I didn't get the 10% discount of my order. I called Wise the very next day and told them what had happened. That it was my mistake not theirs. I didn't put the code in on the order. They corrected the order on that phone call, no supervisor, no manager, no boss. One call and it was done. Thank you Wise Co. for giving the ability and authority to customer service to fix problems.
