In a total of 4 minutes I received 5 emails from a Jack Wright at this company concerning a possible debt owed by the company I work for. He also included every name he could find on our website and made up a few when he thought he found a pattern in the way the emails are set up. The one person that should have received this notification (not sure sending one by email is legal) did not receive it because Jack Wright didn't have his email. Our company has filed a complaint with the FTC and also the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
