I love the clothes here. Went clothes shopping for both myself and my dad and while I found it to be quite expensive, the clothes are very high quality. I'll be stopping by a couple times a year whenever I'm in the area to fill out my wardrobe with some high end clothes.

My 81 year old father has owned a Tilley hat for at least 30 years. It hardly comes off his head in the summer! With the lifetime warranty he has had it replaced a couple of times. On the most recent occasion of needing it replaced, he took it in to a local retailer who told him there was nothing they could do and that he would have to mail it to Toronto. He did as he was told, as he needed the hat for the summer. The hat never arrived. So this fall he called Toronto and was told that the hat never arrived, so there is nothing they could do, further...he was told that he should have taken it into the local retailer!?!? Now he has no hat...I know Canada Post is very slow right now...but are they actually losing mail? If the local retailer of Tilley had replaced the hat as they should have, he wouldn't be in this position.
I am only giving two stars for the business practices...someone dropped the ball here but it wasn't my father. He however, must pay the price.
He loves the hats...but I'll be buying the next one and it won't be a Tilley!

After receiving a reply to my review from Tilley, suggesting I email their customer support for help, I have not even received a reply...CRICKETS from Tilley customer service. I realize that many people are working from home...but they ARE working...aren't they?

Tilley hats are Canada. Love their clothing but only really buy it at the Summer Sales. Exceptionally high quality and generally prices to match.

Like the product but the service could have been more helpful for a newbie... maybe if I was 20 years older

Neat store, lots of selection, easy to find. Love the products although they are expensive. Sales woman was great she found me a clearance version of that hat I wanted to buy at $40 less!

Not cheap... but it's made so well that it will late you a loooong time.

Very helpful staff. Free hemming of pant legs if you buy at this main location. $12 alterations for other basic fixes.

Quality clothing. Wandered around the store for a few minutes before I got the attention of salesperson. Alteration time is very good with a quick turnaround.

Travel wear specialist catering to more mature clients. The Tilley line of headwear are renowned the world over and still Made in Canada. Can get expensive but the mantra is buy it once and it lasts for life. Great warranty policy.

My first time in the Tilley shop was a pleasant experience. My daughter wanted me to have a Tilley hat as a Christmas present. That's why I was there. My wife and I were served by a male associate who was very competent and professional. There was absolutely no sales talk. He was trying his utmost best to match our needs and didn't hesitate to tell my wife that they didn't have a hat small enough for her. She finally settled for a children's First Tilley. Instead of just getting my present, I got myself a winter Tilley hat too. I was told by the associate that this is the only Tilley shop run directly by Tilley in Ontario! I would recommend visiting them as they have a whole selection for all seasons.

Had a sweet woman help me with my shopping needs. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

The people who shop here look like the people in the ads.

Good selection of outdoor clothing. Worth getting their lifetime warranty only if you will wear out the garment. Otherwise you can get garments or hats for cheaper somewhere else. I have worn out my hat three times, so for me the warranty was worth it.

Quality goods and good sales including the hats for which Tilley is famous.

I've got a tilleys hat that was bought in 2009 and there's some issues with it , ex; band coming loose around rim, they took it back and going to repair it at no cost to me and they give me 25% off of some stuff I bought today..... Great customer service, thank you.

Came to Tilley with my husband to get his hat exchanged as it wore out. The replaced it without question.

They also had a nice sale on at the time so I did some shopping. The sales lady that helped me was amazing she knew what would go with what.

The prices at Tilley may be on the expensive side however I really like how everything is made in Canada, with a quantity that is outstanding.

I would shop here again and recommend it.

It s a great store and the staff are all very friendly. We had a gift card that we misplaced and we went in and they were actually able to look it up in their files which was a huge relief. It s great for active hiking, walking, travel, etc. Good quality materials but you get what you pay for so a little on the pricey side.

I went looking for a new summer hat and thought I knew what I wanted and drove almost 3 hours to get here . My wife and I were greated right away and I told the wonderful woman what I was looking for. Turned out there was a bit of a sale and I ended up with not 1 but the 2 hats I was looking at and a great top for my wife. Customer service is awesome. And made this a worth while trip.

I have always had positive experiences with Tilley. Quality and durability is a key feature in purchasing a hat for outdoors that suits my needs.

Clothes suitable for traveling. Outdoor activity for the older generation.

I found a lady who actually wanted to help me choose. She spent maybe 30min with me and my wife helping me find sizes and different models of hats. In the end she steemed 2 different hats for me and I decided on the hikers hat. Love it!!! Will definitely be buying more hats. My wife already found me a winter hat.

5 star for the hats but 1 star for everything else. Bogus warranty on the hats. Somehow they claim a lifetime warranty but on my warranty card it states 2 years....Ordered a hat online for my dad's 70th birthday, paid and was expecting it today instead received a message that they are out of stock! I would think it would be pretty straightforward for computers to be able to keep track of what's in stock and whats selling to avoid overselling somsething they don't have.

Oddly enough I have purchased several over the years too. They make a quality hat. The warranty is easily given. I just wear a hat every day and I have two or three for each season

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Excellent quality products. Can't say enough good things about Tilley! I bought 2 hats for myself a month a few weeks ago, and now I Just bought my husband and mother in law new hats! Best part is they're Canadian

Tucked in away from the road so it's a bit hard to find but the staff is friendly and very helpful to get you fitted properly with the excellent hats

10 years and up, my Tilley hat still going strong, no tears or rips, just sweat stains that never came off (my doing). Good quality products that I find are out of the price range of the average Joe. Was surprised to find a hat store in Key West, Florida selling Tilley hats. Their fast drying under clothes are way too expensive. One can find a similar quality fast drying under clothes at Mark's in technology called dri-wear.

Excellent merchandise. Fantastic staff. Alterations are available. Some are inclusive. Wait times for seamstress is lengthier than usual. This time of year, consider, as well, purchase a Tilley's hat(s). New styles are available in its flagship brick and mortar location. This merchant's catalog is online. Check update for current store hours due to COVID-19. This establishment is highly recommended for far too many reasons to enumerate at this point in time. Please do call, prior to departing so as not to be unnecessarily disappointed.

First time dealing with the store , as I was on the phone and calling from Alberta I was impressed with the excellent customer service! As I called twice due to ordering a second item I had the pleasure of dealing with both Rohini and Pam. Excellent knowledge of the products , very personable , and so helpful.If there were more people like Pam and Rohini in the service industry there would be less issues and complaints.

I know Tilley is known for their hats.....the clothes however, are really not stylish. The quality is decent and most of their clothes are Canadian made. Asides from wearing their items on very casual trips, I think you will get better use of your money at other stores that offer more versatile modern clothing. The salespeople were okay.

Tilley Endurables sold again for 2nd time. Alex Tilley the founder now far removed from his store. I noticed my favourite shirt has been discontinued. Apparently the original Alex Tilley clothing line-up is slowly vanishing & non- Tilley brands slowly being introduced. Yikes. Some Tilley clothing the same & same high price. Iconic original Tilley hats now in sky blue!

Got a great deal on a new winter hat. Easy replacement of my old T3. I a bit sad that have closed the square one location though.

Called their 1-800 number and was on hold for an hour & a half! How's that possible? I hope the product I bought is better than the phone service.

Only been twice but so far I've purchased the hiker's hat and Dakota hat. Both are great, and the Tilley quality definitely holds true. The store staff have always been good very helpful with finding what you're looking for and sizing. I've got a big, weirdly shaped head so it's nice having a locally made hat manufacturer that actually fits.

Excellent outlet with friendly pleasant staff and of course, first class products

We had a hat that was about 20 years old. It started fraying and had some holes in it. We returned it for a straight exchange at no cost. The staff were very helpful and kind. This was at their main store in Don Mills

Service is stellar here. You can help yourself to a beverage and cookies, too. And the clothes I've purchased, while they seem expensive upfront, have been amazing (quality, long-lasting, great for travel).

There's usually parking available. It's buried in the back of a plaza, but you'll recognize it when you see a big totem/Easter Island wooden statue.

Try to enter from Barber Greene to avoid the messy construction on the Harvey's side.

While their clothes is expensive, the quality is top notch. Their hats are awesome and easy to clean. Any clothes I've bought from them have stood up to years of hard wear.

Love, love, the store and the sales associates. Very helpful. They go out of their way to help in any way they can. Plenty of parking also.

Probably the last pair of shorts you will ever have to buy. These are incredibly tough and they are guaranteed. The shop is amusing. They will repair items while you wait

Great store! Superior quality, stylish, Canadian-made, not-just-for-travel clothing. Customer service was superb - Norma was very attentive & helpful. Coffee & Refreshments and lovely, bidet-equipped washroom - nice touch. Perhaps some more /more flattering design/size options for larger, heavily muscled or well-padded, top-heavy men & women? Overall, an excellent experience.

Amazing quality clothes made in Canada (Toronto)! Their clothes are exceptionally well made and practical for either travel or everyday wear. I've got Tilley shirts that are over 10 years old and look practically brand new.

For a company that is said to thrive on excellent customer service, you truly fail all the way along. Got a terrible quality hat that was not the size they listed on the website. Submitted for a refund, took forever to hear back and get a refund approval. Mailed the hat in with tracking and it arrived at their facility over a month ago and I have yet to receive my refund. Tried contacting customer service multiple times and they refuse to answer any questions.

If you don't know Tilley hats, no point to say much about this store. But if you are a fan of their hats like me, you will find this place like home...

Came here on my B-Day to to replace my worn out hat of 12 years. They replaced it without issue. I was really impressed.
They also had a bunch of sales on so my wife and I stocked up.
The sales lady was amazing at helping us.
I would definitely go back again.

Great products. My hat wore out after many many years of faithful service from hiking in the mountains of Vermont, Maine and New Hampshire to sailing in the Caribbean and strolling the beaches of Costa Rica, and the fairways of dozens of golf courses. It faithfully protected me from sun, wind and rain. I took it back to the flagship store in Don Mills and it was cheerfully replaced free of charge. This one will probably outlive me but if it doesn't I know I will just have to go back and ask for another. How can you go wrong. As long as I own a head it will have a Tilley on it when I'm outdoors.

Tilley hats are the best for folks who like to spend time outdoors. I went in to replace a Tilley hat that was lost and was blown away by the selection of styles and colours - all in a huge variety of sizes. Lots of great apparel here too. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Not cheap, but pretty I've ever bought here lasted far longer than I expected to (my hat, among other things, is ridiculously sturdy).

Fantastic store, bit of an odd location to attract foot traffic but whatever works...
Selection is top notch, men's and women's selections, everything from hats to pants, shirts, dresses and bags or backpacks to put them in.
Awesome clearance sale items too if you keep a keen eye open.
Went to buy myself a birthday gift (hat) but ended up leaving with pants, a shirt for the wife, a scarf and yes my birthday hat.
Will be back next year to buy my wife a birthday hat..
