I think it is extremely bad that mail is automatically sent to kivra without any warning or approval from the user just because you are registered. And there is no way to stop new companies from sending mail to kivra except to close their account, which I have fortunately done now. 0/5

Real fucking skiing service. Now they are trying to get one to pay invoices through them too, which are deducted via direct debit. So damn dirty. The problem is that you eventually lose control of what is paid when and the only thing you see on your bank statement is reached transaction ID. Then you get invoices / PDFs another place. Last but not least, there are several players who now do NOT have an e-invoice with reference to "yes but you can pay the invoice in Kivra". So damn #facepalm.

So damn stupid !!! why can't Resurs Bank make sure to have an e-invoice? No now I need another place to handle my invoices ... I cut the card!

I've completely lost confidence in Kivra after a number of contacts with the support that are completely ignored in answering the questions I ask. Exactly the same message will be repeated again and again. I start to think that there are actually no people who read what comes in to the support without sending a message that may or may not provide any useful information.

Six months ago I received a text message from Kivra that someone had taken a credit report on me. Maybe at UC? If I did not want to get a Kivra account (or whatever it may be called) then I would still get a paper letter home in the mailbox. There was no letter, I thought it could be in connection with the exchange of a gas card as the information on me was requested. What do I know? A week ago, a new text message came out about a credit report. Maybe at "CS", what do I know? The next day a new text message was sent that now (Kivra?) Had sent the credit information by mail. But - surely no letter will appear in the mailbox now either?

As long as it is only possible with mobile banking, it may be, to say that mobile banking would be safer than banking on computer is also stupid, I can understand that many want to be able to use mobile banking but there is no excuse not to support bankid on file ALSO, there are no technical problems to allow both.

Got a letter in Kivra's inbox for January 26th-26th February from the Transport Agency to pay the invoice February 28th. And now I risk 500 kr penalty from them. NI can be better (I hope) .......

Kivra is a very smooth service to receive a lot of digital mail instead of via paper. Both the app and the web work very smoothly, and everything is very clear. Almost all the bad reviews given are not deserved at all; - "When I registered to receive letters from company X, I received letters from all senders". Yes, Kivra informs very clearly when registering that mail from their affiliated partners will be sent digitally. This is something that users agree on when registering. If you prefer to have paper letters, there is a simple setting to do to disable digital mail from the sender you want. - "I get fake messages about credit information taken". UC regularly makes credit reports in connection with everything possible. This could be a home loan or in connection with subscriptions for mobile phone subscriptions. When UC and Kivra cooperate, it is no wonder that UC lets Kivra "promote" its service by sending SMS when UC made credit. Kivra does not find fantasy credentials to get users. Everyone must not love Kivra, but a company does not deserve bad grades based on unscathions. * No, I'm not working on Kivra

Was charged when I received a notification that someone had made a credit report. Little did I expect that a lot of important mail would stop coming in the mailbox and end up in some tricky app .. Have paid lots with reminder fees because of this .. The last thing I need is another app I need to keep track of.

Why does Kivra continue to harass us who have regular Bank ID. I have not intended to acquire Mobile Bank ID. Has now got something from Credit Safe and the only way to log in is with Mobile Bank ID. Why does this type of customer-hostile shit company stay on the market?

Why are you sinking so low that you mislead potential users with having already received an email that they need to read via kirva? Obviously I registered with you in 2012 and will suddenly have received an email that is somehow important. You are a modern company with a modern development of a soon-to-be outdated method (post), however, you go against one of the key aspects of modern marketing which is transparency. You do not fool yourself into users as we have the opportunity to inform others via platforms like this. I had easily agreed to use your service, but now I have been distracted and will instead boycott it and spread the information I just wrote. GG

When I'm still sitting at the computer and have my bank box, why do I have to look for my cell phone and pick it up to be able to log in? Why is it so one-sided that only mobile bankId is accepted as a login method?

By signing up to receive a letter from the Tax Authority to Kivra, I suddenly got lots of other letters the way I did not want, including an electricity bill. Tried to pay it via Kivra, but just got pissed because I couldn't see anywhere that it was added for payment. In addition, it was stated on the account statement that I paid to Kivra and not the electricity company. Close my Kivra account after that.

Unfortunately, it does not work to use BankID on Kivra's website. It seems that it only applies to Mobile Banking! I have BankID on my computer that works well and is valid throughout 2020! This poses problems for me.

Very good service for digitizing mail that otherwise comes analogue via the mailbox. Really recommended for anyone who is used to PDFs. They send both mail and push notes if you have their app when a new letter is received.

I cannot recommend Kivra as a payment service. One of my invoices started to appear there all of a sudden, I myself have not requested it, and that invoice is delayed every time. The reason is that the reminder comes some day before the invoice is to be paid and Kivra wants 2-3 banking days to send the payment further. I had to go in and deactivate the payment service within Kivra - something I have never activated myself. It is enough to bring in e-invoices to the bank, Kivra's payment service has only made it for me. As an intermediary for government spam, however, it certainly works well.

Patch service, Hi ICA bank I want e-invoice from you? It is not possible but if you have Kivra we can send the bill to them then they send a message that you have received a bill from us !!

Of 4 players in the market, Kivra is alone in requiring for computer users a dongle in the form of a mobile phone (for thousands of kronor), to be able to log in (mobile BankID only)! We computer users have free of charge the usual BankID, but Kivra refuses to offer its customers ...

Horrible company. I was tempted to create an account to speed up my tax return, without telling me that most of my bills would now be sent directly to Kivra and not my mail box. Of course this have now caused me problems in form of debts and collection letters and several unnecessary fees. I called the company and a bimbo answered that Kiwra is not responsible for this I am. Well I will talk with my lawyer about this matter on Monday and se if we can change her mind.

Very negative. A wealth of info on not forgetting to pay invoices that have already been paid. A very immature system that causes resentment and extra work.

Hi Kivra, I think it is good that you removed the link to your website in your mailings. I have long seen this as a security risk ... // Ulf

Tried to terminate Kivra or pause it. Has gone over two months now and sent two letters as well as lots of mail and a phone call. Still have not come closer to getting this mistake completed. If you have not had access to Bank ID and you have access to your Bank ID then you cannot enter a username and password IF you have signed with Bank ID. You cannot terminate / pause the service with the mail / phone number with which you registered the account. Strongly recommends Kivra.

The app does what I expect. Then it may not be that you read invoices as carefully as when you receive them on paper, but that is my own choice. For me, saving paper and the environment is a consideration.

Lousy service that has cost me SEK 500 in delay fee since these junkies undertook to send out the transport board's invoices ... The invoice was SEK 11, strange that you should sign something in the belief that you have paid fixed than it was not done. ..

Arrogant emails without a link to any of the content that requires action. It is never clear why they send us emails (we have never allowed it). Cash companies, avoid if you can!

I think it is cool to be able to collect as many mailings from Kivra as otherwise come in the mailbox. Very smooth! Now, for example, also ICA ended with paper receipts and send them to Kivra instead. Good, but would have been even better if I could also share the receipts with my partner. All of a sudden, it becomes very unreasonable for some receipts for our common household to be found on my Kivra and others with my wife. You can share the mailbox, why not share the receipts too? In addition, the mailbox feels completely uninteresting to share. If done right, it will become a star ... or maybe 2.

A service that gives you the opportunity to get their newspapers digitally. Don't really understand the problem with that? Seriously, anyone who has rated the company badly must either have an extremely low IQ or feel very bad about trying to write such oddities.

Hard to understand that Kivra will ONLY accept Mobile Bankid in the future when banks, insurance companies and authorities also accept Bankid on file on computer. Guaranteed, Kivra will lose customers when they cease using Passwords and do not follow the standard that many of their senders apply.

Thank my lucky star that I'm not a customer! I do not see the positive in the fact that invoices end up with a third party instead of the bank. I have been in contact with them regarding sending invoices to the posting address but it was absolutely not possible. Bottom rating.

A late-paid paper invoice meant that I received a collection notice from svea. That debt collection message ended up in a quagmire that I never read. It then ended up with the bailiff. Has never ended up with the bailiff before and has a perfect credit rating. Kivra is a good system - but NOT when it comes to payments, and REALLY not when it comes to collection notices

Having to log in to Kivra is like going 5km to one mailbox and 5km to another to get hold of all their mail. Why don't you have the option of forwarding to their email? And do not mention security because it is no extra secure to log in with you, just hard and cumbersome.

The idea is good. Invoice system bad. The number of payment reminders you get as companies send invoices here without being aware is fraudulent. Has received a number of requirements due to Kivra.

The payment function has not worked for me, my bills got unpaid because I discovered the problem at the due date. Had to pay as usual with my own Bank ,. DON'T TRUST KIVRA, they do not know this properly. Disappointed user.

I'm very lucky at Kivra because they tried to make me a customer of them by sending a scam sms that I received a credit statement at UC. I could see it immediately if I registered as a customer with them. Surprised and curious started registration but interrupted when I saw that at the same time I had to approve that all my bills went to their digital mailbox. Then I read on reviews on Google that several second-hand vibes for the same thing Orker does not contact the Consumer Agency, but probably "unserious sales methods", always.
