Johnathan's main focus was to get my heating system up and running asap. Unfortunately he was given some incorrect information about yesterday's oil level in tank. Regardless he handled himself professionally with a very very frustrated client. He fixed the system and someone will return on Tuesday to fix a HVAC leak. I'M WARM NOW! Thanks to Johnathan for his patience. I do think I could have handled things better on my end. My apologies .
