Communicating with Woonzorg is a contingency plan .. now I am young and energetic so I can support my mother well in the total mess of Woonzorg. Sad to think that not every older person has good support to get something done through these prutsers.

Everything goes through the residents consultant which would be fine, were it not for the fact that these people apparently have no sense in it ..
