We had a problem with our nest smart thermostat. It wouldn't turn on the heat. Nick from Woodfin was out the very next day, rewired some programming and now, less than an hour later, everything works great. I went ahead with the annual service plan because it just makes so much sense and is very affordable. I appreciate you, Nick. You did a great job.
