Extremely impressed with Woodfin as a company, and Caleb Johnson (Service Tech) in particular. Communications from the start were above and beyond normal expectations. I was called and informed the the tech was running a bit behind and his arrival would be closer to the "end" of the window I was initially told. This is unheard of in the services industry. Caleb and a Trainee were the best! Polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and informative. I was so impressed, I signed up for a maintenance program on the spot. Woodfin should be your very first call!
