This company uses strong arm practice. They are representing a contractor that failed to perform and stopped returning our calls to finish a service. Their client servo e our furnace and the same it exploded and the local fire department was called and several fire and rescue came to our home. The combustion explosion destroyed the furnace, and filled my home with soot and smoke. Since the furnace was now no longer operable. We had to order a new one. I paid the contractor info for the furnace. It was delivered, but he couldn’t get it to work and provide heat, he didn’t ask for more money and stopped returning our phone calls in the dead of winter with no heat. I had disputed the charge, but another contractor was able to use that furnace so I closed the dispute and the money was released to the contractors bank. He’s now telling us that he’s not receive the money and I have called my bank every day for two weeks and I have proof that the money has left my account, and I have a letter that the case is closed and resolved. Edward wolf and associates has called me seven times in two days. They claim that they have a lien on my house, giving me less than 24 hours to wire the money to them or they’re going to proceed with foreclosure, actions and serve me with a warrant in debt. Did you using credit aerie tactics and trying to scare me into paying him again. I’m not even sure if these people are lawyers one of them says he’s a liaison but I’m going to jail I don’t really have a house for clothes for $3000. Good luck gentlemen. Considering your client failed to perform check my money and did not install the equipment and still got paid. I think he’s gonna have a problem because I’m filing suit at the courthouse today.
