Extremely impressed with Woodfin as a company, and Caleb Johnson (Service Tech) in particular. Communications from the start were above and beyond normal expectations. I was called and informed the the tech was running a bit behind and his arrival would be closer to the "end" of the window I was initially told. This is unheard of in the services industry. Hunter explained all he was going to do, changed my filters and also arranged for an appointment for a team member to come out to inspect my air ducts. We had a problem with our nest smart thermostat. It wouldn't turn on the heat. Nick from Woodfin was out the very next day, rewired some programming and now, less than an hour later, everything works great. I went ahead with the annual service plan because it just makes so much sense and is very affordable. I appreciate you, Nick. You did a great job.

Johnathan's main focus was to get my heating system up and running asap. Unfortunately he was given some incorrect information about yesterday's oil level in tank. Regardless he handled himself professionally with a very very frustrated client. He fixed the system and someone will return on Tuesday to fix a HVAC leak. I'M WARM NOW! I called for service around midday, when my self installed filter system but a snag and I had no water to the house. Although the service guys where backed up, they where able to find a guy to come out later that same day. He arrived after calling me, discussed options, handled the very challenging repair sticky and efficiently. I can't ask for more than that. Services: Repair pipe, Find & repair leak

Everyone from the service tech to the install crew are top shelf. They do clean, great work and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Never in a rush but also respectful of your time.
