I have heard from residents in Best that little attention is paid to the living situation between the towers. Little space for bicycles and the box space that is open and equipped with corrugated iron on the roof. So no decent storage space. Public areas are hardly cleaned. Living space is quite small, but a maximum social rent is asked for. Residents consultant is not customer friendly. The conclusion is that residential care does not exactly care for its residents to provide a pleasant living experience. Difficult to get in touch with the organization, everything runs through the consultant. Which annoys seniors enormously.

The lifts in the Seine have been a problem for several years last week, both lifts broken .... have to wait for parts ... was also the case last year .... need new lifts and good lifts .... daily I go to my 96 year old father yesterday helped an older man he was already on the way to the 4th floor via the stairs irresponsible today several elderly people were waiting outside as the lifts had broken down again, these live on the 12th floor that cannot be stairs with walker
Vulnerable people with home care also live here, the emergency services must also be irresponsible via the stairs, new lifts must now be built !!!!!! And good lifts !!!!!!

Woonzorg Nederland has residents suffocated in Hellevoetsluis. Renovation of the entrance in the winter months, front of the plastic removed and nobody busy for months. Moisture problems are known, measures are also taken, but are not implemented. Painters run away etc etc etc. Not going well in the Maintenance and Planning department. Top-class cock behavior.

Communicating with Woonzorg is a contingency plan .. now I am young and energetic so I can support my mother well in the total mess of Woonzorg. Sad to think that not every older person has good support to get something done through these prutsers.

Everything goes through the residents consultant which would be fine, were it not for the fact that these people apparently have no sense in it ..

I have been living in a senior citizen complex sin...

I have been living in a senior citizen complex since 2012, where 2 construction companies have gone bankrupt and a 3rd company has finished the complex with rubbish.
The 3rd company has placed pipes with cracks behind the walls, wrong ventilation grilles placed on the 4th and 5th floor, in a sloping roof, which, whether they were open or closed, the wind just blew through it, I had a lot of SW wind, which was also caused by the outlet was blowing.
When I went to the Ber residents' consultant to complain that the wind was howling around me, even around my feet, she looked at me as if I was crazy and continued with her work.
I sat with my legs under a blanket for 6 years and when it was very cold I added a jug.
Finally I was heard and the handyman from Woonzorg, one Willem, took the socket from the wall, which is almost on the floor, handy for old people, has been well thought through, he was shocked and went to the Woonzorg office. the corner, Mutitulilaan, I live on Annie MGSchmidtlaan.
There the Lord came to her to have a look and yes, he saw that hole too, now he could have fetched everyone, because the hole was clearly visible.
The hole was closed, but the wind kept howling around my head and legs, I complained for 6 years, but was completely ignored, which gave me a lot of stress.
Another resident consultant came and we all thought it could never get worse, but unfortunately, we now have a kind of policewoman who really forbids everything that the other residents' consultant was allowed to do.
I was allowed to put a chair outside in front of my front door, because I live above the atrium and have more than 3 meters space in front of my front door, but the chair had to be removed from this consultant, strange, because all people who live in the atrium are allowed to place something on the sunny side and my neighborhoods and I also live on the sunny side, but on the roof.

Several times we received a letter that the chairs had to be removed, without reason, yes, i.v.m. safety, but on our 5th floor lives a gentleman who can't walk, so they don't take safety that much into account.
If a fire breaks out, we will not hear the fire alarm on the 5th floor, but since our roofs are insulated with polystyrene foam, we see / rather we hear the explosion that not so long ago on TV. could be seen during a fire of a house of the housing corporation Woonzorg Nederland, if we survive that we will therefore notice that there is a fire, but how did that Lord come down, the elevators no longer work and we are all oldies So that man cannot carry it either, this shows that those chairs simply had to be removed to show that the residents' consultant is "the boss".

From a house on the sunny side, this resident consultant has also taken away a goose and a very small table. The master of the house went to the residents consultant and she looked very happy, thought that the gentleman was coming back to get his goose and table, but he said, you can keep that goose and the table too, do you give my regards to the goose and take good care of them?

We have to pay for our own things, which the residents' consultant takes away, well we of course pay nothing from 5 high, because we have already paid for the chair. She also took away another jug from me and the chains that fastened the chair. may come and collect the items before October 1, otherwise they will be destroyed, but of course we do not wish her that.

Unfortunately, I can no longer drink my morning coffee outside, because that chair is no longer allowed, because I am not allowed to sit in the sun because of this. my medication, but she has nothing to do with it. Only the note, which I received, you can pick up the jug on the condition that it no longer appears on the gallery.
I am now the only one who has nothing outside, but fortunately I can really enjoy all those flowers and plants that others have outside. I want everyone a nice place, I am just unlucky that the resident consultant hates me .

I would like to say that we are looking forward to the winter and can feel whether work has helped.

Very old people locked up for 12 hours in Woonzorg...

Very old people locked up for 12 hours in Woonzorgflat Leopolak Amsterdam.
Life-threatening situations.

Woonzorg writes: "The residential complex is built for seniors who would like to continue living independently.
There are 72 luxury apartments in the residential complex, spread over 14 floors, which are accessible by both lifts. "

On Thursday, November 15, 2018, both elevators had dropped from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm in the morning.
The only thing left for people who had appointments at the hospital or were dependent on food in the restaurant was the fire escape.
People aged 80 and 90+, who had difficulty walking, had to come down themselves without any help. There was no backup plan to assist the people.

A service level agreement (lettuce) of max. 2 hours, if both lifts have failed, seems essential. Also a faster response if 1 lift failed would be an essential improvement.

With the 72 x 125 euro monthly service costs (18,000 per year), budget space for this target group has to be made. This only logistical road must work tip top.

What kind of emergency plan plan will Woonzorg make here in the future? Very serious life-threatening situations could have happened.

If both lifts have fallen out and elderly people only have to scramble the fire escapes, then you know in advance that there are great risks that could have been prevented if sufficient responsibility was taken in advance with a practical emergency scenario.

Now that Woonzorg knows this, what responsibility and effective measures does Woonzorg take to cover its (legal) liability?

There are more cases inadequate. Who is there, in addition to the board and the supervisory board, internally directly responsible for?

Another example:
At the entrance, a huge glass panel has been temporarily repaired for about two years. Very pampering view. It has now been repaired for some time, but over two years in a dilapidated state is too long.

3 January 2019: the automatic side entrance door has not been working for days. The door does not open anymore and you can no longer enter. Only walking around and inside is another option. Why does this take so long?

In short, consider whether there is no other way and this vulnerable target group can be facilitated, including emergency scenarios that can be used effectively if necessary. So no paper tigers.
