Unethical Business Practices
We used this company to collect on an unpaid invoice and they have not released my proceeds. They sent a check, placed a stop payment on it and caused many issues for me because of it. They have not given a reason for the stop payment. They reissued a check for the incorrect amount and have not given a reason for the mistake. Every time my assistant calls, they have new excuses as to why the check hasn't been mailed. It has been almost 3 months and this is not resolved. Do not use this company, they are very unprofessional and do not keep their word. This company is a scam.
