Great coliseum! Nice seating that give a full view of the court. Rock the Hill!

High school graduation ceremony venue. Good location. Jumbotron to see up close.

I watched both of my baby sisters graduate at the Winthrop Coliseum! It's such a special place to use Rock Hillians.

A fine arena, relatively clean and capable of hosting many events.

Love going for walks and taking my daughter to feed the ducks. Very nice and relaxing place.

Had a high school graduation there. The campus is beautiful, but the RHPD are truly the ones that shine! They were so helpful on the roads and dealing with high traffic.

Got my Covid-19 here . Quick & Easy! Good Place to go to get it done.

It's Great Out Here! My Parents both Worked at Winthrop so I've been coming out Here since I was a Very Young Kid!!

Covid testing location was speedy and easy to navigate. Staff was super kind.

Winthrop Coliseum is a great venue with ample parking, and great views from all seats.

They are wonderful! They test for free and are as gentle as possible.

Nice place. Well maintained. Bathrooms need major attention as they are dirty and very smelly.

I love to take my guinea pigs to Winthrop Lake. In the back, there are lots of Briar patches and they love to run around and play. It helps them burn off energy.

Had our daughters highschool graduation here. It's a very big place loved how they had it set up, we had a great view of the stage from out sets. Very clean.

My youngest niece, Rebecca graduated high school here June 2017.

It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Just glad I got there as early as I did. And was happy with 2 lanes open.

Great venue for the Graduation Ceremony. Very upkept and clean, as well as maintained.

Visited while daugther was in college at Winthrop University.

Fast testing for covid that was the only reason for being there

The mens basketball team and their coach allowed the boys from the Triumphant Academy to sit in and observe their practice. Afterwards, they all greeted the boys and invited them to visit their locker room!

I was there for my granddaughter's high school graduation. She graduated eighth in her class. It was an excellent facility. I have zero complaints.

College police were annoying and inefficient. Rock Hill police were very good and very efficient.

Good sized arena, we had our. USA BMX worlds picture taken there and uniform hand outs. Lots of room

Went to my daughter's LPN graduation. So proud of her! Nice facility.

Great venue, very clean, and friendly staff. Concession prices aren't terrible either.

Went for graduation - the access was very easy, and the view was great.

Playing the disc golf course around the campus is absolutely fantastic!

Nice Coliseum. Very spacious. Have attended two graduations here. Very well air conditioned. I'm freezing.. plenty of parking.

It would have helped if they would have sent me an email that check-in would be here.

SPHS graduation. Loved it but sound system made it hard to understand speakers. Too many people shouting out during time when names were read. Not enough officers to escort disruptive people out. So disrespectful to the graduates.

Was proud parents of a student that received two degrees. The staff was very pleasant and on top of everything their responsibility.

The coliseum was very nice. The game was good except we lost by 3. Can't wait for next game so we can redeem ourselves.

We were there for graduation, obviously. It was cold to me in there, however some of the people I was with thought it was hot. In my opinion it was not easy to find places for handicap people and if you are handicapped in any way you cannot go to the main entrance because it is high up on a hill. There was handicapped seating on the floor, but none of us were sure how to get down there

Great Police, I live adjacent to Winthrop owned land, I have PTSD, had an ongoing issue in jurisdictional dysfunctional land, and one call (University Police and Game Wardens have Federal authority giving them more power (( they need no warrant for suspicious or lingering suspicious activity))versus local / county police if you did not know ?)yesterday and my problem was fixed!
No one else would listen ( I have witnesses , documentation , photos etc. and I feel I was not treated seriously and and to be completely blunt, I ran off a drug dealer which in any other community I would get a medal for? Not that I did it because I wanted one I got sick of watching it happen!!!
The Night of the night of the incident,I ran the dealer off the customer called local police & local police threatened to arrest me? ( Got a witness the night that happened! ) I also have multiple Photos,Tag numbers,all kinds of evidence ( I held DOD security clearance to all branches of of the US armed forces globally under President Bush then President Obama. Did a combat tour as PMC in Iraq ((OIF 2005/ a year later I was in Mcmurdo Station, Antarctica)) so don t attack my credibility or treat me as the problem as local police did for five days!)
So, lesson I learned is being proactive in a community gets you nowhere in this town unless you live by the University; won t bother again running off one minute drug deals ( children live behind me grant you on other houses ) though I will still continue to improve the looks of the overgrown area pro bono.
All I got from local police, on a county jurisdictional road was headache, told to go in or go to jail,dealt with local police showing up 3 days in a four day period, neighbor presented fire arm at me ( have witness ) local PD took his hunting alibi,(educated guess= local police officer never asked to look at his boots,ask him for his hunting license,where he hunted, how long, why he put on a clean camouflage tee shirt ? A game warden would have asked why high caliber rifle was not in a case?(I know a game warden)
And I get disrespectfully treated and treated as if I am the bad guy harassing a neighbor actively buying drugs by responding local police officers?(I will say a female paralegal in the Local Police Department s narcotics division was friendly, sympathetic and empathetic and took two of my calls, the second call she was very patient with my PTSD and Paranoia exacerbated by no arrests of the problem individual the initial night by responding officers?
Kudos to the local PD s paralegal I will give her that, she was profesional (I feel like she was the only local member of the RHPD who took my issue seriously)Next time; Wont bother raising my blood pressure, risk getting shot at ( drive up drug deals in a minute?)For doing the community a service and being Pro active?
Problem solved with in 24 hours , the The three stripes University officer I spoke with ( can t remember his name(I Have Frontal lobe damage diagnosed PTSD and Paranoia thanks Iraq!)was courteous,professional, listened,took me seriously and problem was solved!
I would like to personally thank him one day, buy him a lunch? I do not know what the Winthrop University Senior ranking officer I spoke with did ?
But I will sleep well tonight, I thank them and and glad I live adjacent to Federal Jurisdictions!
