Excellent service, had been looking for a necklace to match an old family ring. Jeweller was able to get a replica stone created and set into a bespoke setting. I was kept informed of the process throughout and I'm really pleased with the result. I would definitely go back for further jewellery.
Beware, no refunds on engagement rings led to a very horrible experience with no compassion and poor customer service that we will never forget. Even the eventual resolution using a credit note still ended up with a replacement ring being delayed beyond the agreed deadline, causing even more stress right until the end. Will never recommend anyone to experience what we had to deal with.
Really bad experience with this jeweller, and very poor customer service. Repair work undertaken was not as described, and no refund offered. Work was then done by a different jeweller without a problem, but at additional cost. Still no refund or compensation offered. Will never use them again.
I also totally refute the response from the owners. The work was not done as described. A friend collected the piece of jewellery and as soon as we saw it we challenged what had been done. They offered to reinstate it to it's broken state, and we then took it to another jeweller. They immediately understood what was required and the repair that we were seeking. The work was done by the second jeweller and is perfect.
I maintain that we will never recommend or use Williamson Brown again.

I commissioned Williamson Brown to design and manufacture a bespoke diamond full eternity ring for my wife to celebrate our Silver wedding anniversary.
Garry carefully outlined the design options, prices and timescales. What he has created is a ring that my wife describes as 'absolutely stunning'.
It goes way beyond our expectations and was ready ahead of schedule.
