just as there were too many birds housed alone in a cages.
There is no staff monitoring the grounds which I found to be alarming considering access to most enclosures was no problem.
Trying to eat lunch at this place was a joke considering there was 1 guy who was at register taking orders and cooking the food.
I would never recommend this place EVER! Overpriced and the animals look miserable!!

My family loves this zoo. You can always see the animals (instead of them always hiding) and it's a very nice walk around the place. We love that there is always something new here. The improvements they are making to enclosures are really nice and the animals look quite happy.

Wasn't a huge fan of this zoo. Many of the animals were just pacing back and forth like they were bored to death. Their cages seemed so small. And they had several of the same kind of animals in different areas of the zoo. Don't know why they don't keep them all together. The rides were anywhere from $6-$15 per person so we didn't ride any. The highlight were the giraffes. It was fun getting to feed them.

The worst of capitalism with the 50 cent dispensers for animal food. A very few pellets for the 50 cents. Actually got lost. The sign for flamingos. There are two exhibits for them. It would be nice if you warned people about the extensive walking and a way to get rescued if need be. For the price of tickets you could do better. Enjoyed the trip otherwise. $4 dollars for a bottle of water! Bird poop every where. That's as infectious as any thing. At least clean the seats people sit on.

My family first visited the zoo 5 years ago. We took our 6 grand children 3/20/17 back to visit. Must say we were a little disappointed, the prices are a very high, food very expensive, and poor quality. Our main complaint was the stench around the duck ponds, water was so polluted with algae and trash.. seems like the zoo is going in the wrong direction.

Expensive, I felt bad for all the animals, you can see their paths of pacing their small cages. I wish they would make it all open. See African Lion Safari in Canada, you actually drive through it, and the animals are FREE to roam. Take an older vehicle or go in their bus. As animals get on your car.

First visit to Arizona, traveling with my disable daughter, who uses a wheelchair
The sky ride was one of the rides she requested that she might see the entire park. I felt disrespected, a white man at the gate prompted hand jesters when I asked where to pay for the ride, he pointed to the ground as no one was attending the booth. Asking again, the man pointed to the ground and yelled out right here. What harm would it have been spoken to in a respectful manner? Decided not to ride, spoke with non helpful manager, left the park with no thought of returning again. African American female from Virginia.

Majority of exhibits were closed/roped off. Disgusting restrooms. Some of the aquarium Exhibits smelt horrendous due to nasty carpet. Not a lot to see, waste of time and money. Do not recommend!

We went today for my sons first birthday and we had a blast! Spent four hours exploring the park. I think it s a great option for these covid-19 times since the majority of the park is outdoors and it wasn t crowded there, even on a Saturday. We had lunch at Dillion s and the service staff were helpful and kind. Down to earth people. The food was yummy and big portions. All the staff in the park were nice. You can bring your own water bottles and snacks into the park too. If you have a small child I recommend you bring your own stroller. I didn t give this place a 5 stars because none of the restrooms had a changing table that I could find, even in the family rooms. I had to breast feed twice and one good quiet spot with a bench is in front of the fallow deer. Another spot with a tree and a bench is in front of the African tortoise but later in the day when there is even less traffic.

I took my little ones for my son's 7th birthday and it was not a good experience at all. When we got there we had to find an employee so we could pay our admission's and that took 15 minutes. Throughout the park none of the restaurants we're open including the vending machine we're not working. It got real ruff having children and not being able to buy them lunch or drinks nearby unless we walked to the front. Employees were impossible to find and overall experience we're not great at all. . . Was not worth it and we will not be returning.

So much fun! The little rides and attraction really gave this place a fun family feel. It was clean, but still felt natural (e.g. the walkways were often just dirt, but good dirt). You can also get pretty close to the animals, which makes the experience all the cooler.

Lots to see. All exhibits had animals and birds you can see, unlike Phoenix Zoo where many animals seek shelter and you can't see them. My second visit. I'd choose this one over the other any day, even though it is a 40 Mile drive from where we are in Mesa.

I am a bit torn over this zoo. It is very nice, educational, seems somewhat clean, staff is very friendly. I am just not convinced that the animals are taken care of with the highest ability that they should be. I have been here several times over the last 15 years and still see animal living conditions that could be better kept, cleaner, bigger for the sake of the animal and sometimes I have seen animals that just don't seem very healthy. I'm sure there is a bit more of a struggle when you are privately funded. Maybe we need to up our donations a little bit people! God bless animal lovers!!

Great zoo...in my opinion a better experience than the Phoenix Zoo. It costs just 50 cents to feed the giraffes and ducks. The enclosures are nice, a lot of unique animals, and there is plenty to see in the aquarium. Just know that all of the establishments only take cash, although there are ATMs everywhere. Bathrooms are clean and the place is spread out so far that it never felt crowded. A must see if visiting...or a great way to spend a day with the family.

As a zoo & Small Mammals Volunteer here at the Wildlife World Zoo, until Saturday, March 7th, 2020, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT at the Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium & Safari Park, in Litchfield Park, Arizona, because I LOVE the keepers that I work with, all the animals like me, ESPECIALLY one of the squirrel monkeys and, my FAVORITE ANIMAL, the FRUIT BATS, and it's such an EXCITING and FUN PLACE to volunteer and have LOTS of FUN at! I LOVE learning about ALL of the land and sea animals here, ESPECIALLY THE FRUIT BATS, lions, and tigers! It will BREAK MY HEART to pieces when I have my LAST DAY VOLUNTEERING coming up SOON, but I will ALWAYS REMEMBER the FUN, FUNNY, EDUCATIONAL, and AMAZING MEMORIES and times that I had here, where I'm having and had some of the BEST DAYS of MY ENTIRE LIFE!

THANK YOU SO MUCH to ALL of the keepers at the Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium & Safari Park, for allowing me to volunteer and help you guys out with the small mammals! Let's make my LAST DAY VOLUNTEERING on Saturday, March 7th, 2020, THE BEST and MOST MEMORABLE DAY, YET!

About World Wildlife Zoo

World Wildlife Zoo: A Haven for Animal Lovers

If you are an animal lover, then the World Wildlife Zoo is a must-visit destination. Located in Arizona, this zoo is home to over 600 species of animals from all around the world. The zoo is open 365 days a year and offers visitors an unforgettable experience.

The World Wildlife Zoo was founded in 1984 by Mickey Ollson, who had a passion for wildlife conservation. His vision was to create a place where people could come and learn about animals while also having fun. Today, the zoo has grown into one of the largest privately-owned zoos in the United States.

One of the things that sets this zoo apart from others is its commitment to animal welfare. The staff at World Wildlife Zoo work tirelessly to ensure that all animals are well-cared for and have access to everything they need to thrive. This includes providing them with spacious habitats that mimic their natural environments as closely as possible.

Visitors can explore different areas of the zoo such as Safari Park, which features African animals like lions, zebras, and giraffes; Amazonia, which showcases South American species like jaguars and capybaras; and Australia Walkabout where visitors can see kangaroos and wallabies up close.

In addition to its impressive collection of land animals, World Wildlife Zoo also has an aquarium that houses over 75 exhibits featuring marine life from around the world. Visitors can see everything from sharks and stingrays to sea turtles and penguins.

The aquarium also offers interactive experiences such as touch tanks where visitors can get up close with starfish or feed fish in one of their many feeding shows throughout the day.

Aside from being a great place for families or groups of friends looking for something fun to do together on weekends or holidays - it's also perfect for school field trips! The educational programs offered by World Wildlife Zoo are designed specifically with students in mind so they can learn about conservation efforts while having fun exploring different habitats within our park grounds!

Overall if you're looking for an exciting adventure filled with exotic creatures big & small then look no further than visiting us here at WWZoo! We guarantee you'll have an unforgettable time learning about these amazing creatures while enjoying your time spent here at our park!
