Very horrible experience. I applied for loan thru them and was told and confirmed three times that's everything was good and I was approved and I made sure because I live about an hour away and I even triple checked before going there to only go out of my way to find out I was lied to and wasn't given what I was told was already taken care of. It was supposed to be a great easy experience and ending up being the biggest waste of 3 hours and money for them to continue to try to lie to my face and give me excuse after excuse. Do not use them. My Kia dealership back home was a million times more professional than here.

Tried writing a review about how awful my time there was today and got kicked off. Wanted to see cars and it never happened. Manager wanted me to double the monthly payment I was comfortable with. It was terrible.
They will do anything to try to make a deal. Even if it means trying to fast talk and rope you in then to get told something else. Big inconvenience. Had me come in 3 times.

They sold me a car we are seniors my wife and I because I had lost a car through repo they claimed they they could get me financing I gave them 500 dollars down I was reached by the finance company everything was approved three weeks later I was called in to sign a new contract when getting there they took the car back and told me they couldn t get it financed they had me return under false pretenses and took the car back they sold me insurance which I wasn t refunded for like that other customer said beware of dealing with world Kia

Things started out shaky. Got pre-approved for a 2016 Dodge Charger. Set up an appointment to test drive the car. Hey to the dealership and they show me two additional Chargers, not the one I set up the appointment for but the Sales Manager made it right, had the car there the next night and he knocked 250 off the price. I got paired up with a great salesman Mario. Mario was great through the entire process. My wife talked me into getting tinted windows and a spoiler. I didn't want to finance it but the guy in charge of this Josh seemed like a good guy and the experience up to know had been mostly positive so I did it. Came up and Josh said to bring it Monday, got there and it was, Tim I'm sorry I meant next Monday. So again back to frustration. Come back Monday October 24th I was told on Saturday October 22nd by the Sales Manager he was sorry for everything and to drop the car off we'll have a loaner ready for you when you get here. Get here and the car isn't ready, tires need air, dealer plates need to be added so sat here 40 minutes until ready to go, get in car it has an 1/8th of a tank of gas, screw it I'm tired I'll deal with it. I get told that it will be ready for pickup Friday October 27th. I took off work Friday - Monday for a wedding. Called Friday car not ready. No big deal going out of town had a rental van I didn't need the car. Came back Monday car still not ready. Drove up Tuesday and I was told the wrong part, came, miss painted still not ready. So today is Saturday November 4th. I go into the dealership and Josh tells me there is a lot of issues with this body shop. Said they bought the wrong spoiler (higher priced) but don't worry we are eating the difference. Car looks great he says with the tinted windows and the interior protection added and the scratches on the exterior are buffed and protection added but the spoiler won't be installed until Monday November 6th and I should have the car back by Wednesday the 8th. I tell him that's great but I've already made my first car payment and by next Wednesday I'll have the car 5 weeks and it has been at Kia for two weeks of this. That's not right. Josh tells me I'll give you a tank of gas for your troubles. A tank of gas.... I said I filled it up before I dropped it off. He said well drive it up and I'll give yuou a tank. Josh you've had the car 40% of my ownership of the vehicle. I can do two tanks. I said how about the cigarette burns on the two front seats. He said we will repair them free of charge and do a tank of gas. Car was bought used so even though to me this isn't a good trade off it would be nice to have it completely fixed and not have to worry about it. So as I sit in World Kia's parking lot for the last twenty minutes venting my frustration I wonder what's going to happen next Wednesday to pick up the car two weeks after I dropped it off and it's either not ready, seats aren't repaired or God knows what else. Only good thing is Mario came up and apologized for this. Great guy cause I know he's being sincere. Unfortunately it's the whole experience that makes me wish I went elsewhere.

Didn t send my contract to the loan office. called multiple times to speak to financial to see what s going on and where I ll need to send my payments. I ve been waiting and trying to get ahold of them since opening and still no one is available and I still don t know where I m suppose to send my payment. Constantly given the run around about how they will give me a call back shortly and nothing.

Purchased a vehicle from World Kia Joliet!!! Highly disappointed and upset!!!!! We bought a 2015 Kia Optima. The vehicle has more problems than a cat with fleas. They gave us terrible customer service, especially the service department. I called Customer relations no one ever called my husband or me back, until months later and still no resolve! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A CAR FROM WORLD KIA JOLIET. My car has lots of electrical issues that still are not fixed!

I came in to Kia a couple of weeks ago looking for a new car, and right away Albert Tulo greeted us. He helped show me a few cars and eventually he helped me pick out a car that was perfect for me. Albert was very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I came back to sign papers he was very helpful and made the process as smooth as possible. Jesus. We pre qualified for financing and immediately we were seated and the initial guy , couldn't help us he had to get someone else. So after that the new salesman wanted information for credit and we basically argued with him that they ran the credit, so he went and got someone else , this guy doesn't do anything different , he wants to run credit as well . Why run it again if you already ran it ! Then says he was going to appraise the trade and didn't . So long story short. We sat for 3 hours , they refused to give us our keys to leave, plus even being qualified they couldn't help us . We didn't even get to look at cars or discuss options . Don't waste your time . Run
Meh... Not impressed. I didn t have a good impression of WKJ from the get go but decided to give them a chance. I went in and told them exactly what I was looking for. I have high expectations and low credit so I understand there not a lot I can do but on the phone I was promised results. First, I never even saw the person I had the appointment with. Not once despite the fact that I spoke to her on the phone maybe 3 times. Then I was helped by a nice gentleman however was not impressed with the inventory. When i asked about a specific vehicle that was on the website I was blown off and shown something else. Everything I was actually shown was gross, dirty not detailed and not what I said I was even looking for. I was contacted almost as soon as I left via voicemail and text message about my trade in and returned the call and no one has called me back. I tried calling again today just to be told there s nothing more they can do for me... So to my understanding if I didn t buy one of the dirty vehicles I was shown then they don t want to help me at all... Still waiting on that call back.

They are super helpful and kind. I have visited other KIA dealerships and this one is buy far the best when it comes to customer service. I live closer to two other KIA dealerships and I prefer to drive farther to get my car serviced here.

Back in August I purchased a Kia Forte and had a great experience! I love my Forte and have not had any issues! The salesmen were great and I was excited to drive off in my first car. However, I would recommend to STAY AWAY FROM KIA FINANCE!!! I was told at the dealership I could make my payments twice a month instead of once a month, saving money and paying off my loan 6 months early. When I called Kia Finance to set this up, I was told by the woman at the call center that the people at the dealership were trying to scam me out of my money and they were all lying to me because all they care about at the dealerships is making money. I asked the representative over the phone to give me her name so I could follow up with the information she was giving me. She told me she did not have to give me her name and she hung up on me. I am not able to split up my payments like I was told at the dealership. However, I looked up Kia Financing online and read that this is something I am able to do (just like the salesman at World Kia told me). The people at World Kia and Kia Finance will tell you two different things. I recommend a Kia, but stay away from Kia Finance! The salesmen at World Kia will encourage you to finance through Kia Finance so I highly recommend you look at Kia Finance reviews before you decide to finance through them. You will see that almost all the reviews are horrible.
Will definitely not recommend this dealership was lied to and taken advantage of wasn t thinking straight bc of a personal situation and the salesman jerry i feel was more worried about his Commission check instead of making sure customer is happy feel he rushed me and didn t care just placed me in any car a car that has problems lied to me about it unless they fix issues and or replace my vehicle to my satisfaction I will change my feelings about this dealership !!

Came in because my truck frame was about to snap. Im a Single mom. Needed safety as that was my biggest concern. My old truck was a hope & a prayer every time I got in it with my son.
