The staff are beautiful and amazing people! From the front desk(Esie and many others but can t remember their names) to the groundskeepers (Ed and Hilarion)to the tour booking associate (Darrell) to the water sports crew(Dwight, Jameson, Sharundi, Gordon) and all the staff at the restaurants. I truly felt like I was home on the island and the resort. The only negative I have is that there are cats at the restaurants. I m allergic to cats so even seeing them puts me on alert. I didn t have any reactions, thank God, but I found myself constantly looking in case I had to scare them away. As much as I hate cats, I still have to give the resort and staff a 5 star rating/like. I will definitely be staying here again! Hopefully sooner rather than later.

It is one of the nicest places I ve ever been but when I went they didn t have honey mustard. I j think it s weird that a place where they have huge villas u stay in and steak at every restaurant but for some reason they can t afford to get some honey mustard delivered I d give it 5 out of 5 once I get some honey mustard.

Came here from our resort for the breakfast. They open early at 7am and the breakfast was good, but a bit pricey. If you are diving this is the place to go to get well fed before your dive.

An exceptional hotel complex ....
The rooms are real spacious apartments equipped for the most part with Jacuzzi ...
The king size beds are unforgettable softness
The electrical equipment is oversized. The rooms are also equipped with washing machine and dryer ...
The hotel complex extends over several hectares, so that 24 hours a day you have free shuttles at your disposal.
The cuisine is refined and the staff remarkably kind
There are two gyms and a body care center
The ten or so swimming pools spread over the site will not leave you indifferent ...
Don't forget to try PAPA DON S 's Jacuzzi !!
Really, the hardest part is the start

Incredible place. A little difficult to get to. Once you find the sign off the main road that gets you there. (We made the mistake of renting our own car. Bite the bullet and take the shuttles. Trust me.)

This is a beautiful resort. Friendly staff. The villas are incredibly spacious and open. There is always room on the beach (we went in June, so not the busiest time). I highly recommend St. Lucia for a honeymoon or a family get away.

My family and I were attending a friend's wedding and we loved the resort. The beach is at its footsteps and they had 5 different restaurants to choose from. The only downside is that you need to take a shuttle to and from your room. But that's understandable considering they are located on the hillside. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Even some of the drivers learned the guests names and room numbers. It was an unforgettable experience and definitely want to go back again. Thank you for the memories and the hospitality!

Love this place. We have been visiting for almost 20 years. It is one of the most unique and special resorts I have ever experianced. The staff is amazing, the food is great, and the accommodations are like nothing else. Each room and villa is unique to themselves. The views are phenomenal. There is a kids club, baby sitting, private pools, beautiful beaches and water sports. If you are looking to have a good time, dance, be social, and indulge in some delicious cocktails this a great place to be. If you are looking for something more private, relaxing, and romantic windjammer is a great place to be. The best part about this resort is they have both. There are so many ways you can enjoy your trip here you cannot leave disappointed. You will not regret the unquie experiance at this resort.

I have changed my review from a 1 star to a 5 star because of the extra effort a few staff members here to resolve very unpleasant experience. Expedia falsely advertised my booking as all inclusive but when I got here I found out it was not. I had to spend a total of 5 hours on the phone to get what I paid for. Expedia will get a 1 Star but to be fair I am rating the Hotel so far. This is only my first day here and it is not off to good start. The positives are the room: It is simply amazing. The view is awesome. The food so far has been great. Much better than all inclusive in the DR and Cancun. There is more authentic local flavor. The bar service however has been subpar at best. At dinner last night I was told I couldn't order a Mojito because they were out of mint. Im in the Caribbean and they run out of mint. I asked for a rum and coke with a lime, they were out of limes too. After dinner I order a Manhattan, there out of vermouth. It is not a promising trend. Breakfast this morning was delicious but the service wasn't great, not bad , but they weren't very friendly. I am going to keep an open mind and reassess this review when I leave.

After few days realized this place is paradise. Staff is super friendly. I was just in a bad mood on account of Expedi, the first night. Beautiful views. This is the place to go in St. Lucia.

Absolutely loved the Windjammer! Most trips I take I need a vacation from the vacation, but not here. I was relaxed and enjoyed every minute of my week at Windjammer. Esie, at the front desk, was amazing! She should be the face of the resort, she was kind, courteous, and helped us with any questions we had! AND with a smile on her face.
The food was delicious, the drinks always flowing, and the location is to die for. Windjammer is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. Love love love! Highly recommend to those wondering where to go in St Lucia.

The villas are beautiful and the beach is right there.. only issue is that you are a bit off the main street and away from rodney bay where all the night life is.. I guess if you come to chill then it's perfect. I'm glad there is an all inclusive option

Nice resort with a good choice of restaurants and a relaxed, friendly vibe. Close to Rodney Bay which has more restaurants. Only downside was the slightly pushy selling of timeshares on the resort. We weren't interested but still approached 4 times during our stay being asked to attend a timeshare presentation.

We enjoyed a wonderful day pass at this resort. The beachfront and facilities were top notch. There are multiple bars, pools, and games like table tennis and volleyball located right on the beach. Service was friendly and welcoming. Drink prices were steep, but hey it's a resort.

Everyone was very nice, the resort was almost empty when i visited in September. rates were very reasonable and the room had a great view. Only complaint would be the price of breakfast, make sure you ask before you start eating!

Probably deserves a 3.5 - stayed in a two bedroom villa here for 10 nights in September - as the Caribbean's "rainy" period, this meant the hotel was barely half full. If full, I don't think the pool or restaurants would be anywhere near as enjoyable.

Also important to note - almost all the rooms are set halfway up the mountain, so you will need a shuttle up to your room (and often down), which is somewhat inconvenient. Usually need to wait a few minutes before it arrives.

The 2 bed villa itself has a small kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedrooms are medium size but both have large balconies. One balcony has a small pool in it - about 6m by 3m, enough to sit in and relax, but definitely not for swimming. The two bathrooms are average in every way, would have expected something a bit more luxurious and enjoyable to be in.

The food around the hotel is good quality - the breakfast is a medium sized buffet, while lunch and dinner are served in style. The staff are variable but Maria and Anthony were especially good and clearly really care about delivering exceptional service. They also have cats roaming around - they don't cause any issues but are used to people giving some food - I'm not an animal person at all but got used to it after 2 days.

The gym is very good and the spa staff (especially Zakia and Stephanie) were excellent (for a haircut and massage). There is only one proper sized pool in the hotel, on the ground floor. There is a second smaller one at the top of the mountain - the others are all very small and more just to sit in.

The beach is pretty good, soft sand with lots of deckchairs, warm water, a slide and a raft out at sea. There are water sports facilities available, but jet skiing is not affiliated with the hotel and comes at a cost. Water skiing is available if you've done it regularly, otherwise you have to pay $45 for a 20 minute lesson.

Overall, a reasonable hotel with average decor and a bit frustrating having to always get a shuttle to your room - but worth going during quieter periods.

The beach isn't as nice as some of the other resorts in St. Lucia, but there is a nice pool as well. A couple of beach bars, a well equipped gym and a spa make Windjammer Landing a great choice for a vacation. Especially if you have kids.

A wonderful spot for honeymoons to family vacations. Some see the steep topography as an inconvenience. I see it as character and a place for spectacular vistas. Great beach and restaurants.
