Hotel near the avenue with transport to the main places of visit and availability of shops. Large room, but needs maintenance, the shower part is not good. The breakfast place is small for the number of guests, on the days I was staying I always saw people waiting for a place; the options are the usual without any additional. The reception is attentive and always in the mood for information. In general, it has a good cost benefit, as it costs less than other more central locations.

A very modern style hotel, with rooms at least ours very spacious with a double bed and an extra bed that was a sofa bed for 2 people. Divided into 2 instances for the privacy of the marriage. Full bathroom in the room, with refrigerator, TV, air conditioning and wifi that is always very good, free safe and wardrobes for clothes. With balcony. The room is very comfortable and comfortable. The breakfast included in the stay is an open buffet, not very large and not very varied, the normal thing in these cases, the food is the same as in all hotels. The attention of the staff is correct and attentive in case you ask for something.
You have to bear in mind that when you leave the hotel you have to pay the stay taxes, which in this hotel for being x stars is 6 per person and night.
The location of the hotel was perhaps the best, just over a 20-minute walk to areas of interest such as the Pantheon or Coliseum, and less than 10 minutes from the Trastevere restaurant area. nearby you have Carrefour express and shops of all kinds and pharmacy. And nearby stops both the bus and the train that takes you throughout Rome

Very particular structure from an architectural and furnishing point of view. Large and well-kept rooms (soft floor).
Breakfast is served in a very large and bright room, but with too many seats attached and a few single tables. Rich and varied breakfast. Negative note in the dining rooms the music is decidedly too high. Excellent base in the Trastevere area

Great location of the hotel, public transport goes directly to the city center to the sights. Large spacious rooms with balconies, very comfortable beds and mattresses. Creative, modern interior

Breakfast poor quality. Bad quality, no boiled eggs, scrambled eggs watery and cold, only one type of white bread, no black bread. Coffee from the self-service machine doesn't taste good. No soy milk, only on request and with a long wait. Unfriendly staff throw you out of the breakfast room even if you are still eating. Tables in the breakfast room were not wiped, leftovers from the previous guests on the tables. Absolutely no storage space in the bathroom, the toiletry bag can only be placed on the sink or tub and gets wet.

Very happy with the service and attention of the receptionists. The room was very spacious (interior walls, surprisingly, a little dirty), included breakfast buffet, also very good, varied and with some homemade recipes. The location of the hotel is one of its strengths, it is well connected to the center by public transport (which we use very little since if you want to know the neighborhood, and walk a little you can go on foot to the Vatican, the Pantheon or the Fontana di Trevi, for example). Fully recommended in all aspects.

This hotel is ok but not worth a 4 star: sanitary not top (including mold on shower curtain), no tablet in the bathroom to be able to dispose his toilet bag and other effects, no water bottle in room neither kettle with coffee or tea, dirty walls and with blows, food not top quality.

Hotel in front of the ministry of education on viale trastevere in Rome with a truly personal and avant-garde style. Curved rooms, pop art placed almost everywhere. Only sore point, due to crowding the reception, in addition to having queued at 13.00 I felt that the room was not ready when I had to return. Having pointed out the queue I had been waiting for, I asked if I could still have the keys to not queue again and I would have gone after lunch anyway, but with little courtesy I was dismissed without grace. Other staff instead available. Good cuisine even if lacking in character.

It's a good idea to stay in the trastevere area wh...

It's a good idea to stay in the trastevere area when in Rome as it's one of the safer areas of the city along the Tiber river surrounded by Rome's true pizzerias, gelaterias and ristorantes and in the heart of all these is this hotel. Staff are very friendly and forthcoming. The rooms are huge. Then again I can only speak for the executive suit that we were updated to for free. Your breakfast is included and the choice is huge. Depending on the season some fruits/juices are fresh and some are from tins. Some of these fruits/food you get to pick for free near the front desk through out the afternoon. There's a computer with internet access and a printer by the entrance and a luggage weighing scale that requires money. One thing I noticed is that you cannot lock the bathroom/toilet door from the inside and was told it's the same case with all hotels in Rome or perhaps Italy for "security reasons". If you want to use the shower and I'm sure you would be careful about a design flaw which is the gap between the bathtub and the adjacent walls. Because it's not flush, water that you may spray in there would go into the bathroom floor then into the main room. You'd know what I mean. We never used room service as we didn't come to Rome to eat in a hotel room. Finally, the hotel runs an airport taxi service which costs only 2 more than Rome's fixed rate for taxis but I think it's not a big deal considering one doesn't have to walk a bit of a distance with luggage to the nearest taxi rank.

Loved everyday spent here. Hotel is lovely modern design, clean , great service, good food, close to the local shops and buses, trams, and trains. Visited in the July and was very hot, hotel has air conditioning throughout. Would be a awesome addition to the hotel if they had a swimming pool on the complex. The owners of a local shop near by where friendly and welcoming. The hotel had a little outdoor seating area where we went most mornings and evenings, enjoying the chilled atmosphere while living life in Roma.

Very clean and well taken care of hotel. Friendly staff and modern, spacious interior. The only remark I have was the...odd...design of the room. It was a bit too modern to my liking, like a Scifi movie set from the 70's.

Near the hotel there is a transport facility that communicates with the places of interest in Rome, very close are the places of food and entertainment on the Tiber river. It's a peaceful place.

Friendly staff, unfortunately our check-in took forever (about 1.5 hours) no one could tell us why.

We had a nice 4-bed room with
Two balconies, but only after we complained about the first (moldy) room.

The breakfast was on the whole okay, but a lot of it was very unhealthy (many different croissants and cakes with high sugar content)
and hardly any fresh vegetables / fruit! Start the day strengthened? Unfortunately not!

Sufficient for our short city trip if you don't have that much time in the
Hotel wants to spend fine!

Modernist decoration hotel. Well located in the heart of Trastevere. Near the tram and the center. Good breakfast and comfortable room beds. The only thing that I did not like was the curtain in the bathroom. A hotel of this style should not have curtains in the shower that are so uncomfortable.
