Incredibly beautiful. Fantastic beach with a n abundance of water sports. The staff is great and there are five restaurants. Great for families

Beautiful and welcoming resort, with white villas nested on the hills, calm waters and sandy beaches. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, there are several restaurants and you can choose between buffet and a la carte and for those seeking special diets like vegan or gluten free everything is marked on the menus. The spa offers great treatments for those looking to refresh after a few days in the sun

Have been here 5 times, an absolutely amazing location for a holiday, the resort is exceptional. Staff are so friendly, Villa's are kept in good conditions, food amazing (especially Upper Deck). Will keep coming back for a long time, and can't wait to see it grow even further will expansions and updates every year.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Windjammer and it was wonderful. We arrived in the middle of the night and the service was excellent even then. They got us a beverage while we checked in and then drove us up to our villa. Upon entering the villa we were stunned, it was beautiful. Large balcony with a view of the ocean, huge kitchen, living room, really nice bathroom, and master bedroom (which also had access to the balcony). On the bed upon arrival was two robes for us and a welcome message laid out in local flowers.

We had no children at this time but we could see that this was a very kid friendly environment. There was a teen club and a children's club with lots of activities. My wife and I look forward to going back some day with our two children.

The service was excellent, lots of activities for couples and families complementary and also day trips that cost a little more. We did a catamaran day trip that was awesome. Also the hotel at the time of our booking offered a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival for our honeymoon, but they had changed their policy since then and the champagne was not there. We called and asked about this, it was no problem and they sent up two bottles as a apology.

We did two of the sunset champagne walk and it was really nice, but the funny part was that we were the only ones that showed up so we ended up having a private walk with our guide and a full bottle of champagne to split with ourselves both times.

The food at Windjammers was excellent. I think we hit all the restaurants and they were all very good. The Italian style restaurant that is located up the hill closer to the villas was very good, but the funny part was the power went out right when we sat down for dinner. The staff brought out candles, and the ovens\burners were still working because they were gas. So we had a romantic dinner by candlelight and the staff and food was great even though the electricity was out.

We also got a gift from one of our friends for a couples message at the spa. It was fantastic. Very relaxing, very good message and complimentary beverages after to just relax.

This review is getting long and I have not even touched on a quarter of the things we did and enjoyed, but I will say that this was a excellent honeymoon with no regrets and we will be going back with our kids someday. I highly recommend this location.

My boyfriend and I had a 10 day stay at Windjammers.What a great experience! Very professional staff that genuinely care about not only their positions, but care about the guest of the hotel as well. It sincerely shows. Ricky the hotel manager was nothing short of amazing. He made sure my partner and I was well taken care of throughout our stay. Darryl was also amazing including the bartending staff, (Elisha) just to name a few, waiters and waitresses. Our best restaurant experience was at Papa Don's. The manager Mrs. June is such a sweetheart and made sure to not only greet every guest that entered. But also checked on us to make sure we enjoyed our meal. That restaurant is definitely a 5 star experience! Extremely professional. Each restaurant served top notch delicacies that were always fresh and delicious and there were always something to get into. The water sports manager was amazing, he assured we always had a good experience. We not only enjoyed our stay but left establishing great friendships as well, from the staff to the guest staying at the hotel. We absolutely will make Windjammers our home away from home permanently. A few words of advice, make sure to get the all inclusive package. Thank me later

The best place to relax, enjoy the beauty, and to experience island fun. Sharon and Gloria were fantastic staff members. Enjoyed the sunset party boat and meeting new friends.

Amazing place in great location.
The resort has activities everyday which you can get involved in e.g. Tennis, walking, dance classes, ping pong tournament. They also have facilities for snorkeling at the beach.
Our room itself was decorated really nicely too. There were pools and places to relax and the staff are very helpful. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing! This was our third time to Windjammer and it never disappoints only amazes us. Look no further and go here! The front staff management makes you feel like you are family. Stevenson, our driver, was helpful, professional, and made you feel right at home. Verna was simply a life saver handling a last minute covid test at the airport for us and made sure everything was organized and ran smoothly. They go the extra mile because they care for you and you sincerely feel it. This is not a typical resort. Covid protocols are safely enforced and covid testing is done on site for free with stays 5 days or longer. The only downside of our time was that we could not stay longer. Definitely our home in St Lucia. We have stayed at many places and this place can t be beat.

Had a terrible experience there years ago. The child care was filthy and dangerous. The place was old and not well maintained. And my son's shoes were stolen from under his feet by the pool bar and our room was broken into with items stolen before we checked out.

Just a wonderful clean and nice place to stay. The views are amazing and our room had a small pool on the balcony over looking the Caribbean. As far as i can tell every room has its own pool. Staff here are very friendly and helpful and they don't pressure you to do a tour. There are a few restaurants here and music is played on most nights. I plan on coming back to this place some day for sure.

This place is a unique charm, it is absolutely stunning but also welcoming and relaxing. Prepare to let go and relax in the sun or taking in one of the many close activities, water skiing to tennis, snorkeling to exploring. Enjoy!

We were there with a group of staff from our crew ship. The Hotel was superlative, everything was included, the water sports were great, the Spa was outstanding but above all that, what really stood out was the service of their staff. Their kindness, their service to every details is not something I have not experienced in a lot of places around the world and that makes this hotel stand apart and above your regular all-inclusive hotels that are available on this Island or elsewhere.

Great location and resort with amazing staff. Amazing views (best sunsets) and spacious rooms with nice bathrooms. Food is nice although could do with a bit more choice. Was disappointed to be charged for buffet at Christmas and NYE although on an All Inclusive package but it got sorted out with management. Cannot command the staff enough- all nice, friendly and always trying to help. Made a huge difference. Nice kids club although small.

I can t say enough great things about the Windjammer. Excellent property and location. Very well maintained with timeless architecture. The staff was very good and the food better than expected. We will most certainly be back.

We really enjoyed our villa. It had a plunge pool which really enhanced our experience. The ocean view from the room was spectacular. Wi-fi was a bit spotty throughout our stay. Tennis courts were well maintained. Quality of food in each of the restaurants was mixed. Steaks were of good, but not great quality. Covid guidelines along with frequent temperature checks were adhered to throughout. Enjoyed the spa.

Beautiful resort with very stylish villa's and appartmxents. Great services, no question is to much or to difficult. Mana watersports and other activity's. Good trstaurants and nice drinks. Stunning views! Go see the carnaval in july and take a trip to the Pitons with a boat.

Such a lovely place. The staff are amazing, food is great, and you will never get bored. The beach is beautiful, although don't go to far into the water unless your in the roped of swim zone. Sea urchins are everywhere.

No matter what villa you're in, you will have an amazing view of sunsets every night, and if you're ever to lazy to walk down the mountain to get food you can easily order room service whenever you want. One thing to be careful of though is service charges that do add up really quickly. Despite having the all inclusive package we still got a large bill at the end of the vacation.

Loses one star for unadventurous food (it's okay) and pernikerty bill signing for everything (we were all inclusive). Tempted to dock another for service at the bar last night (I was Mr Invisible!). But overall a lovely week here. Nice staff, nice breakfasts, good beach. Relaxing

Covid has definitely dampened the spirits here, quite a gloomy place with an unfriendly staff diluting the otherwise lovely vistas

My experience was really good for what I paid, the rooms are some of the best in the north of the island within their price range and service exceeded expectations.

Amazing resort with one of the best breakfast buffets. Do remember to add breakfast to your package, you won't regret!!!

The food and libations from every restaurant is delicious and soul pleasing! The water sports are nothing short of amazing and fun, however, The Windjammer Landing should consider adding the WIBIT playground to the swimming area. This has been our #best vacation yet!

Windjammer is the most inhospitable place I have come across in the Caribbean. They seem to want to operate as a private country club, despite being situated on a public beach. We were advised as non residents that we were not welcome to use their restaurants, bars or indeed any of their facilities. Visiting Windjammer was the lowest point in what was an otherwise enjoyable vacation in a friendly and welcoming country.

My wife and I were recently married at the Windjammer, and our experience was nothing short of once-in-a-lifetime. The people on this island - and specifically at the resort - are some of the kindest you'll ever meet. For anyone who follows the Golden Rule, I promise you that whatever openness and generosity you bring to St. Lucia will be returned ten-fold by this staff. Mel, Joseph, Mark, John from Barbados, Lynn, Tanise, Chantell, Helen, Barry, Daniel, Jimmy, Kennedy, Sylvanie, Ronny, Ronette, Devan, Dehvern, Ox, Rufus, EVERYONE - if you don t see your name here, don t worry! We know you. We remember you. We love you. THANK YOU for giving us and our closest friends and family members the best that St. Lucia has to offer and for sharing with us what you each have in your hearts. We appreciate you all. We consider you all part of our extended family. Your resort is wonderful. The food and the cooks are first-class. The setting is gorgeous. (We just got a sneak peak at our photographer's images; they are breathtaking.) We also treated ourselves to an estate villa. It was superb. Out of our 42 guests, not one had a complaint about his or her accommodations, but keep in mind this is an open-air, Mediterranean-style resort, i.e. an island-style luxury. In that vein, it succeeds without question. As a wedding venue, Mel, Lynn and their staff were irreplaceable. We worked hard. They worked hard, and not once did it feel like a chore, mostly due to their huge smiles and wholeheartedness which made it that much more fulfilling to party hard with 'em, too! We couldn t have asked for better service. We couldn t have had a better experience. We'll be returning again and again, for a very long time.

Villas are spacious, clean and well kept. Views are beautiful. Professional, friendly staff. Consistent, quality food at all restaurants. Watersports on beach are fun and the gym is very clean and well run as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can't think of any negatives. Would return in future.

Overall a very relaxing place that has a little bit of everything. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. WiFi is very spotty and completely out at times.

If you are thinking of going there and you do please I advice you to lock your doors before you go to sleep or anytime you are not in the villas. During my 1 week vacation with 2 teenage girls, on the 26th of March 2018 just around midnight , a man tried to break into one of the rooms we were staying in. I had broken a glass and had went into the bathroom to throw the glass away when a heard a noise coming from the bedroom. When I came out of the bathroom there was a strange man who had opened the door and was half way into the room. I panicked as I had 2 young girls in the villa; screaming and cursing I chased him away and he ran away disappearing into the dark night. I immediately called the front desk. Security came over and i explained what had happened. They looked around and could not find the guy. Minutes later they called a security guard through a walkie talkie who was patrolling that night and asked him if he had seen anyone or anything suspicious. The man said no he hadn't seen anything. While he was talking I realized that it was the same man who opened the door and tried to break in through the pool door. I told the guards that it was him. They told him to apologize to me and that was it. The next morning the head security guy came to take my statement and they told me they were going to remove the guy. The teenage girls were scared and paranoid. Management did nothing to assure our safety but to tell us that the man would be removed. I dont have any proof that the man is no longer working there, and that is why I am writing this. I do not wish anyone staying there with their kids to experience what we experienced.

If you don't stay there u must visit the spa, great mind blowing treatment

Great Hotel! We had a wonderful time and a great room. We were there at the and of season, therefore it was very quiet.
The view from our room was nice.
The hotel area is huge and on a hillside so be prepared for a hike or take a shuttle ;)
We loved the beach and the pools.
The hotel restaurant is a bit pricey but good.

A Total Dump and very expensive.... So so so disappointed and the staff behavior was obnoxious and abhorrent

Went here for 5 days on vacation, never been out of the U.S. before. Resort was beautiful, and had alot of stuff to do, staff was very friendly, and extremely helpful, would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay at Windjammer. Staff were all friendly and provided good service, the apartment was amazing with beautiful views. Food was good too, although didn t enjoy the breakfast room so paid $7 charge to get delivered to apartment and enjoy on the balcony.

Cons: Most of the staff appeared very put out to do their jobs. The staff who assisted with booking tours did not appear very prepared which resulted in confusion and frustration at the start of the excursions we booked. It would have been nice to be informed of what offerings were available at the various buffets prior to reserving meals. We were also required to make reservations at most of the restaurants but they never appeared booked or busy. The room turnover process was also unnecessarily complicated: one staff member cleaned and removed towels, another staff member would deliver towels later, another staff member would deliver coffee etc. This caused multiple interruptions in our villa. One last thing is that a large portion of the menus and pricing was in USD while the rest was in EC, this causes a bunch of confusion when it came time to settle the bill. They should really just use one or the other.

Pros: The scenery was amazing. We enjoyed eating at Embers daily and found that their food was the best in variety and price. The drinks were also great, highly recommend the 14x61. In general the food at all the restaurants was fantastic if a little pricey. The villas were spacious and appeared to be well maintained. The shuttle service was always prompt. The front desk staff was always helpful and pleasant. The resort was complete and we didn't find a need to leave it for shopping or dining. The beach was nice and spacious with plenty to do for both children and adults. Overall we had a great experience.
