Stellar service by Justine and her team last week! Blew in with a colleague to finish some work and have lunch and was given the royal treatment. Super friendly, accommodating, and the setting is gorgeous. Even received some much needed technical assistance from the young fellow behind the bar! Would definitely recommend and will return for sure.

By far the best course in Whistler, and the entire sea-to-sky corridor. It is fair for all levels of golfer, as long as you play the right tee-box. Fantastic practice facilities, well stocked 9th hole concession, and a great patio to have a beer and settle the wagers. If you are a golfer or golf-enthusiast, this is the course to play in Whistler.
My husband and I have been members of Nicklaus North for about a year. What we love about this golf club is the combination of professional, thoughtful management and friendly service. In particular, the staff who greet guests/members are awesome young people and we always look forward to chatting with them. The food at Table 19 is very good and the service is as well. As members, we find that the club provides superior value for our money. The setting is spectacular, and we never get tired of the view from the course or from the club house patio, and are always proud to bring guests to the club. The events put on by the club provide a fun atmosphere in which to meet fellow members, but we also have had an opportunity to meet people who come from all over to play Nick North, and we have enjoyed that experience very much.
Great course for the members and for visitors who are made to feel equally welcome. Best patio of any golf course anywhere. Golf course always in great condition, and a fair challenge for every handicap level especially from the tips not to mention views to die for
Course: great shape for an early season round. Awesome greens. Thumbs up to maintenance crews. Service: pretentious. Within 30 seconds of arriving at the course we were greeted by Gabriel (spelling?) , who proceeded to check our golf bags for alcohol at 1030am on a Sunday morning. ..know your clientele bud! Golfed all over North America, never had such a poor reception (Phoenician in Scottsdale was close). Cart girls personality made up Gabriel's lack there of.
We love being members at Nicklaus North, our home away from home. The golf course and scenery never disappoint. Staff are always welcoming, helpful and brimming with enthusiasm for the day. Table 19 certainly is the best patio in Whistler during the summer and a lovely cozy place to enjoy in the winter.
I do not play golf at all,but I have eaten here a few times. The food is good, and the service is quick and professional. The patio is gorgeous especially on a sunny day!!
In the off season they usually have deals on the fondue.
We came here in group of 16. It was a hot sunny day. Green and fairway condition was excellent. Food such as nachos, mussels, chicken wings were tasty. We had good time there.
The scenery here will take your breath away. Some of the most majestic holes you've ever seen. You'll never forget this experience. The restaurant is amazing. Incredible cuisine and the nicest staff I've ever encountered. Nicklaus North is first class all the way.
We've just finished our first season as members at Nicklaus North and couldn't be happier :). Andrew and his staff have been so accommodating with everything from booking tee times to ordering the right gear. They totally make our enjoyment their #1 priority. Graham is an awesome instructor - super accommodating with scheduling and is always available when we need to be talked off the ledge. Pamela and her team on the food and drink cart seem to have ESP as they're always there when we're ready for refreshments. The staff are equally great at Table 19 and the food is always yummy. Have I forgotten anything? Oh, the golf course itself - we love it!! Well done Jason Lowe and the team!
Played the course end of March 2017. Spent time on the patio for lunch prior to the round with 3 other buddies. Excellent view! Great course conditions, fantastic views, mostly great customer service. Unfortunately, our day and experience was ruined after a young and inexperienced Marshall halted our play half way through a hole at the start of the back 9 to let others play through. Did I forget to mention we were ahead of schedule? After this our experience was ruined for the remainder of the round due to how we were treated.
Nicklaus North is the best golf course in Whistler. All of the people from the pro shop, the starter and the on course staff are extra friendly and helpful....and they have a nice selection of craft beer to enjoy on their spectacular terrace after the golf!!
This is the best patio in town and the food is great too - the fries are addictive and the service is friendly! There is a good selection for all tastes and a total commitment to the use of local produce - Chef Eric works wonders with it all and don t forget to try the Thursday Pasta night
The patio at Nicklaus North is a hidden gem. The parking is really easy, the view over Green Lake and the first hole is just absolutely lovely to look at, and the patio is large enough that typically it is not mobbed...like the Whistler village patios. I have found that the food is good. However because of the size of the restaurant and the patio, the servers have a long way to walk to and from the kitchen. I recommend ordering an appetizer and then sit back, relax and absorb the wonderful setting. Not a place to go if you are in a mad rush.
Came here from Australia and tell everyone I know that this is the best condition golf course I ve ever played on and I ve played all the top 10 courses in Australia. Love the patio overlooking the lake and just the general feel of the place , I ll be back in 2019 for sure .
Love this course and Table Nineteen. Stunning views from most holes, especially love 16, 17 and 18. The bar cart service is the best with very friendly and efficient servers. Best hot dog anywhere at number 9! After golf having lunch and drinks on the outdoor patio is wonderful, the view is not too bad either and you have a great view of the float planes taking off and landing.
Snobby. Called 4 days ahead for reservation on the patio for my husbands bday. They Wouldn t give me a res on the patio because that was for first come seating. Stuck my party of 9 under the bar overhang. All the while there was plenty of seating on the patio. Food is bar food at best. No fondue. Cocktails were served in the bottle. My kids French fry had a hair rapped around it. I wish we would have packed a lunch and sat on the lawn.
I had a fondue dinner here recently and this is one of the best restaurants i have eaten in for food, service, ambience & views. Working in London with our vast choice of cuisines, it beats all! Will be back next trip!
Unbelievable course with great staff! Couldnt be more happy with the way my group was handled and the way our day went from start to finish.. I Wouldn t consider playing anywhere else when I return to this beautiful city! 6 stars
We stopped in for a drink at table19 at niicklaus North after our golf round at Big sky in Pemberton. We were greeted with water, and then we never saw our server again. After about 20 minutes we decided to leave, only to notice the 5 servers standing by the computer chatting. Thanks for the non service. We will not be golfing here during our visit.
Stunning backdrop looking at beautiful Whistler Green Lake. Friendly and professional staff... unfortunately breakfast was just average not in tune with the quality of the location and the surrounding community.
The Nicklaus North Golf Club team are some of the most warm and welcoming people I have met golfing. The grounds are always in excellent condition and it is a joy to play there.
The course was in great condition. We played in a rainy day, but still had lots of fun. Restaurant staff were friendly and food was great. Would love to go back again on a nicer day.
Lackluster golf check in, no water provided with carts and the unassuming gestures of the staff to guide us thru to the first was pitiful. Needless to say the day was perfect and the course was enjoyed.
Good food, awesome location and excellent staff/service too! Oh and great golf course too! Make sure you drop into the golf shop and pick up a bargain or two!
Ben was our server. He was great! Amazing views of the lake. We had the nachos to start and they were delicious. The half size is more then plenty. The sangria I had was delicious! We both had burgers and they were delicious. It was our anniversary and at the end of the night our server brought us Champagne. The after dinner walk was beautiful too!

Stunning course. Staff on course were pleasant and helpful. But pro shop staff couldn t be bothered to help in the slightest. Check in was curt and impersonal, upon leaving the gentleman was worse. Simple questions like what is the best way to get a shuttle back to hotel we re met with responses like we have nothing to do with your transportation
Disappointing. Compared to every other place we visited in Whistler - including the unreal service offered at Fairmont Courae when we played there twice.
Gorgeous view from the patio here of the lake and view of part of the golf course. Tried the vegan salad and grill steelhead and both where very good. They happy hour as well that starts at 3pm if your here around that time. If your in the area, even if not golfing it s worth a visit.
Golf is good as you can expect, design is good and the club house is nice. The main reason for me writing this review is the STAFF! Outstanding! I had a good day of golf and a nice experience with the staff, but when i got home i realized i lost my sun glasses. I called and they found them in the lost and found, they didnt hesitate and sent me my glasses by couriered back to north van. Thanks guys. You have true quality customer service.
High class golf course... but no respect for their client. The club thinks they are above normal golf courtesy and respect. They are only looking to make a quick buck on their clientele. I have experience somewhat how they treat their customer. Their like hawks watching on their lunch, using GPS golf course tracking every move and using their FBI type radio system. If you are looking to have a nice round a golf among friend in a relax environment...don't go there.
Thoroughly enjoyed the golf course. Views were certainly spectacular; but my focus was on the golf and the course and found it to be pristine and everything that a proper course should entail. For a great golf experience; a must play
Amazing golf course and best patio in Whistler! The service team (both outside & in the restaurant) is fantastic. Great place for family and friends to visit.
Great course, great conditions, and a fantastic setting. Too bad some members of the staff particularly at the consetion require a lesson in customer service. Found the staff rude, childish, and poor behaviour. We paid good money to golf and did not expect to be treated so poorly. Finding it hard to recommend this course to play.
Terrible service. at least 8 of the staff members completely ignored me for 45 minutes, meanwhile I watched other people come and go. All of them looked at me, no smiles, no greeting, no one asked if I had been helped or if I would like a seat.
I decided there was no way I was going to give them any money after that awful service, so I simply left. Very pretentious vibe, highly unrecommended.
Went there twice in the last week. Both times our reservation was screwed up. No appology. Went and played Big Ridge the 1st time stuck around the second time after a lenghty discussion. Not an enjoyable way to start your round.
