The office is courteous, and maintenance is timely. I have never had a problem living here. No pests. My neighbors have all been here for years. The pool is clean and they are very strict about not letting non-residents (or their friends) swim here in the summer. It is pretty quiet. Not a lot of kids. No pets allowed so no poop around the neighborhood as with some other apartments around town. I think this is the perfect little place for a single person or couple. Only downside is that I have a lot of neighbors who smoke and I can t really take advantage of the porch. It would be nice if they had smoking/non-smoking units/areas.
